How horrible is it that I've never been inside a Chipotle before? I'm here to admit that this was my first experience and it was a good one. I didn't feel rushed or judged whenever I stood staring at the posted menu trying to make a decision on what I would like to order. The employee that took care of me was friendly and very helpful. He was nice enough to suggest putting the hot salsa on the side which I later came to appreciate. That sauce was literally fire. The protein bowl that I ordered was good, no complaints here. The restaurant itself was very clean and the seating was almost setup cafeteria style with long tables and high top chairs. I would definitely come back again! read more

I got a online order for DoorDash that was supposed to be 50$ worth of food but when I go to get my bag it felt a little light low and behold to no one's surprise the bowls are not even half way full I would say about a quarter full for the whole bowl I'm really sick of these chipotle workers acting like it's coming out of there wallet I've been to this specific chipotle many of times and they've skimped out but I've never had such a empty bowl it literally looked like they ate half of it and gave it to me unbelievable read more

Stopped on for a quick bite at this usually good Chipotle. Store wasn't busy but a good bit of the bins were empty. They had what I wanted so that didn't matter. The girl behind the counter was not very friendly and when I asked for a little more sour cream I got a very snide "you want more?". She then proceeded to tell the guy at the register to charge me for a $1.60 for an extra side for the half a laddle she puton! Place was a mess with food and trash allover the floor. Made a food stop here with about 50 boys enroute to a sporting competition. The staff was able to handle feeding a big rush of hungry fellows, and there was zero complaints from the chowing down lads. A good location with the tasty food you expect from Chipotle and friendly staff. read more

I ordered and didn't receive part of my order. drove thru so of course I wasn't going to check the order. you figure its right...oh no, this is like the 3rd time it wasn't all there. Chicken and Steak are terrible. The last 3 times the chips that I didn't receive this time are so stale you can't even eat them!! NEVER AGAIN!! Literally wouldn't even let me get 2 scoops even tho he was in the middle of preparing my items. I was told we have to prioritize the online orders even tho I'm in the middle of my order. Why is the rice not cooked ? this isn't a first time thing, it's happened numerous times over the past year from this specific location. undercooked rice, oversalted food, ripping people off who place online orders knowing they aren't present to watch their food being prepared. I just spoke to the Chipotle Staff and was told they know who's been messing with orders but what have they done about it? Not a thing. I'm not a picky person I'm really not and have the time I'm understanding because I worked in the food industry and understand a slip up, but I'll never understand why someone finds the need to screw with people and their families. i have been waiting for this meal all day just to be thoroughly disappointed. not only did I order a salad and have to drive back to get my salad dressing. The chips were stale and gross. my salad bowl had a whole 1/2 of an avocado in it... & on top of that my meat was burnt! read more
