Chipotle has been one of my favorite takeout restaurants on the U.S. Mainland. When I arrived from the airport, me and my work colleague had a craving for Chipotle. Although dine in was an option, because of the time difference, it was getting late and the last thing we wanted to do was to stay out until the restaurant closes. Few weeks ago me and my work mate really wanted some chips and guacamole along with a protein bowl. The great thing about these go bowls is that if there is leftovers, the top lid works perfectly with the bowl and it fits right in a convection oven. I know you could get authentic food elsewhere, but this is conveniently located to my hotel and Portland Airport. You're able to preorder your take out from the Chipotle App, but swinging by at the last minute works just as fast as the dinner crowd has already left the restaurant. The staff works quickly, the restaurant is kept clean and tidy, unisex restroom is available, free refills of fountain drinks should you dine in, free ample parking space right outside. read more

I've never fought so hrd in my life for cheese. Where is my side tortiya? I think there was less contention during the civil war than during the checkout process. I was too afraid to interact with the workers to ask for water so instead we let the salsa burn our faces off The employees had a weird cult-like huddle in the dining room that involved a little too much giggling, we then watched one of them leave the building and kept an eye on him out of fear he was going to key our car. Don't go here. They chose to mop while still open, which made the floor so slippery. It would be much more efficient to speed mop after closing, so you don't have to maneuver around customers and have them tracking crap in on their shoes, dirtying up the floors as soon as you mop it. They have a padlock on the Bathroom which is so annoying. I'll never understand this. It's like Bridge To Terabithia where Janice the troll makes the kids pay to pee. When I finally got up to the front of the line after waiting like 30 minutes behind a hoard of high maintenance people being helped by only one employee, I read that they're out of ALL THE GOOD TOPPINGS. The big burly "hispanic" man with the full beard and glasses and the star tattoo on his neck with eyes, has had an extremely rude attitude the past few times I've been here. I'm pretty sure he's a manager. He has reacted to customers as if they are cussing him out or killed someone in his family. He also yelled at an old man for not having the right card. He clearly has lots of underlying issues that need to be handled and clearly that can't happen at chipotle. My husband and I came here after a long travel day hoping for some quick and good dinner. They closed at 11pm and we got there around 9:20pm. The young lady serving us seemed very rushed and frantic despite the restaurant not being super busy. As she's building our meals I ask for chips to which she says they're out, I then ask for corn salsa to which she also says they're out of. My guess is that they were not out of the said items, they just didn't want to fill them as they were closing in 1.5 hours, which is just ridiculous. My husband asked for guacamole on his burrito which is a significant up charge as is when you could run to target across the way and get a whole avocado for cheaper, and the woman tapped all the guacamole off the spoon back into the container and then put a tiny dollop on his burrito. Being as it's an up charge my husband kindly asked for a little more, and she did the same dance only adding a tiny bit more. We agreed that not providing an appropriate amount of paid toppings was likely due to the employees not wanting to run out of more topping as they had decided they were done refilling the topping tubs for the night. Once we got our meals we began to eat and both agreed the food was incredibly bland and tasted like nothing. My husband noted the rice in his burrito was more flavorful than anything else. The restaurant itself was fairly clean, and well maintained. I understand wanting to get off at a good time but it's incredibly frustrating when it's an 1.5 before the establishment closes and you're not pre warned that your meal is going to be both expensive and gross. Felt like a huge waste of money, not a good feeling in this economy. I am a long time lover of chipotle and have been impressed with their QA in the past so I'm hoping chipotle gets a better handle on this particular establishment as I see it's not uncommon to have issues here. read more

I recently visited Chitpotle. Unfortunately, it was a pretty disappointing experience. When I got there, I was informed they were out of several key ingredients: steak, lettuce, sour cream, chips, and fajitas. This was extremely disappointing and frustrating. There was no workers there when we walked in and then eventually saw two come out of the bathroom, one who did not wash his hands or wear gloves before serving the person infront of me and the rest of them ignored us. all of the food was mixed together, and it looked really freaking disgusting and every single employee had in an airpod if not two. was completely ignored as the people in front of us must've been their friends. It's been almost a month since I ate here and it's still on my mind. Probably the worst food establishment I've been to in a while in general. I wish I filled out a review when I got the email, but I deleted the email. I could not believe how filthy this Chipotle was. And it wasn't the employee's fault. There was one single employee trying to fulfill every order. The grill had a large burn mess on top of it. The garbage in the kitchen had waste around it. There was a a lot of food scraps between food trays. The rice was undercooked. Some tables were not cleaned. Coca cola syrup was not replaced. I felt bad for the employee, as he was trying his hardest to get everyone fed. But it probably shouldn't have been open that day. read more

