Filthy and disorganized, welcome to the only place jn the Midwest where it's your fault that they messed up your online order, prepare to have a creepy human version of the Apple Jacks cinnamon stick confront you and try to intimidate you for simply trying to get what you paid for. There is no customer service here, it's just them versus you - god forbid you don't pick up your incorrect order and just go home quietly. I'm pretty sure if they had it their way they would just hold people at gun point, take 15$ from them, and then send them home with nothing. No real functional difference between that and what my experience was. Totally yea, you may be able to come in and just get a decent bowl of food and go home for a while (as I used to once a month) but sooner or later they're gonna get you. Now I no longer wonder why their reviews are so awful. Trust me, the cognitive dissonance when you tell a restaurant they got your order wrong and the first thing out of their mouth isn't "I'm so sorry sir, let's get that fixed up for you" is insane. I grew up in Solon and I figured I would go and visit the Solon location even though I have three locations closer to me. One manger was just walking around taking on the phone to whoever and the other manager was micromanaging the girls making my three tacos. I barely had brown rice on any tacos and when she went to add more he said to me it would be extra. Never asked for extra anything but the girl seen not enough rice was on the tacos. Then came the chicken. She did a small underwhelming scoop, and when she went to add just a small bit more, the manager once again, told me it would be extra. So at this point I just said fine just charge me for extra. When I asked for cheese on my tacos I promise you there was at least 20 strands of cheese pieces between all three tacos. When I asked, can I have a little bit more cheese please the girl told me it would be two dollars extra. I've never been told it would be extra for more cheese than what is normally put on tacos or bowls or burritos. I paid extra for whatever they claimed was extra, but then when I came back to order another bowl for someone else, who was my friend, the girl who was short and light skin gave me such an attitude and was so rude like she was trying to start and pick a fight with me. I've never been so disrespected and been so rude to at any food spot. This is your job and I understand that but to me, the amount of toppings that was put on my food was just less than what I have normally received before. Even other people that were there before me had an issue with them because of the amount they were putting on their food was just so scarce. I've also never been at a chipotle where they only had three workers working on the line, and there was no one or anyone working on the grill to make fresh meat to put on the line. There was no fajitas nothing. They were scraping the bottom of the containers to put the items on our orders. It was ridiculous. I went to go get food at 5:00 PM. They had no vinaigrette which I think is ridiculous because they told me oh not enough was made for the day so we don't have any, and that's that. Me personally I don't care if I had to pay extra for a side of vinaigrette, but for the manager to tell me we don't have any because no more was made, and there was not enough made in the morning to just deal with it and be OK is ridiculous. read more

Three attempts, first time was 15 min late, next attempt was 15 min late and now at 20 minutes on third scheduled order and still waiting. I travel extensively all over US and this is by far the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. If there was a negative star option that would be the way to go. To sum up experience the manager is very discourteous and penny pinching all of the selections. I had a veggie bowl which I had to ask for extra beans right bat and was told that's an extra charge. I said it's a veggie and he didn't respond when scooping more beans in the bowl. Moving down the line asked for more cheese (because he took three finger pinch of cheese) and said they charge extra. Worked a 15 hour day, came home and ordered food through doordash at 8:01pm Received my food and 8:29pm Tipped the driver went in sat down to eat. No fork or napkins. Ok get up to retrieve those items. Sat back down, opened up food. Nowhere near what I had ordered. Tried calling the store only to get that automatic computer voice that was no help. Grabbed the food, drove up there arrived at 9pm. Two people were outside, I reached for the door and it was locked. I turned and the one employee said we are closed. I said I doordashed my order and this was nowhere near what I ordered. She again said they were closed and short handed. I said I don't care, you are gonna fix my food. She went in a side door and open the main door. MANY workers were preparing food still! I asked for the manager and she said she was the manger. She Wanted to know what was wrong with the order. I put the receipt on the counter as well as the food and said you tell me! She said said they were out of the fajita onion and peppers. I said thats fine. Meanwhile employees were laughing at me. She bagged up my food and I said I'd like a bag of chips for my inconvenience since I had to drive all the way up here and she looked at me laughed and said I can't do that. Every time we order from their website, for a Door Dash delivery: the order is either completely wrong, or something is always missing. Today, when I got home from work my son asked