Didn't take the receipt, forgot order #, but, we were the only ones waiting for food...everyone was sitting & eating. When a tray of food was put in front of me, I said that's not mine. She said: "is your name ..." "I didn't give my name" "order #?", "I don't remember but I ordered blah blah, came to $19.+, & I was asked to round up" manager comes over, long black hair, sort of tied back, but mostly looking like he just rolled out of bed. He proceeds to tell me, without a receipt, he will NOT give me my food. REALLY? So, are you pocketing my $20, or holding my food hostage? I am outraged. I had to open my banking information to show him I paid for the food. The lady that took my order could have spoken up, we were the only ones in the place that ordered, everyone else was eating, so no new orders were placed after me. I even told the manager to review the video tape. He refused. The only thing going for this place are the shoestring fries. They are not worth going back for though. This was the Freddys on Ironwood in Queen Creek. I believe my order # was 299, but, really not sure. Happened between 5:30-6pm. Freddy's will never see me or my money again. Shame on you, not only for allowing this, but, for ignoring my complaint I sent to HQ. You are STILL treating me like crap, so, if I don't matter to you, do your other customers matter? POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I've also tried the Chicken Philly Pita and really enjoyed it. The meat was tender, well-seasoned, and had great flavor. Overall, it's a solid option when you're craving Greek food without having to travel too far.

The condiment station often isn't kept up regularly either. Parking can also be frustrating. The lot right in front of the Taco Bell is small, and on crowded days, drive-thru lines block spaces. The alternative is walking from the nearby Walmart lot, which at least has plenty of room. Overall, after visiting this location for the past couple of years, I'd say the service and food quality just aren't consistent--even for Taco Bell standards.

Manager (black shirt) said there was no way to make it without peppers because it comes prepackaged that way. I mean the crepe and plum sauce was the same but the chicken and veggies were different and not in a good way. The flavor was mild and the plum sauce that was spread on the crepe saved this dish. What was disappointing was they gave us one small condiment cup of plum sauce and it wasn't even filled to the top. It was enough for two crepes and we had 6 crepes and chicken and veggies to fill all the crepes. If the plum sauce was what saved this dish imagine my disappointment in not having enough plum sauce for the remaining crepes. They definitely need to give a larger portion of plum sauce. I have turned my daughter on to egg drop soup and she loves it from our usual Chinese restaurant so she wanted to try it here. This egg drop had corn and tofu (we think, but not sure) in it. It was very bland. She had to add soy sauce to it to spruce up the flavor. We always order wonton chips for egg drop soup and did this time too. Their wonton chips were bland as well. Lastly, we ordered crab puffs and the same wonton shells were used for the crab puffs. Just another item that was bland. If I could get the garlic chicken I would try this place again but since I can't I don't foresee us ordering from here again. We will drive a few miles down the street to get our favorite place.
