I probably haven't eaten KFC in over six years. There was no line in the drive-through plenty of parking and the girl that was working. The window was very friendly and extremely helpful with the menu. The food came out warm french fries were fresh and hot and she gave plenty of napkins. I would recommend this location. read more

After 55 years on this big blue marble I have discovered the best bang for your buck when it comes to fast food. The 20 Buck Fill-Up is it. Quality and quantity meld together for a giant uber-yumski bargain. KFC may not be everyone's cup of tea but it is mine. It's either KFC or Popeyes for people's preference and they are quite adamant about it. This split thinking is a powerful and unyeilding one. Popular examples are The Munsters /Addam's Family split and the Bewitched/I Dream of Jeannie split and the Mary Ann/Ginger split. Anyhoot, the 20 Buck Fill-up is 20 bucks and includes two HUGE breasts and two wings and two thunder thighs and two "drummies" (that's a whole chicken BTW if my anatomical mathematics are correct) and they threw in a couple "rando" pieces as well. Two mashed "ba-day-da" orders came with and the containers are mega. Four biscuits and a big-ass container of slaw and a tub of gravy filled out this Fill-Up nicely. We also got lots of packets of hot sauce and butter spread. TONS of food and great quality as well. It's krispy n' hot n' fresh n' greasy n' more... This 20 Dollar Fill-Up is a WAY better deal than other menu options. It is a lot more than a normal human can eat at a sitting but just neatly pack up the leftovers for a reheat which actually has instructions for doing so on top of the bucket. You'd be a clown to not order this huge bargain deal. I needn't go into a wicked lot of deets about all this to simply highly recommend KFC to all hangry YELPers. Sow down now. HELPFUL MONEY-SAVING TIP: Bring your own bevs. DO NOT pay big bucks for drinks when going to fast food places. High-priced bevs is how they "get ya" and make their money. Haven't been to a KFC in forever, but ordered here on whim on my way home. Placed a mobile order for a 6 piece meal and an extra side of mac and cheese. Got to the store and was given a bag. Got home and opened the bag to find no extra side of Mac and cheese and my husband's fries had been tossed into the bag. Of course the store phone goes right to a voicemail box, so I call corporate and I have to give two people the simple explanation that I wanted a refund for the missing Mac and cheese and that the fries were not ok. I did get a refund, which while silly I do appreciate... but the fries thing? C'mon now. Just dumping fries like that is unsanitary and let's face it, placing fries right side up is not that difficult. read more

Weird to give KFC 5 stars but this location is outstanding. Somebody behind the scenes is doing something right when running the store. First of all, the cashier Jack is excellent. He was very patient and friendly. I even saw him helping elderly lady walk her food out to her car for her because of having a walker! So sweet. As far as food goes, the KFC bowl $5 deal with a drink and a cookie was very great! though buffalo wings were awesome. I just wish they came back with a grilled option. the ambiance is also great. Just got home with my 5 dollar fillup. 2 legs and a thigh with mac n cheese. Opened up box 2 pieces of chicken was all that was there. Called several times only machine picks up. It's very unfortunate that the employees cannot count to 3 and read a screen. There was no lines inside and I was the only car in the drive thru at 6pm on a Monday night! No manners and no coleslaw! Waited in drive-up line today for 5 minutes behind 1 car, before 4:30 p.m. Placed my order for a large side of coleslaw to go with my dinner at home. No "hello," "welcome to KFC" or any type of polite greeting. Then I went to pay for the coleslaw, and the supervisor said she just sold the last one! Whaaat??? You have no coleslaw?!? I was at the Raynham MA KFC 4/24, The associate packing my meal wasn't wearing a mask. I took 3 pictures to show her manager. when I showed the manager the girl starts yelling at me, that I'm a pervert for taking pictures of her NOT wearing her mask!, and start yelling what I did was illegal, cause shes under 18. The manager insisted I delete the pictures which I did. The manager sent the girl outback to her office the associate still stayed there yelling with other customers right there. Well since then I've called KFC customer service 3 times, last was suppose to escalate to corporate. Here we are 4 weeks later and no one has had the common courtesy to give me so much as a phone call. Every time I ordered delivery I was missing an item or didn't get any sauce I requested. I called and they don't pick up-could just leave a message. Not worth it so I didn't leave a message. Ive gone to this kfc location multiple times and they often close earlier than stated. I showed up 10mins before closing time, with a late night craving. Just for the drive thru person to say that they are closed. I look at my cellphone to check the time, wich is going off of satellite time and rest assured the time on my phone says that the place should still be open. Drive thru person says that the time is 10pm as if they have the ability to warp time. I drive off disappointed with a waste of my time and having to drive all the way there in the first place. So the food is always consistent...it's KFC, you get what you expect. BUT every time I get a $5 fill up that comes with a cookie, they forget it. It's just the cookie so it's not a huge deal but it just makes me really sad cuz I love that bit of sweet after a savory/salty meal. read more