me if we could have chipotle. Deep down I knew I was setting someone up for a letdown being that this location rarely does their job correctly. Being that he loves the food, I went on ahead and ordered for the whole family. To my surprise I even had a reward waiting for me in my online account. So I figured let's order for a Door Dash delivery. The food showed up on time, and the driver "promised" that everything was in the bag. Low and behold, they forgot the one thing that prompted the order: my sons burrito. So I called Door Dash, and they said to contact the restaurant , which didn't make any sense. So I called up to Chipotle. When I spoke to the young lady she said," You're missing a burrito ? I see it sitting rite here. We must've forgot to put it in the bag. Can you just come get it?" Being that I'm boiling over at this point, because hey, if I wanted to come get it, I wouldn't have essentially paid for an extra meal TO HAVE IT DELIVERED!!!! So In all, this place sucks, and as usual, I've gotta spend another 30-40mins out of my time, to drive somewhere to pick up something that I paid to have delivered. I should've listened to my gut and told my son no, but hey, he really wanted it, so I rolled the dice and now my family is eating separately, due to Chipotle's incompetence. Ordered online. Waited about 10-15 minutes for our food to come out past the pick up time. Only one in the pick up line. Staff finally asked what I ordered. They didn't have it, but I had the order confirmation. They then asked what I ordered and I told him (Brad). I had a quesadilla on the order and he said that would be at least another 15 minutes. I asked why. He said he had 20 other orders to get to. I then asked why he couldn't make mine before the other orders and he ranted about how he was the only one who knew how to make a quesadilla and he was training two other people. I then said I don't understand why you can't make mine first (it was now 7:10 for a 6:50 pickup). And we were the only ones waiting. He then told me to "show patience". I asked him his name and he said "brad, yea report me and that will be another 15 minutes". I thought this was a punked hidden camera show. So embarrassing for this establishment. Do not go here if you want what you ordered. I did a mobile order so we did not talk to the staff. We got back to our hotel and the first thing we noticed is there was no utensils and we asked for them included. Then, the names on two of our entrees were messed up. Then, one bowl was not full and also did not have sour cream like it was supposed to. Then to top it all off we ordered a quesadilla with chicken, fajitas, sour cream and queso, it had none of that. WORST CHIPOTLE IVE EVER HAD!!!!! Do not go to this one. My friend and I decided to go after going to the planet fitness next door and it was definitely the worst I've ever had! The rice was hard and barely even cooked, chicken was cold. We got chips as well and the queso was warm which is fine but the chips were so stale and soggie for some reason. The service was not super great either, the guy (maybe he was new) was literally just throwing things on top of the tortilla and when he folded it up both sides were leaking out and he literally left half of the burrito outside of tinfoil. The girl doing the register just whipped the burrito in the bag and didn't even care if it busted open. When we got the queso the guy also just threw it in the container to where half of it was on the outside of the container and he just gave it to the girl with the lid halfway on and she also just threw it in the bag too. I would get if we were being rude or something to be like that shitty when handling our food but we were nice and laughing and there was no problem at all and we didn't say anything either when they were just throwing our food around too Overall it was just not good at all and I'm really disappointed :( read more

Probably one of the worst run / worst designed Chipotle restaurants I've been to. The staff there seem to not care too much. The tables were dirty. Garbage cans needed to be emptied. There is no flow from the register to dining area at all. People just get in the way of each other. It can be a challenge to get to the soda fountain when the place is busy. The staff is rude, the place is constantly filthy, if I go in I'm waiting in line for as long as 20 minutes at times with 4 people in line, and my pickup orders are never on time. Half the time they are out of ingredients as well. Drove out there today to get my pickup order and there was a sign on the door stating they would open soon, and it was 1pm. Yet I was able to place my online order with no indication they were closed. I completely understand things happen, but close your ordering system if you aren't open. Management at Solon chipotle this feedback is for you. The 2 stars are because we love chipotle's food!! We used to eat it weekly!!! Totally get being short staffed but no one wants their orders messed up time and time again. The corn chips should not be stale. It's the little things!!! And no one wants food poisoning from food that may be been sitting too long. Go to this chipotle if your standards are nice and low. Maybe when they open for service and let people custom order in person things will improve. But the online ordering is a crap shoot. Queso still the best. If you don't mind ordering online from your car and waiting 40 minutes, then using your own corn chips. I waited many mediocre visits with slightly messed up orders before posting. read more
