Ugh, I don't know why I come here. Once every year or two I forget how mediocre this place is and stop in to check it out. This place is always crowded and the food is bland at best. The wife ordered a Margarita $7 and it took more than 5 min after we had our food and sat down to have it made and brought out. Had a steak burrito and the meat was super tough, beans and rice were difficult to tell apart from a flavor perspective. Only real way to get some flavor is to douse it in red sauce. Not sure why people love this place, but I will try my best to remember to stay away next time this place comes up as an option. read more

Chipotle is one of my favorite fast food restaurants, but this particular location sucks to say the least. Food tastes and looks old. Avocado turning brown, lettuce rotting, and they serve it to you anyway. The staff also doesn't know how to wrap a burrito because mine seems to rip and need to be double wrapped every time. I generally love chipotle, however while eating my veggie bowl today I bit a small hard as rock fragment of something! The crunch shot through my jaw and down my spine and of course hurt my teeth. The girl at the cash register with the braid and long side burns sticking out of her hat messed up the order for the man in front of me and messed mine up twice. She charged me extra for a bowl that i already told her i didn't order. As she asked what i ordered and i told her "two chicken and rice quesadillas." she charged me for two regular quesadillas and when she brought the food to my boyfriend and i, told us that next time we should tell her they have chicken, after i told her twice. This is the 2nd time in one month that I have order food from this location and the 2nd time I've been disappointed. The first time they claim they never got my order even though I got a conformation and got charge for it. They had me wait for another 15-20 mins after I had gotten there to see what had happen with my order just to tell me again they never got it. Today I decided to give them another chance so I placed another order just to be disappointed again once getting home with the food. I ordered a burrito bowl with chicken with no beans but with twice the amount of rice. When opening the bowl there was so little food in the bowl it was ridiculous. What happen to twice the rice, what happen to the scoop of chicken that I could barely find I'm my bowl. If they were out of chicken I would of taken steak or anything else they had. But to give me what they gave me was a joke. I'm done with Chipotle, I'll start going to Cafe Rio for my Mexican food craving moving forward. So today I wanted a quick lunch and wanted to try the new Carne Asada in a burrito bowl today. Long story short, it was horrible. The guacamole was brown, the chips were stale and the Carne Asada tasted like they washed it in dishwater. It literally had no flavor. No salt, no pepper... nothing! The young lady behind the counter seemed like she didn't want to be there and made me feel rushed. Originally I used to order chicken bowls/burritos but honestly I stopped being able to eat it at this location because of the degrading quality. I am giving this place 5 stars because of the great customer service. Bahara the manager took care of me when I had an Ubereats delivery gone bad the night before. My burrito arrived flattened and with about half the portions of items that I chose. Bahara personally made me a new burrito and even gave me a free drink! FYI: I think the whole E.Coli outbreak was a huge hype by Chipotle competitors trying to chop away at their expanding market share of folks that are more health conscious and moving away from processed foods. I went to Chipotle's website and I found out that you can build your own meal online and it creates a nutritional facts calculator real time! I weigh my food, count my calories and watch my macros so having the flexibility to build my meal in advance to meet those requirements was an absolutely amazing feature! This way you are 100% in charge of your nutrition and can eat as good, or as bad, as you wish. Great idea Chipotle! You just earned yourself a fan. Aside from that, they have a "to the point" selection of items, but definitely enough to taste good and mix things up. Like the In N Out of Mexican food. To the point and delicious. This location was spotless. Tables are cleaned within minutes after a patron leaves. Nothing better than eating at a clean place. read more

I have been a loyal customer to Chipotle for years. I tend to get the carnitas burrito every single time. A few months ago I decided to start ordering online to avoid waiting in line. The transaction is nice and smooth. My only complain is that I clearly ordered guac (which they charge almost 2 dollars EXTRA for) and yet I didn't get it in my burrito! I called the store upon arriving ALL the way back to work and the manager told me that she would be more careful. And that next time I'd come in that guac would be on the house for their mistake. She gave me her name but to my surprise I couldn't remember her name so I just left it go, assuming they'd work on their attention skills. Attempt #2 to getting my burrito online. Again ordering was nice and simple, and YET AGAIN, no freakin guac! I paid another 2 dollars extra for it and yet nothing. c'mon now! I know its 2 dollars but 2 dollars plus 2 dollars adds up! I know the working staff would probably give me a "get over it" expression but yet they won't give you guac unless you pay up the 2 bucks. get me? The carnitas is my favorite - put it in a taco, burrito or even a salad and I'm there. Excellent food. Why it took me so long to get my fix on tacos with Chipotle is puzzling to me. This is the 1st time I tasted their Barbacoa tacos. Mine is corn tortilla, lettuce and medium green salsa. It taste great! I have brown rice too and it is excellent. What is just a bummer is that the guac and chips, you pay for it. Other restaurants,it comes with the meal the chips. The guac, I know that always cost extra. Wish they offer the chips free and option to buy the guac for a minimal fee. The store is clean. I eat at this Chipotle location about three (maybe 4) times a month. If you've never been to a Chipotle, let's cover the basics. It is a quick-serve chain. (If you don't like chains, this may not be the place for you.) You choose from 4 types of meat or veggie and then you choose what form it comes in (burrito, taco, salad, or bowl). That is the menu folks. Chose your meat, choose what they wrap it in, and you're done. If this is too "corporate" or cold and impersonal for you, why are you here? It is not "authentic Mexican food" If you want "authentic" this is not the place for you. (Know where you're going before you get there.) The rice is white and flavored with lime and cilantro. No chicken-flavored orange-colored rice here. You only have two options for beans, whole black or whole pinto. No refried beans here. Again, if these things are important to you, you'll have to go somewhere else to get "authentic" Mexican food. Try Margaritas on Valencia Blvd. All this being said, the only thing bad about this place is the long line you'll occasionally encounter when ordering. My favorite items are the steak, the excellent barbacoa, and the carnitas all with the pinto beans. (Just a personal preference, but I'm not a fan of the black beans.) As some have pointed out, depending on who the line cook is, sometimes the chicken can be dry so I avoid it. The only salsa I ever get is the Medium and I order it on the side so I can apply it as I see fit. If you allow the counter staff to apply it, don't cry to me. The guacamole is decent but, in my opinion, the chips are too salty. I get the guac to go and use my own chips at home. Oh, and this is very important, sour cream masks the taste of the meats. So if you get sour cream in your food and and then wonder why the food is bland, you did it to yourself. The burritos are large and heavy. They truly are a meal by themselves and for less than $6 make a great value. So let's see, good tasting food that is a good value... Hmm... I can't find anything wrong with that! read more

