We had dinner here the other night and ordered online. We arrived at the time of pick up and our food was already done and waiting for us. It was really nice that they had two knives, two forks and a stack of napkins for our two meals. My fiance had a steak bowl with his choice of extras and I had my barbacoa bowl with extras. I love that we can ask for an extra burrito tortilla, or my usual: 3 soft taco shells! Everything was cooked/seasoned well. They had our meals ready so fast I think I'll go a little earlier, because our food was a bit on the cool side. To top it off, I got a call a little later in the evening asking how our meal was. I don't get the hype about Chipotle in general; the food is gross and has no flavor. The guacamole is so processed and from a bag, can I have some cancer with my processed & gross guacamole? I asked nicely! The black beans taste medicinal. The concept of how they put the food separated on a plate is just stupid. How is watered down, soupy sour cream a side? How is salsa a side? My kids got tacos and they separated everything, how about constructing it? This is my third time giving chipotle another chance and it was not worth $34. Goodbye forever! read more

I go to this location regularly and most of the time it's ok BUT today was truly awful. I often get a salad with protein and cheese and tomato. Today got 6 pieces of chicken with very little cheese and not enough lettuce to line the bowl. I even asked for lettuce on top or the bowl would be empty. I don't know if it's a training issue or they are cutting back. I will say something the next time and if it doesn't change I won't be going here. They're always busy but always so efficient in getting in and out of the door. Typical to stand in line but the line moves pretty quickly. Inside is typical and often times gets messy because of the crowd. Most associates are friendly. They're not very stingy on putting in food in your bowl. Overall, great service. read more

One of the better Chipotles in the area. I have gone for lunch and dinner and the line moves very quickly and they are efficiently. The employee are always nice and friendly. The only slight downside sometimes the parking is limited but there is a giant in the same shopping center and it does not take away from the great food and great service, and the dining area is always clean. read more

Excellent burritos. You certainly won't be hungry after you have one. I hate to say it, but it's readily noticeable that they try to give you small portions unless you speak up. I never get the steak. It's just too chewy and tough. read more

This Chipotle has been here for about two years yet people still don't know it's there. I have no problem with it staying that way. I've never waited in line more than 5 mins (those of you that have been to OKM or Burke know this pain all too well) and I've been here 10+ times. Staff is always friendly and efficient. The seating layout is odd (some high tables that seat 2-6, one very long table, some weird back counter seats) but has ample outdoor seating. The only negative to this location? The shopping center parking really sucks. Other than that, walk a few feet to what I would suggest is the best Chipotle in the area. read more

The food isn't made with love in this place. I'm a hardcore chipotle fan who can't go without it for a week. I've always had chipotle in different places and states. This one is gotta be the worst. Their vegetables were really dry and dead. The chipotle usually has a tasty and warm smell, yet the chipotle I got from this place was something else. Its cheese was really really smelly. The whole time that I was eating it from the bowl I couldn't focus on anything except the smelly cheese and dead vegetables. I couldn't even finish it. Chipotle is one of my favorite places to eat. This location is the main one I venture to and I've never had an issue there. The staff works fast and they are attentive. When you go during the day will determine how long the line is. I've been anywhere from 3 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. The high school kids are usually in there around 3 or so after school lets out. The times I've been in there along with them weren't too much of a hassle. The food is always very delicious and I've never had any problems with it. read more

Parking can be difficult, and is often for all of the shops near this location. Was craving some Chipotle and stumbled across this joint. Chicken was chewy and a bit cold, rice was a bit hard. But got the job done.

This is your standard neighborhood Chipotle. The food is always fresh and delicious; no complaints there. The line is always seriously long. I've only been inside this one once. The line was shorter when I went in, but the wait still felt like it took forever. Most times I am neat this Chipotle, the line wraps well around the store. This alone is a deterrent to want to venture in for a burrito. If you have the time, or just order online/ with an app, you'll get your food quicker, and our will be hot and delicious. read more