So I worked here for 5 years and was part of the group of folks who left during the downfall in 2021 that caused all the really bad reviews. The store was efficient and well performing prior to my departure. I enjoyed every burrito rolled. The workplace itself was VERY concerning but it seems like those things have turned around and there is more management involvement and accountability. I visit here every so often still because chipotle is good! The food will sometimes be different than other times. The rice can be too limey. The chicken is likely scorched when you go right at opening since it's burning on the grill from reheating from the night before. The queso is sooooo good. I used to get queso corn chicken and beans and put it in a cup and microwave it when home and eat with chips and it was the perfect snack. The pico here is wonderful! Sometimes there's too much lime or not enough cilantro or jalapeño or salt. I am only very critical because I perfected it making it for so many years. Sometimes the lettuce is cut too thick. Sometimes the salsa runs out at the end of the night. Sometimes the steak is dry. There are a lot of variables but it tends to be pretty predicable all around. It gets busy at 12 and 5. It's empty at 3pm and 7pm. Saturdays are always busy. There are sometimes no forks or napkins. Sometimes the trash is overflowing. The times I have gone back in the last 3 years have been good enough to keep me coming back. A tip for customers is that knowing what you want and being specific will help the line move quickly. Anyways enjoy!! The best thing I've ever had is quesadilla tacos. Ask for 3 kids quesadillas opened up then fill with desired toppings. It's extra but worth it. I recommend getting a red cup of lettuce so it doesn't get soggy when you reheat it. My life's worst traumas happened here but don't worry I graduated therapy yesterday. This Chipotle is a liability to the Chipotle brand. Horrible service, missing food items early in the evening, they didn't have any fajita veggies, and almost no beef, of any type, and overall attitude was poor. They rolled my burrito into a ball, not a burrito. I asked if this was a joke, and I meant it, the attitude was that poor.. she said what? I mentioned how it was a ball. She rolled it into a burrito and then roll the burrito into a ball, like starting from the end. The girl who started with burrito said it's ok claiming it meets the chipotle standard. I'm serious, it was a legit square/ball. I said, never mind, let's just do a bowl. Then she just left it as it was rolled with foil and put it in a bowl! Tables were dirty, and bad ambiance. Very unprofessional, the location says they do not close until 11pm . Walked in at 8pm along with other families and were never greeted by their staff. The cashier just kept looking at us. Then someone from the back walks out and say they are out of virtually everything after about 5 minutes of standing there and the lady preparing other orders. Ordered at 630 for 7pm pickup. It's now 730 and no food in sight. I'm the only one at the restaurant - no one else eating. One guy keeps leaving to pet a dog inside the store. This place is a pretty big mess even by fast food standards. Convenient airport location but it's poorly run. Drive elsewhere and keep looking. read more

I stop in from time to time when staying in the area before catching a flight. This location continues to be the dirtiest Chipotle I've ever eaten at, both behind the glass as well as the dinning area. I'm surprised people aren't getting ill from eating here. The soap dispenser in the men's restroom was inoperable, making me question how clean the workers hands could be. The food quality was also terrible. Just posting an update. Got Chipotle delivered to work for free. Decided to go with tacos instead of a salad. I thought this would be harder to mess up. Wrong! Got the three taco meal. Got the veggie protein with some grilled veggies. I declined to get rice and beans. This just meant that there was not much filling in the tacos. When they got to me they were so soggy that the bottom of all the tacos just fell out. They also put the sour cream on the outside of the tacos?!?! I went to the one near PDX airport and ordered Chicken Quesadilla and it was so bad I have to trash it and never go back again

The food was really good! I was able to order within minutes. I ordered the veggie and it was so good! I enjoyed it so much that I ate the whole meal in one seating! They gave such a good amount. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The seating area is so nice and clean. It feels so nice to sit and dine in with me and my family. They also have outdoor seating that was perfect for the sunny weather. I highly recommend this place. I'll definitely come back! read more

I ordered 3 burrito bowls and a burrito. Asked for vinaigrette which is usually free. Was told that it was $1.10 each when it's usually free and then was charged $1.60 for each and they are barely a 3rd of the way full. Disappointment. Not sure who shift lead was but I assume Brandon since it was a girl checking me out and the receipt says the host was Brandon. If he was the shift lead it was his idea to charge for vinaigrette. The money doesn't go to you buddy so i'm not sure why you're so worried about charging for little knick knacks like that. Certainly one of the worst chipotle experience. The store was DIRTY ...like you could confuse it with a dumpster. There was food/trash thrown all over the floors ,on the counters ,on the table . I do feel as though reviewing chipotle is really less about the food because the system they have in place provides pretty equal food everywhere. However, the environment had a lot of work to do. The bathrooms were not clean, the trash was overflowing and the floors were sticky. And, while the food was consistent for the most part with other chipotles, I think there is an employee here who mistook a jalapeño for a bell pepper in their fajita veggies as there was no bell peppers and only large chunks of jalapeños. The counter where they put the food together was covered with food and they were dragging peoples bowls and burrito wrappers through the mess. The back counter where they prep meat was a disaster. Stopped in for a quick bite because my husband was craving Chipotle. The entire place looked like they were about to shut down or go out of business. Chairs were stacked against the walls, the lemonade dispenser was empty and not running, utensils in a paper cup on the table, as well as their napkins. The whole establishment smelled horrible and all the tables were dirty with food and crumbs. Trash bags on top of where the trash can was inside the restaurant which is very unsanitary, considering there are tables right next to the garbage can... They were out of beans, green salsa, pico, salad dressing, sour cream, fajitas. The Asian girl at the register rolled her eyes at me when I asked for the red salsa on the side. Came here with a huge group from a conference we were attending. The workers were so efficient and patient with the kids. Most of the kids we brought had never been to a Chipotle and they were not rushed through, everyone working took the time to explain their options and answer questions.
