I have been to this location a few times. It is always understaffed and dirty. The employees don't seem to really care. I went to pick up dinner for the family this evening. When I arrived, I almost turned around. There were 17 people in line in front of me. By the time I got up to the counter, most of the food trays were basically empty. The food that was left looked unappealing and the whole service area was a mess - as usual. I have been to several other locations in the area and the experience is completely different. Every time I place an online order for my family, the regular quesadilla is missing from the bag. Every single time, I have had to drive back to the store to have it remade. Today, to avoid the issue, I went into the restaurant to order it in person and I was told that it is an online only item. That policy makes absolutely no sense. You clearly have the ingredients and you clearly make the kids quesadilla in store, and this is the exact same item, just a normal quesadilla. The store was not busy, there was no line, and nothing was out of stock. There was no reason it could not be made. Normally this would just be frustrating, but today it was unsafe. My child has Type One diabetes and must take insulin before eating. He took his insulin assuming the meal we ordered was coming, because that is what has always happened in the past even when the item was forgotten. Being told that you simply will not make it puts my child at risk. He cannot take insulin for food that is not provided. I am extremely upset and I honestly will not be ordering again until this issue is fixed. Food and service is horrendous. On the food line there is always such bad contamination from one ingredient in the next, take note if you have allergy or can't eat certain foods. The restaurant is a huge mess and nobody ever cleans it up. They run out of forks and never restock. During Covid they would randomly shut down in the middle of the day WITH NO WARNING and not take orders unless they were online. Burrito bowl of disappointment. I love chipotle, just not this location. The food is consistently poor and is why we rarely come here. The employees are always busy when we come, but the food fails to deliver. We ordered lunch in the late afternoon. It was cold. The pinto beans were super dry and kinda crunchy. Brown rice was unseasoned and I received the smallest scoop of guacamole (2 heaping Tbsp, maybe). The salsa, however was flavorful. I also ordered a burrito and it was child sized - much smaller than expected for a chicken burrito with rice, beans, veggies, and salsa. I've had bigger burritos at Taco Bell. We love Chipotle; stuck with them through the norovirus outbreak and all through COVID. Have been loyal customers for over 7 years. This particular location, unfortunately, has gone completely down the drain. We have had no less than 7 take out orders missing food, or being completely wrong altogether. We have been patient, as we do understand the staffing issues plaguing the country, but the vast amount of times this location continues to mess up orders is far worse than any other place we frequent. There is a lack of attention to detail or care. Definitely recommend taking the extra time to go to Mansfield. Hate having to write negative reviews these days, but when it becomes more expected your order is going to be messed up than correct, something is wrong. read more