This is probably my favorite chipotle. The reason is because of the ingredients and how well they're prepared. The brown rice is never undercooked and the steak is usually cooked perfectly. Sometimes when you go to other Chipotle's, the meats can be dry but it's always perfect here. Ive been to many Chipotles and this one is poorly managed. Very very slow. Only good thing was the stoned guy on the line over filled my burrito and they almost couldn't close it, truly a rookie mistake though. Worst chipotle I've ever been to, hands down. I wish I asked for a refund before going home! They over filled both of my orders with way too much rice, it was painful to eat there was no flavor just all rice. They skimped out on all the other toppings, I couldn't even taste the sofritas in my burrito. The lack of corn, cheese etc even after I ordered EXTRA cheese and corn was so disappointing. As a loyal Chipotle customer for over ten years, I had to write a review of this disgusting hole in the wall establishment that was probably a Qdoba disguised as a Chipotle. The line servers had VERY poor hygiene. So bad that you really question the food that they slop into your bowl. Amateur roll jobs. I watched a lady try to get iced tea and there was none left. This is the worst chipotle experience I've ever had. My boyfriend got home after a long day of work and at the last minute decided he didn't want to cook. I told him "hey chipotle is right down the street. They don't close for another 9 minutes" at 10:51. We got into my car and zoomed over, by the time we got there, it was 10:55. We stepped out of the car quickly and noticed another car with late night diners pulling up. My boyfriend got to the door first and tried pulling the door open, and it was locked. We all stood there waiting for one of the 3 employees on duty to come and unlock the door, but they just stared at us...laughing and smirking as we stood outside in the cold. Words cannot describe how outraged and frustrated we both were. I've worked in many restaurants in the past with myself as the manager on duty, and I always made sure we did our do diligence and stayed open until the very last minute in case late night customers happened to stroll in. Not only is this illegal, but the worst customer service I have ever received. This is an embarrassment to the chain reputation. This is the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. Every time I go, I see about four employees working the line including the cashier. Why the hell does the line move so damn slow? That's not my biggest complaint though. It's the rudeness of some of these workers. My husband asked for chips & salsa and we were charged for that. We get to the car, no chips & salsa. He goes back in saying we paid for the chips but the lady must've forget to put it in the bag. This guy with lots of piercings says to my husband "Are you sure or are you just trying to get free chips?" Seriously? Bruhhhhh... Okay here is another example. There was no Tabasco sauce. Great place for anything. You walk in, go to the counter, and subway style customize your burrito, bowl, or salad. Prices are low, you can get a filling meal for $7. I got this huge chunk of meat, rice, beans, salad, cheese, and several sauces stuffed into a huge soft tortilla roll. Delicious. I could barely fit it into my mouth. Definitely the best food place anywhere in the area. I would suggest you go here. Its fast, cheap, has quality food, a nice atmosphere, and more. Only problem is that you might not be able to understand the small mexican ladies that work behind the counter. read more

One of the very few locations that doesn't skimp on ingredient portions. Staff is also always very nice and accommodating.

Place looks good as usual but I wasn't fully satisfied bcz they told me they were out of brown rice. Ok customer service.

I waltzed in on Sunday around 2pm and was so happy to see no line that I rushed to the counter. Got two bowls -- one with rice the other with salad. Made a mistake and chose beef for one -- it was somewhat tasteless, chewy, and gristly. Ew! But the chicken was flavorful and palatable. The dressing is terrific along with the fresh salsas esp the salsa verde made with tomatillos. Chips were light and crispy and still wam. Modern and simplistic decor. The womens' restroom was tidy. I enjoyed my food and can really appreciate the non GMO aspect so I came back for dinner with the fam. Two chicken bowls, a taco kit, and side of chips came out to $22. If they work on the steak issue, I'll give a 5 rating. read more

Chipotle makes my lunch rotation about once a week, and this location is just as good as every other one I've been to. The service and food quality is consistently good. I've noticed a few slow days, but only when training a new cashier, so it's to be expected. The barbacoa is incredibly delicious and I've never had a problem with my meals or service here. read more

I don't stop at Chipotle much, since Tex-Mex doesn't agree with me too much. But I have been impressed with the standards of Chipotle and the popularity at every mealtime. So, every once in a while, I stop in and need a reminder on which meat is which. This time I chose steak. What a mistake! Almost every cube was a chewy, fatty piece of rubber. Is it common knowledge to the regulars not to eat the rubber cubes a half hour before closing? Well, I do know that my visits will be even rarer. read more

I like this location because it is the closest one to me. I don't really understand anyone that complains about the line here because compared to Springfield or Woodbridge this line is a dream. I don't even bother ordering ahead. Food is great like most Chipotle's.
