I honestly never order Chipotle late, but I'm so glad I did the other night. I just wanted to give a shoutout to Bella, Kelsey, Kendall, and Andy because they were all so friendly and welcoming. Everyone was in a good mood, they were kind, and you could tell they actually cared about giving people a good experience. It's not often you come across a whole crew that's this positive, especially at night, so I really wanted to recognize them. They made our experience really quick, easy, and just genuinely pleasant. Staff was polite and very friendly upon our visit, all were working diligently and were properly attired. Service was prompt and helpful with work areas very clean and organized. There is a new person working here. She's very enthusiastic and was kind and genuinely seemed to care. She was a stark contrast to the other grumpy trolls that are likely holding her hostage there. The burrito started out well, but then had to be handed over to the next staff member who proceeded to smush it and slop the ingredients out the sides as they formed it into a slime covered ball. You cannot call Chipotle as no one answers the phone - mechanical voice tells you that everyone is busy in the store. In fact no customers were in the store when I called from the parking lot. I went in and the staff had no idea if the meat contained MSG. So I just ordered corn chips and guacamole. The corn chips were stale -- meaning they were hard but not crisp. It reminded me that I went there a few years ago and had the same experience and decided to not return, but I forgot. And what you see in the store is NOT like the cooking represented on Chipotle TV commericais -- no one is frying beef and slicing it into hunks -- it is not as they represent it on their menu board either -- it's just little thinly sliced strips of beef dumped into a warming pan which are ladled out with an ice cream scoop. Stopped by here recently for an early lunch as I caught up with a friend from high school. We beat the lunch rush & had basically the whole restaurant to ourselves for the first 15 mins or so. They did become very popular around 11:45/12ish, so just factor that in when you swing by for lunch. Their liquor license is pending, so don't expect to order a Corona like you can at other locations. I always get the bowls because they serve you so much that you can make it stretch for two meals super easily. Everything was tasty & there was a decent amount of spice in the salsa which was nice too compared to some chain Mexican places that skimp on spiciness. Parking can be a bit nightmarish too, but if you park closer to the post office you won't have as many close calls with people backing in & out of the crowded parking lot. read more

This place was very clean. The team was on top of everything and even thought it was a long line, they kept things moving. My meal was good typical Chipotle meal. Maybe it is because it is so new the place looked extremely clean and the staff worked as a team to make sure the line moves and you get served in a timely fashion. Never had an experience worth creating a yelp account for until today. Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. Clearly no superiors or managerial staff around. If this was my business I would seriously reevaluate the staff on hand, and focus on their work ethic when nobody's on shift to lead them. I had to walk out of a restaurant for the first time in 30 years because I sincerely questioned if they cared about cross contamination for celiac disease and feared they'd screw with my food.
