I came here as a courier for Uber eats. I have visited a few times as a customer myself and always disappointing (out of multiple items etc) but this takes the cake. Someone asked me what I was waiting on about 10 minutes after I had been waiting. Let them know, another 20 minutes pass and I'm irritated at this point and tell the lady at the register and she kind of shrugs it off and ignores me. I'll be declining any future deliveries that come through this location. Complete lack of urgency. I am always graceful after my years in food service, but as someone who has foodservice management experience this location does an awful job of providing a good experience to any of its patrons. read more

If I could give negative stars here I would. This place has been a total disaster each time I have been but today was the last straw. For the 3rd time I have had to wait 30+ minutes past the time my order was supposed to be ready. They were out of salad dressing AGAIN, but they also put zero lettuce in my salad as well!! I truly wish it was possible to leave zero stars. I'm not sure why people continue to go here. Myself included. Maybe because we hope each visit will be different from the last? It never is. The food is NOTHING like it was. It has gone way down hill. Two different times now, I have gone to pick up my order and was told they never received it but my card was charged. Getting a hold of customer service is an absolute joke. You have to talk with "Pepper" who isnt even real. Then when you call the number on their website it takes forever to get to an actual person. To top it off, they no longer do refunds!! So if they don't get your order, they'll just replace it and give you some perks that expire. I'm not sure why Sherman is even getting a second one when this one is horrible. I guess we can only hope the second one will be better. read more

Service is absolutely horrible. My order is always around $12, however, I got charged $6 for extra steak without asking for extra. I was then questioned by three different people if I was "sure" and the cashier saying he "saw the extra steak" I told them if they didn't believe me they can have the bowl back and remake it. I was in no way trying to get a discount or anything I just wanted to be charged for what I asked for. The manager and staff were EXTREMELY dismissive. The manager then asked if I wanted a side of steak or a refund?? If I wanted extra steak I would have asked for that! After 10 minutes of them badgering me they gave me a refund. He gave me three dollar bills and then three dollars IN QUARTERS. I just walked out. I've had problems at this location every time I've been there. Not how you run a business. read more

My bowl was SMOTHERED in sour cream to the point where I couldn't even eat it bc that's all I could taste and also only maybe a tbsp of the corn salsa. I also couldn't order lettuce on my bowl like before on the app‍ my boyfriend got a carnitas burrito with cheese, guacamole, rice, and lettuce and all he got was rice and carnitas. No guacamole even though we got charged for it, no cheese either. It's been like this the last 3 times we've got food Togo. Such a shame bc the food itself is pretty good. Food was okay. They were out of barbacoa, which was sad. There was a long line , so I was in the restaurant for a while. The weren't any clean tables. There was a puddle of soda on the floor the whole time. My son told one of the employees about it; nothing was done. There weren't any napkins for me to clean off a table. Just unacceptable restaurant conditions. I don't think this store location looks at yelp, because lots of people are saying the same thing I saw. If I were the manager of this restaurant, things would be different. Of course I would also have a hard time getting a bunch of high school kids to work hard and care about their jobs. The puddle of soda was still on the floor when I left. I thought about asking for a mop so I could clean it up. Somebody's going to slip on that and file a lawsuit. read more

Every time I order from this store, my order is incorrect or they give me 2 bite size pieces of chicken when I order it. I give this store the benefit of the doubt sometimes and say oh, maybe they've changed, no... same thing again and again. $12 for a bowl and you can't even add a normal scoop of chicken. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Usually chipotle is a great experience, I cannot say the same for Sherman. I ordered online and waited in the chipotlane for 30 MINUTES. By the time I made it to the window a lady with a septum nose ring asked for my name then left me waiting for an additional 10 minutes. By this time, my 3 year old was in tears in my backseat due to having to go potty. I parked my car and took my 2 children in to use the restroom. When I came inside to collect my order the woman from the window informed me because I drove off my food was GONE. When I asked for a refund she advised I needed to leave for being upset and WALKED AWAY. On top of this I'm 8 MONTHS pregnant. At this point in tears, walking to my car with hungry kids and out of $30. I'm very dissapointed chipotle and will definitely be leaving my review on different sites and letting my neighborhood know of this HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience. Hands down the worst chipotle experience of my life. 1/4/23 @ 6:30pm we ordered $64.45 in food. Got to our home 30min away and every single thing was wrong. Not only was it wrong but I order a burrito with double meat and was charged $22.50. Opened it up and there was zero meat and the burrito was the size of a taco. I told the manager how unhappy and unsatisfied I was and she told me to call a Number for a refund. She said online orders are done through a 3rd party and I would need to call in order to be refunded. They were out of 1/2 of the ingredients so they couldn't even fix the problem. Next time you run out of 1/2 your ingredients you should probably stop taking orders. read more

