I've given this location many chances and today was my last one. When you work a 9-5 and only get a half hour for lunch, ordering online is the best convenience you can have. Every time I've order online for a future order it's never been ready. Today was even more ridiculous because I had placed my order at 11:30 for pick up at 1, actually ended up taking a late lunch and didn't get there til 1:30 and no one had any idea about my order. I told her it was supposed to be ready at 1 and showed her my email and she said they weren't even open then, however their hours online and on their website say they open at 10:45am. It had already taken me 5 minutes to get there, 5 minutes to wait for them to look my order up and make it, 5 minutes to get back, and leaving me with 15 minutes for lunch. I haven't ordered from this chipotle in forever because of long wait times and incorrect orders. I tried to order again the other day, and it said they were not accepting orders. On google it said they were closed. When I called they said they were closed. Today I called and it said they were open! I was so excited to try it again, so I googled the times they were open and it said till 10pm. I called a little before 8, they said they were open, when I tried to speak with someone to ask if they were open till 10 I couldn't get anyone. Ordered a Burrito and burrito bowl online - both were poorly made and had very little protein or veggies, way too much cheese and sour cream, barely any rice. I never get the right order when ordering online and using door dash to deliver. They usually take well over an hour to deliver and 100% of the time they get the orders wrong. Also, the rice is often rock hard and I can't tell if it was sitting out for too long or just overcooked. I come here often and often leave asking myself why I keep coming back. I order online or on the app mostly and take it home. 8 out of 10 times my order will be wrong. There are a few workers who have been there for a while, they're very nice for the most part but quite a few of the new people look poorly trained and have unwelcoming attitudes. Also, the burritos are usually messy and poorly wrapped and I don't even ask for extras on any order. This is just a vicious cycle that I go through when I'm craving chipotle. The food is absolutely delicious! The line moves fast and the team is very welcoming. I ordered a salad with fajitas veggies, chicken, queso, and corn salsa! The romaine lettuce is crisp and fresh and cut into perfect size bites. The fajitas are grilled to a sweet perfection. I'm done with this location. One would think that in light of the Chipotle brand's recent struggles, that each individual shop would go out of its way to ensure a positive experience. But these guys really couldn't care less. If you go in with a prescribed idea of what you want, forget it - they will inevitably be out of at least one key ingredient, or will make you wait 10 minutes while they prepare another woefully inadequate supply. This shop truly is an outlier. I have had nothing but good experiences at literally every other Chipotle I have visited, from Seekonk, Massachusetts, to Phoenix, Arizona. I'm a big fan of Chipotle - this was my first time to this location. It was pretty much empty, which I found surprising considering the time of day. The staff is super friendly and attentive. I opted for my usual ride bowl. Everything appeared to be fairly fresh, except maybe the pork. They didn't skimp on portions, like some chipotles do IMO with a fast paced environment. I gave 3 stars because my chips were pretty stale, but this could be due to them being a slower location? Also, my rice and protein were cold, but I did have a few cold items added - and I would like to assume they take all the proper precautions for time/temp safety. I love the food here. Always fresh. Never cold. I would have to say I like the barbacoa or carnitas tacos the best. But then why only 3 stars. I have been to multiple locations and I have to say the design of this place is the worst set up for a restaurant. First you will walk in and immediately notice the very high ceilings. My husband and I often order regularly from this Chipotle. Unfortunately for the past few times the meals have always been flawed in some way. The biggest complaint I have is the cross contamination between ingredients. Each time I've ordered a bowl, or my husband a burrito there have been more than a few ingredients in it that we haven't asked for. Ex:side of hot salsa filled with swirls of what is assumed to be sour cream, roasted veggies or a sampling of various proteins. Most recently, they have also forgotten ingredients. We've never been to a Chipotle and didn't know what to expect. The menu was pretty simple. You get to pick white or brown rice, chicken, pork or beef, black or pinto beans (refried beans would have been nice) and mild, medium or hot salsa. I had a carnita burrito that was huge and filled to bursting with brown rice, shredded pork, black beans, salsa, sour cream and guacamole.
