Now that's what you expect from chipotle especially when paid extra for the added toppings. Portions were good and fresh. Pickup was ready by the time we came in. It's warm and all set to go. Very close and convenient to airport. Plenty of parking and friendly staff

Dirty and no one bothered to clean up the trash? I wonder how long that has been there?

Would like to add that their customer response team is terrible too. Yes, they respond, but Sheldon did nothing! The food is dirty.. the ambiance is the same! Dirty and unclean. Don't listen to their CSR team!

Out of everything good. Corn, pico, guac, al pastor, and fajitas. This was at about 10 pm.

Don't go here. They chose to mop while still open, which made the floor so slippery. It would be much more efficient to speed mop after closing, so you don't have to maneuver around customers and have them tracking crap in on their shoes, dirtying up the floors as soon as you mop it. They have a padlock on the Bathroom which is so annoying. I'll never understand this. It's like Bridge To Terabithia where Janice the troll makes the kids pay to pee. When I finally got up to the front of the line after waiting like 30 minutes behind a hoard of high maintenance people being helped by only one employee, I read that they're out of ALL THE GOOD TOPPINGS. Guacamole, corn, pico, and fajitas. Oh, nice! Put the sign on the door next time. Smh. Also the last time my friends and I came here, we got in a crash after leaving cause a car side-swiped us pulling out into the road. Another reason I don't like this chipotle.

I went to this location at 8:30 on a Wednesday evening. There was no workers there when we walked in and then eventually saw two come out of the bathroom, one who did not wash his hands or wear gloves before serving the person infront of me and the rest of them ignored us. all of the food was mixed together, and it looked really freaking disgusting and every single employee had in an airpod if not two. was completely ignored as the people in front of us must've been their friends. I eventually just left because I didn't feel comfortable giving them my money.. do better

So I worked here for 5 years and was part of the group of folks who left during the downfall in 2021 that caused all the really bad reviews. The store was efficient and well performing prior to my departure. I enjoyed every burrito rolled. The workplace itself was VERY concerning but it seems like those things have turned around and there is more management involvement and accountability. I visit here every so often still because chipotle is good! The food will sometimes be different than other times. The rice can be too limey. The chicken is likely scorched when you go right at opening since it's burning on the grill from reheating from the night before. The queso is sooooo good. I used to get queso corn chicken and beans and put it in a cup and microwave it when home and eat with chips and it was the perfect snack. The pico here is wonderful! Sometimes there's too much lime or not enough cilantro or jalapeño or salt. I am only very critical because I perfected it making it for so many years. Sometimes the lettuce is cut too thick. Sometimes the salsa runs out at the end of the night. Sometimes the steak is dry. There are a lot of variables but it tends to be pretty predicable all around. It gets busy at 12 and 5. It's empty at 3pm and 7pm. Saturdays are always busy. There are sometimes no forks or napkins. Sometimes the trash is overflowing. The times I have gone back in the last 3 years have been good enough to keep me coming back. A tip for customers is that knowing what you want and being specific will help the line move quickly. Anyways enjoy!! The best thing I've ever had is quesadilla tacos. Ask for 3 kids quesadillas opened up then fill with desired toppings. It's extra but worth it. I recommend getting a red cup of lettuce so it doesn't get soggy when you reheat it. My life's worst traumas happened here but don't worry I graduated therapy yesterday. The water here is really good!

The blonde girl didn't even try to wrap my burrito normally a lot of the food was outside of the burrito and she just went ahead and wrapped it all in foil. Very poor service.

This is supposed to be a salad. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!

Both the fish and the prawns were cooked in a red sauce that was delicious! I meant to ask for blue corn tortillas but was so excited to find shrimp & fish tacos that weren't deep-fried that I forgot to ask for them. The regular corn tortillas were excellent, though, so it was not a bad mistake to make. I also had jamaica to drink and let me tell you... it was not made from a mix! It was dark, thirst-quenching, and perfectly made. Most jamaica is super sweet - this was not! I love the flavor of real hibiscus and this did not disappoint. My friends had chile relleno bowls and birria tacos, all of which was excellent. Their watermelon margaritas were tasty and refreshing! Our orders were taken by a helpful person at the cash register and the food was served quickly by a friendly server. The inside and outside areas were clean and tidy, with plenty of seating available at the outside tables. For the amount of food and the overall experience, I thought it was a great way to experience the restaurant. Ángel took care of us and made the meal even more memorable by telling us the story and inspiration behind each dish as it came out. It made the tasting feel like much more than just trying a bunch of different dishes. I'm definitely a carnivore and usually feel like a meal needs some kind of meat, but surprisingly, my favorite dish was the mole with eggplant and rice. The mole was delicious, and I genuinely didn't miss having meat on the plate. I would happily order that dish again exactly as it was. The tomates en salsa arabe were another standout. I really enjoyed how fresh the dish tasted, especially with the seasonal tomatoes they were using. I also had the carnitas tacos, which had great flavor and texture. For dessert, we had what was essentially a fried concha, and I loved that it wasn't overly sweet. It had just the right amount of sweetness for me and was a great way to finish the meal. Overall, I highly recommend doing the full tasting menu at República. For around $40 per person, you get to experience the entire menu, and if you're lucky enough to have Ángel there to walk you through the stories and concepts behind the dishes, it makes the experience that much better.

Extra side of yummy and creamy black bean frijoles with sour cream, butter, tortillas. Instead of desert, the Mezcal, chile and lime was refreshing. Right now open for lunch Thursday through Sunday 10-3pm. No fixed menu, changes with what's fresh - the way chef Angel loves to cook respecting what is in season. Service and ambiance is friendly and knowledgeable about the food and its origin - another reason I love dining here so I learn about what I'm eating and how it was inspired. Yes, the food plated looks so good, I am inspired to dig in. There's a reason it was recognized early in its start by Eater, Portland Monthly and the Oregonian as one of the best restaurants in the city because foodies seek out and love to go where the food experience is special - especially the chef tasting menus in the past.
