Didn't take the receipt, forgot order #, but, we were the only ones waiting for food...everyone was sitting & eating. When a tray of food was put in front of me, I said that's not mine. She said: "is your name ..." "I didn't give my name" "order #?", "I don't remember but I ordered blah blah, came to $19.+, & I was asked to round up" manager comes over, long black hair, sort of tied back, but mostly looking like he just rolled out of bed. He proceeds to tell me, without a receipt, he will NOT give me my food. REALLY? So, are you pocketing my $20, or holding my food hostage? I am outraged. I had to open my banking information to show him I paid for the food. The lady that took my order could have spoken up, we were the only ones in the place that ordered, everyone else was eating, so no new orders were placed after me. I even told the manager to review the video tape. He refused. The only thing going for this place are the shoestring fries. They are not worth going back for though. This was the Freddys on Ironwood in Queen Creek. I believe my order # was 299, but, really not sure. Happened between 5:30-6pm. Freddy's will never see me or my money again. Shame on you, not only for allowing this, but, for ignoring my complaint I sent to HQ. You are STILL treating me like crap, so, if I don't matter to you, do your other customers matter? POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The pitas are also a good size and pretty filling, so you definitely get a decent amount of food. The fries are your standard crinkle-cut fries, but they come out nice and hot when you order them. I've also tried the Chicken Philly Pita and really enjoyed it. The meat was tender, well-seasoned, and had great flavor. Overall, it's a solid option when you're craving Greek food without having to travel too far.

I get that customers can be difficult too, but the consistency just isn't there. The pace is also inconsistent--sometimes it looks understaffed, and people get ignored, while other times there are plenty of employees in the kitchen, yet orders (both in-store and mobile) still take longer than expected. The condiment station often isn't kept up regularly either. Parking can also be frustrating. The lot right in front of the Taco Bell is small, and on crowded days, drive-thru lines block spaces. The alternative is walking from the nearby Walmart lot, which at least has plenty of room. Overall, after visiting this location for the past couple of years, I'd say the service and food quality just aren't consistent--even for Taco Bell standards.

Justice, the GM, is the best!! We absolutely love coming to this Chipotle, and a huge part of that is because of Justice, the General Manager. He is always so kind to my kids, and it truly makes a difference. You can tell he cares not just about the food and the service, but about the people who walk through the door. His team reflects that same attitude, everyone is helpful, polite, and welcoming. The store is always spotless, which just adds to the great experience every time. This location stands out because of the way Justice leads his team, and it's become one of our favorite and affordable places to eat as a family. I do not have a vehicle. So when I have to order food, I have to use DoorDash. Unfortunately this chipotle is the only chipotle near me. And it never fails. Literally every time I get an order from DoorDash from the store something is wrong with it. Today my bowl was extremely cold. The chicken itself was cold as well almost as if they just pulled it out of the freezer. I don't understand that because I only live five minutes away. The unfortunate part is you can't call the store to let them know you have to reach out to Pepper to let them know and they said they would pass it on to the store. Which is 100% obviously they're not by the reviews, the store continuously gets. read more

The black muscular guy whose a manager is a complete asshole! Everytime i come in there he always gives me the evil eye, doesn't say hi or goodbye, and he only gives me half the ingredients! This isn't the first time he's done that! I demand he be fired immediately! I don't feel safe going back there after this! read more
