The ASAP orders I give a little more grace to, but tonight I ordered an hour in advance. When I arrived 5 minutes after my scheduled time, there was no order, no bag pending sandwich completion. They couldn't even find my order for the longest time. Someone obviously printed it off when it came in and figured they had an hour until pickup so it was shoved aside. After my order was found, I was told, "ok we're making it now". I was told this 2 times in between them handling in store and other app orders. Not cool at all. Conclusion: It's faster to wait in line in the store than to order in advance on the app. And certainly not too far in advance! I think management needs to tweak their organization systems some because this shouldn't be.
