I appreciate Chipotle hiring make a wish kids to run their register, and that's why they are the only restaurant that requires exact change or card payments only. I had the same problem as another reviewer. My online order was not complete. $20 of food was left out of the order. When I called, I was prevented from talking to a human on the phone. I was eventually directed to use the app to report the issue. I tried that. After spending 20 minutes struggling with the system I finally got to the point where I could submit the data.... But nope. A simple message stated"" "we cannot process your request, please try again later". I truly feel they made it as difficult as possible to report the issue. I just worked a shift 7am-730pm and my boyfriend picked up chipotle because pancheros is closed. we figured it would be fine even though we know sometimes they are out of things. they didn't have any guac (ok fine). when he got home with our bowls, they were smothered with sour cream, the chicken was so burnt I couldn't tell if it was even chicken, it was so cold, and there were so many onions in it from the pico. my boyfriend is a human garbage disposal and even he couldn't stomach what was given to us. read more

Was out in the afternoon, My wife and I decided to go to Chipotle since we live nearby and had not been there for a long time. It was early evening (5:00 PM ) nobody in the place, we walked in and were greeted by a filthy place...garbage overflowing in the waste baskets, food on the floor and tables, table and chairs in disarray. The staff were great. The low rating is given for the facility. The garbage was overflowing, the ice machine broken and the bathroom out of order. Probably the worst Chipotle I've been to of 50+ locations. I have ordered here and 90% of my orders have been put in wrong, or items missing repeatedly. I have written to corporate 4 different times with very detail oriented emails and phone calls. Legit nobody cares and nothing is ever done to improve and fix the issues with this location. I have ordered a burrito bowl 7 different times here, and the only time they have provided me with the actual dressing I had to go in, check the inside of the bag, confirm there was no dressing, and beg the assistant manager to make me dressing because they "had none". They made it seem like I was issuing a death sentence by asking. Never again, this location made me swear off Chipotle for the rest of my life. They skimp on toppings, never are stocked or prepared for dinner rushes, just completely zero care or consideration put into any order. Absolutely avoid this place at all costs. The workers were very nice. However when we got there the options for our bowl were limited. There was no white rice, vegetables, queso, and more. Two people were fixing food and refilled some at the counter and never acknowledge me. Asked when fresh Barbacoa would be ready since there was very little of what was currently left. The response I got was "not for a while" yet was then told 10 minutes. I said I would wait for fresh Barbacoa. As soon as my back was turned the employee felt the need to say "oh fresh Barbacoa"..ok let that slide and waited for a few minutes in the car. I Decided against waiting too much longer once I saw a line figuring the Barbacoa would be ready by then and ordered. It wasn't ready but at that point I didn't even care. I ordered a bowl and a burrito, 2 sides of guac. Had to remind them I paid for 2 sides of guac because I got two bags of chips and there was no indication by any employee that I had just paid for it and to prepare it for me. Get into the car to see they charged me for extra Barbacoa. Really?? I never asked for extra. I could care less about the $3 but out of principal that they over charged me, I'll just go to a different location and not be overcharged. I am a huge chipotle fan however this particular location left much to be desired. I went in on a Thursday night and ordered a chicken and brown rice bowl. The rice was undercooked leaving it very hard to chew. They had ran out of lettuce which left me disappointed. I was going to have my bowl at this location however i noticed the table were very unclean as well as the floor needing a good sweep so i decided to take it to go.
