This location is in the plaza so thank fully there is a lot of parking. It's a decent sized location inside. Staff is relatively friendly. I've had burritos, bowls, tacos from this location and they have been good. My only compliant is that the food is never hot. Even when I always come pick it up. Outside of that, I would recommend this location and will come back. read more

DO. NOT. GO. HERE. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING ESTABLISHMENT AND THERE WAS A BUG IN MY FOOD. Food all over the counter, water all over the ground, garbages overflowing, no forks even when asked (they are completely out of forks), fridge was empty with no sodas left, ordered chips & gauc, no chips left. No water cups left. Walked in on an employee in the bathroom just standing there talking on his phone. Don't ask me why after seeing all this I chose to STILL order, but I did. Got in the car to open the top to my bowl and there was a BUG in it. This place is an absolute health hazard and should be shut down immediately. Went here on 6/24 at 8:00pm. Very disappointing experience. I arrived about 6 minutes before closing time and saw the employee serving the customer in front of me. However, when it was my turn, I was told they were closing and refused service. What made it even more frustrating was that another customer who came after me was still served. It appeared that the employees knew him personally, which made the situation feel unfair and unprofessional. If your posted closing time says you're open until a certain hour, customers who arrive before that time should be treated equally and given the same opportunity to order. This was my first time eating chipotle since I got nastyyyy food poisoning from a NYC location 2 years ago and this experience's gonna keep me away for good. Don't go to this location. They are ridiculously rude. I placed an order for pick-up, i got to the location on time and waited 15 minutes. I finally went to the cashier and asked where my order was, and they told me someone else already picked up and shrugged their shoulders. I said what do you mean someone picked up my order, because my wife and I didn't. The guy at the register, said "don't come after me, we are two adults". Out of guacamole at 7:30 and the store closes at 10pm. I had a veggie bowl with no meat and it comes with guacamole but since they were out of the guacamole I asked for queso as a substitute and they charged me for it. 2. Out of chips as well. 3. Out of soda in every line except root beer and the teas are all empty 4. Out of forks 5. The counters and floor is dirty 6. I hesitate to leave a bad review because I don't want this location to go out of business, but just improve. I was super excited when this location opened because it's very convenient for me, but every time I go I've been disappointed. I've had undercooked rice where it was crunchy, stale chips, an order of 5 different burritos that weren't labeled so we all had to dissect it before eating... Today, I'm finally leaving a review. There were signs for a new garlic guajillo steak everywhere so I thought I would try it, but I was informed they didn't have it. I wanted to order chips and guac, but there were no chips. That's like McDonald's running out of French fries! I got home and my burrito had exploded. I tried to contain the tear with the foil wrap, but by the time I was half way through I had to resort to eating with a spoon. And then there was something so hard that I spat it out. It appeared to be a bit of the core of corn on the cob. Poor quality control. I don't know Chipotle, you have to get your act together. It's worth going to the Greenwich Chipotle over this one. It's always messy. There are flies hovering over the food in the containers. The staff clearly don't like their jobs. Always give you half the portions you paid for, and they're always out of food by midday. It's a mystery how this location is still running. Food items are often sold out or not available, food is cold and not prepared well, restaurant is unkempt and service is spotty and indifferent. This location needs to be managed in a different manner from top to bottom.
