I love chipotle one of my favorite places to eat for sure, mainly because of the quality, freshness, and the ability to get in and out in a fairly decent time. A little frustrated with my visit today because of how long I had to wait for my food. Line was almost all the way to the door and there were only 3 staff members that I could see. With that being said, I knew my wait would probably be longer than normal. Staff was nice but just had no pep in there step, it seemed that even though the line was insanely long they seemed to be moving at the same pace that they would be if there was no line. Usually when I visit a chipotle and they are busy, you can physically see the staff moving quicker than normal and working hard to hurry and get orders done and people through the line. I got the impression that they really didn't seem to care how long people were waiting, as they just casually kept making bowls and burritos at a seemingly leisurely pace. *I will say the cook in the back is exempt from this, as you could visually see he was working hard and quickly. All in all, the highs are good. I go here pretty consistently without much of a bother. The only real issue I encounter is ingredient shortages. They happen every week or so, and it is frustrating. However, I've seen management improvements over the last few months, and they have this one cashier that freakin' rocks, always smiles, always wishes a good day, and always very quick. I don't usually stay in the restaurant, it's usually to go, but from when I have, it's solidly clean and smells wonderful. The only thing I would change is the music. Sometimes the music is iffy. I believe in quantified nutrition so my servings are fixed. Here's what I ordered - 1 serving white rice 2 servings beans 1 serving tofu 1 serving pico 2 servings salsa 1 serving cheese 1 serving guacamole and some lettuce. Here's what I got - 0.75 serving rice 2 serving beans 1 serving tofu - when asked to complete that serving, server took 2 extra extremely small pieces of tofu lol 1 serving pico Half serving cheese Half serving guacamole even after paying 2.25 extra on it.
