Just placed an online order through the Jimmy John's app. They got my husbands order right, and mine completely wrong! It clearly shows on my receipt that I wanted light lettuce, no tomato and Not an "un- which" style. There is pickles cucumbers, and tomatoes which I didn't ask for. What the heck... did you give me someone else's order?! Lately all these fast food places nearby are completely lacking in service and competency, we've enjoyed coming to this location in the past, they've got our order slightly wrong before, but never this bad! Received an email from JJ which said they offer free chips and a drink on orders after 2pm. Tempted by this offer I went to the Hunt and Gary location and ordered my sandwich. When I asked for the chips and drink, I was told that this location was not participating in the promotion. This is the second time this location denied me an offered promotion. Pretty good as far as Jimmy John's locations go! The store is typically clean and of course, smells great. The kids working the counter are friendly and for the most part your sandwich will be right. There have been a few instances of missing toppings or not omitting something that was asked- but it's no biggie. The spicy east coast Italian is fiiiiiire. read more

Not a fan I normally go to this store and things have been fine. I signed up for their rewards program like 4 months ago and started using it. Ever since I've used it nothing has worked. My number is the same I've signed up with. I got a plain sandwich and I had a free sandwich in my rewards and it didn't show on there end but it showed on my end I showed the manager my phone and she said sorry we can't honor it. I asked why and she was very rude and said it shows. I thing on my end so we can't honor it I showed her my app and she even took my phone to look at it! Bought a couple of sandwiches today at about 3:30, Sunday; Italian Club ($8.99) and Spicy Italian ($8.99). Had a few extras put on; pickles, hot peppers, Jimmy mustard. Sandwiches are good to very good. Neither were labeled though and as they are both Italian... Should have been labeled, easier for me, your customer. :) Now. The three staff they had I think hated working there, or hated working Sunday, or just hating working. Not friendly at all. The lady/girl was a bit more friendly, but not much. The cashier or her didn't assist me when I had questions, didn't tell me about the free add-ons even though was asking questions on add-ons. It was like, how fast can we get rid of him? With two sandwiches, didn't offer or give me a bag. No napkins either. But this may be a JJ standard. Not a very good one though. The place was very clean, someone did say hello when I walked in, in an unhappy way. I think I'll go back to Subway, quality is about the same, a little less, but I can add 'add-on' ingredients as much as I want. Here, I had to pull teeth so to speak to get extras. Got some really bad food poisoning here on Monday (3/24/24). Ordered a turkey Tom sandwich.

Today my mother placed an order via DoorDash. This experience by far was unnecessary and very disappointing. Customer service was not present in the initial order received and then the replacement. Not to mention this happened on my mothers bday!!! After working with Vince the "manager", we will not be ordering from jimmy johns ever again. In order for Vince to make the correct sandwiches he requested to have us return the incorrect ones. Very petty, and obvious lack of customer service experience! Once the new sandwich's arrived, the delivery individual, seen how frustrated my mother was when she answered the door and decided to be rude and condescending. After placing my doordash order today, i will no longer be eating at this establishment. First of all, we ordered wheat sandwiches and got them on slices of bread. I have and will never pay $10 for a homemade sandwich. When we opened the sandwiches, they had been soggy and disgusting. I've been going to this Jimmy Johns for years, and up 'till now, it has been my favorite sandwich place. I got the #13 Jimmy Cubano and was very disappointed. Not only did it taste like they had used the same utensils they last made a tuna fish sandwich with, there was hardly any filling. The sandwich was so thin, the bread at the top of the sandwich was touching the bottom. There was total 2 slices of ham, 3 slices of bacon and 2 slices of provolone for the whole sandwich. Since I got it cut in half, that means I only received 1 slice of each on each half. Of course, I ordered pickup so I didn't notice until I got home. Didn't have the energy to go back. I hope it's just new staff, but I won't be going back there anytime soon. read more

This location is the closest to my home. I've been to a number of Jimmy Johns in the valley and in Flagstaff. This place is just as good as the rest of them. You walk in, order your sandwich, receive your sandwich, you enjoy your sandwich. What's not to like? Who cares if the workers are friendly or not. They're just making a sandwich. I have ordered from this location multiple times and have never had an issue ever. Tonight I ordered my normal club lulu with no lettuce, regular sprouts, ez onions and I added ez dijon mustard. When I got my sandwich this time, the amount of sprouts was less than ez (even though I ordered regular amount) and there was no dijon mustard So I called the shop and let them know. The first male on the phone told me that they are cracking down on how much sprouts they put on their sandwiches. When I made the point that the amount on my sandwich was less than ez, the male passed me off to another male (which I am assuming was either the supervisor or store manager). When he got on the line, he advised me that they apologize for their mistake, but they would not be making me a new sandwich because it is a $7 sandwich. He also stated that instead, he will make sure to leave a note on my profile stating that future sandwiches need to have extra sprouts and to not forget mustard. I have never gone to any food establishment whether it be fast food or a 5 star restaurant and have them refuse to remake an item that a mistake was made on by them. I was truly blown away by what he advised me. I made it clear that there would be no need to not ate my profile as we will no longer order their food after today. Sadly enough, it took me stating that to have them remake my sandwich. Even with them remaking it, the male I spoke with felt the need to stress the fact that in order for them to bring me a new sandwich, I would have to return the original one...I honestly laughed when he said that because that is common knowledge in the food industry. The problem with all of this is the fact that when it comes to customer service and the food industry, you always fix the issue at no extra cost to the customer. Nothing too crazy special. I know they deliver "freaky fast", as I've ordered from them in other states, but this time we opted for pick up (we weren't feeling lazy). Love that you can order and customize online. My family took turns customizing our sandwiches, then submitted our order. Conformation page said it'd take about 40 minutes. I was feeling impatient, so I drove over right away with high hopes. I got there no more than 7 minutes after we placed our order, and I kid you not, everything was made, wrapped and ready to go when I stepped in.