Meh...not my best Chipotle experience. I hadn't been to one in years and was really looking forward to it too. 3 stars because this was my first visit to this location and my experience might've just been a fluke. Service.... When I arrived and got in what I thought was the drive through line. Apparently it is not supposed to be? I couldn't be sure because the app seemed to indicate it was specific to online pick up orders. Anyway, after sitting for about 10 mins in the same spot with lots of cars still ahead of me I decided to try ordering through the app with the hopes it would be ready by the time I got to the window or if it became available I would go inside to grab it. When I placed the order I had already been in line for about 10 minutes and the app said it would be ready in about another 13 mins. After nearly 10 mins past when it was supposed to be ready I finally arrive at the window only to find out they hadn't started my order yet. A very apologetic young girl said they were making it right away. At least 5 mins later it was finally in my hands. Because it was lunchtime it didn't bother me as much. I know how busy most places are at that time. Food Quality.... My food was pretty cold even though it was supposedly just made. So cold the cheese didn't even melt. The guacamole was all on one side of the burrito. I ordered extra steak and there was literally only 1 serving of steak for sure. Although the steak had good flavor, a lot of pieces were really chewy and I had to spit some pieces out in my napkin. The pieces were also huge which meant that only every 1 in 4 or 5 bites contained any meat! The rice was really dry and must've been left uncovered for a long time. There was a giant spoonful of it at one end that didn't even get wet from the other ingredients it was huge. The beans were done properly but it did seem like there were less than I remembered normally getting. Overall, the food still had the taste I expected though and I just wound up heating it up when I got back home. Conclusion... I'll probably give them another chance when it's not quite so busy, although I'm not sure how that will improve the temperature of the food. ‍ Hope that doesn't come back to bite me... read more

This location in Sherman is the worst!! Decided to get off and get my ToGo bowl since it wasn't very busy. I went in at 1:45 pm. They still managed to mess up my order by giving my bowl to the gentleman in front of me who also ordered a ToGo bowl! I get home after a 25 minute drive and discover the mess up! You can't even reach customer service to file the complaint. I am totally giving up on this restaurant! These people simply don't care about service! read more

Like everyone else this place has changed a lot in the last year. I am a frequent customer and I agree with all the things that have been written in this review page. The place is always dirty the trash cans are overflowing the bathrooms are not clean and they are always out of things on the line. The food is not hot, barely warm. They are very stingy with what they put in your bowl, you have to ask them for extra beans or extra rice and if you do they charge you. Rice and beans are cheap, I don't understand. They used to give you a nice large tablespoon a walk a moly and now it's more like a teaspoon. If you want extra it cost you more $2.65 for a teaspoon of guacamole is outrageous. it is surprising to me how they keep business at all. They put in a drive-through window so now a lot of times you don't have anybody on the line you have to wait on them to take care of the window and then come take care of you. What was the purpose of the window if you don't have someone to operate both places? This place really needs someone to come in and clean it up and get some good employees. The food is okay, but the place itself is not clean, our food was given to us on a tray that was still dirty, even though the cashier went down several trays in the stack that was even dirtier. The tables are almost always dirty, even though they had not been open long that day. My wife had to wipe one down for us to sit at. Ran out of cheese, or at least that is what we heard. read more