The closest I've come to that feeling was in 2002 when I had my first bite of chipotle in Redlands CA. If only I'd known the importance of that first bite, I'd have saved the foil and personally thanked the line crew. My relationship with Chipotle is 14 years old now. Just a young teenager. "Chipotle is my liiiife..." If you haven't seen the video, you must. It's setup like an assembly line to order your food, much like sandwich places where you pick your toppings. Though it really isn't "my life", I do love Chipotle! The food is excellent! The white rice is really great and I always order extra. I get the bowl because it's easier to eat since the burrito is HUGE! Sometimes I do half and half with the meats so I get a little more of everything. The chips are really great but that's an extra charge and so is the guacamole, which is equally as good. In fact, I don't think I have ever had anything there that I thought wasn't good. Tip: VERY CROWDED at lunch and dinner. The line usually wraps around the restaurant so come a little early to beat the rush. It goes pretty quick either way but if you want to avoid any wait and get a seat easily then come early! read more

The location of Chipotle is on the property with Togo's Sandwiches and Home Depot. Its just right across the street from Wal-Mart. We arrived around 12:20pm to a crowded parking lot. Lots of customers and the presence of CHP. Yup, CHP loves Chiptole...Wait a minute...the letters CHP is in CHiPtole. EEEEKK!!! Since its a popular location, you got only Qdoba and Chipotle fighting for your business. The wait in line was pretty fast even when there is a crowd at lunch hour. The menu is very simple. From salads to burritos to tacos. They promote healthy eating through organic growing without any special hormones to meat or vegetables. I ordered a Steak Salad ($6.35) with a small drink ($1.55). The salad was very simple. Lettuce, with your choice of black or pinto beans (I chose black beans), and I chose, of course, steak with sour cream. My total came to $8.59. The salad was very simple and delicious. I kept thinking I was at Qdoba. I kept trying to break the tortilla bowl, but there was no tortilla bowl. I was, basically, air breaking the tortilla bowl. It was definitely delicious and I didn't get that feeling of being disgusted of what I ate. Also, one of my colleagues mentioned that there was no Naked Burrito. Naked Burrito is a Qdoba item. i guess I wasn't the only person to have thought this was Qdoba lookalike restaurant. Overall, I wondered....How come I have never been to this place?! This location, as well as others, do the same thing. Dining right now is banned indoors and outdoors. However when you go into this restaurant, there is always a group of employees who have no problem sitting in the restaurant, with no masks, eating their food and laughing it up. I am all for going back to the normal. But if you're paying customers can't do this, and then maybe your employees should eat in the back. Like any Chipotle, this place is quick and efficient. I typically get the chicken burrito bowl with extra corn and no sour cream or cheese. Downside to this place is that is it the favorite hangout for high schoolers from the local high school, so it's loud and crowded. OKAY I USUALLY LOVE THIS PLACE. It's close to my job (Six Flags Magic Mountain) and I come here quite often. HOWEVER, I ordered online tonight and added the extra $1.95 for GUAC and so I come back to work to eat it and there's NO GUAC. There's no salsa either, but whatever. I care about the GUAC BECAUSE I PAID $1.95 for it!! Lol So I called the number 3 times and they didn't answer. It's almost close to closing time but still. I'm probably not going back there to complain because they're not going to believe me & because I don't want to be that annoying customer that just wants free things. I eat at Chipotle quite often. They've been in the news lately for food that has been making people sick (not in my state), so you'd expect that they would do something to increase customer confidence. This particular store has actually been getting worse, rather than better. They have been extremely skimpy on the food portions lately only putting half scoops per portion. I am not sure if they think people don't notice that they take a full scoop of food and only put half of it on in the bowl. It's a really bad way to win confidence. It wasn't always like that there, but everyone in our group noticed the attempt the employees were making to cut back on the portions. At least I didn't get sick and my food tasted good. read more

Clean and Courteous I went to this location for the first time. I eat out a lot due to work and I have a habit of looking at the prep area for cleanliness and good habits in wearing protective serving gloves. Also I look to be sure the public areas are clean and free of any debris on the floor. I was impressed by the prep staff behind the counter all wore gloves including the cook in the back. I even saw that the cook had an issue with one of his gloved hands and walked away tossed the old gloves and put on new ones and went back to cooking. The Preparation in being Clean are well noticed by me and I will return. I had a very good visit and I found the Staff to be pleasant and courteous. As for the Food it tasted very good. The portions seemed a little space than what I am used to seeing in Rancho Cucamonga, but that may just be a Training Issue rather than something to be worried about. We love this place! The food is consistently good. The servers are friendly. They always tell you if there is an additional charge for guac or whatever. Delicious and fresh with lots of healthy options. The only minor draw back is that it's pretty crowded during lunch and dinner hours...so it takes a bit more time.
