One of us got the barbeque bowl and I ordered the steak bowl. When we walked inside the music was blaring to level 9, and I'm not even exaggerating. For my steak bowl, I requested brown rice, black beans, sour cream, lettuce, and those tomatoes mixed with spices. The person preparing the bowl was not that experienced at all. She basically threw the ingredients in the center of the bowl, instead of spreading everything out normally. I had to ask like two times for additional rice and sour cream, because she was adding so little of the stuff. The cashier person was good, and even helped us carry the tray of food to a table. They have 5 people yelling at you at the same time because they are in such a rush to get the order and get you out. I went two Sundays ago to this location and my regrets are that I chose to go to this location on a weekend and that the person in front of me was unnecessarily extra and fussy; I was met with the typical stingy scoops that's protocol to all Chipotle, but at the end I didn't realize that the person on the register charged me for a side of guac. I'm assuming it was supposed to be for the woman ahead of me, but it's crazy that they charged me for something I didn't even end up getting. I have visited quite a few Chipotles in my day and can say that this location is better than most. I find that they are not only on time for take out orders placed via their app, but they are often early compared to the estimated wait time. I have also found the line to be much quicker than other locations (see my Ballston location review). I've never had a smaller than normal portion given to me at this location, which is something I have experienced elsewhere. The app ofters good rewards and often I find I am able to get free chips or drink with my order. It's definitely worth it to utilize the app for ordering. Overall this is a solid location. read more

I placed an order online and went to pick it up around pickup time. They weren't ready yet so I had to wait a bit ..no big deal. Then on the 15 min drive home my bag was soaking wet and everything fell out of the bag and ended up on the parking garage floor. The juices seeped into my new car. Cool. Absolutely terrible customer service. This was my first and last time at this location. Not only did the cashier walk up to me at the register while on a mobile phone, she didn't acknowledge my presence and then just turned and walked away. This restaurant WAS decent up until recently. The food doesn't look appetizing anymore, some of the food is not prepared correctly, and oftentimes only one person is actually doing the bulk of the work. The food prep area has been looking like a disaster area. Sometimes food gets mixed with other food. Items are clearly not prepared the way they should. Some of the food lacks sauce or is watered down and at the wrong consistency and taste. It's sad to see one person working the queue of customers while others (including the manager) just stand around, hide in the back, or hide in the bathroom for extended periods. It truly is sad to see one person take care of customers, clean the guest area, clean the food prep area, etc. while others either hide, watch, or play on the phone. The owner needs to take this business seriously and make sure this gets back in order. read more

If I could give negative stars for this chipotle I would. Most of the time we do pick up orders we never get it at the time we select. There have been times we have waited 15-2.0 minutes past. The "guarantee" pick up time is never actually when it is ready by. To put a cherry on top of never coming back to this location was the hair we found in our meal tonight. I am updating my review from 2 to 3. I had a buy 1 get 1 free meal and this is the closest location to me so I figured why not give this place another shot. The upside- the food tasted better than last time (cue watery flavorless carnitas). Now the carnitas were fresh and tasty, so win! Unfortunately my order was no where to be found when I arrived despite doing order ahead and arriving 5 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready. So basically the staff kept telling me it was on the shelf (it was not on the shelf). I know my name and can locate a bag with my name if need be. When I had received the bowl, it was half empty. Maybe three-four pieces of chicken, barely any rice, and about four strands of lettuce. Absolutely baffled at how little of food there was. Are the people working there incapable of giving a correct portion size? On top of that the burrito was so thin it looked like a soft taco from Taco Bell. I can't even lie , this is one of the worst chipotles I been to. The few encounters , i have came In. Not only are they giving the tinniest amount of what u ask for , but the customer service is terrible. Last week I waited for my food for 30 minutes on a mobile order to then be told that they didn't have my order the I sent in and paid for. I then had to go back in line to order my food. I used the survey through Chipotle to express my unhappiness. I also requested someone from Chipotle to contact me. Which never happened over one week later. I seriously had no idea that this location even existed until this morning. After I drove past here, I made it a plan to come back after work and get something for dinner. I rolled in fairly early, and there was only a single customer seated inside of the restaurant eating. All of the employees who I saw appeared to busy cleaning and doing various tasks. I went ahead and ordered the steak bowl, which has been my go to for over five years now. The employee who prepared the bowl actually took his time doing it, which is a rarity nowadays. I asked for lettuce, tomatoes, black beans, and brown rice. He was able to take the extra half second and spread the ingredients across the bowl, and not just plop everything in the middle which is the usual case at this restaurant. As soon as I finished ordering there were four people standing in the line behind me- go figure! The food was delicious and I actually only finished half of it in the restaurant.
