I've really grown to like Jersey Mike's over the last couple years. I used to find them to be a bit expensive, but now that the cost of other chain sandwich spots seem to be just as much, why not go for the chain with the higher quality ingredients if I'm going to pay the same price? I placed my order through the app on a Thursday around 10:50am. The promised time of completion was 11:13am. I walked in at 11:10am and my bag was sitting on the counter waiting for me to pick it up. The employees all welcomed me in, and one came to help me find my name since there were several bags on the counter. He was very friendly. I also noticed that the store appeared to be very clean. I took my sandwich home and when I opened it, the order was accurate (including the correct modifications that I had made). I ordered a regular tuna sandwich with banana peppers, and it tasted great, while being extremely filling. The "regular" size is more than enough for one sitting. I want to say this is my third or fourth time visiting this location and each time my order has been ready at the promised time, and my order has always been accurate. WORST JERSEY MIKES EVER. Me and my family decided to order some sandwiches for dinner and after opening the SEALED bag, we noticed that we were missing one combo meal. We decided to call the restaurant to see if they could deliver us a new one, that told me I had to come pick it up myself. I asked why do I have to come pick it up myself when they're the ones who didn't give me my meal? They told me that it wasn't possible for them to personally deliver it to us as they use a 3rd party app for delivery (door dash and they weren't responsible if the driver took our sandwich and to complain to delivery company. I've been going to jersey Mikes for years and have never left feeling upset until today. As a paying customer, I shouldn't be treated as if I'm a burden by asking for particular toppings or for asking for clarification. My husband and I walked in and there was no greeting at all. We sat there and waited until the teenagers behind the counter decided to work. It's unacceptable when the Jersey Mikes employee (Evonne) had an attitude from the beginning. She was passive aggressively throwing things around and slamming/sliding things on the counter like it was her own house. Then carelessly spills the sub in a tub I ordered because she was in a rush. There was no reason for her to be in a rush because there was literally nobody else in line. It made both of us feel uncomfortable as we're watching and trying to stay quiet. This person (Evonne) obviously has a chip on her shoulder. If she's not happy working there, then she should look for another job instead of taking it out on customers. She even failed to mention that I had enough rewards points for a free regular sandwich. The eye rolling, grumpy face, poor attitude and rude tone of voice is not good customer service. While the food here can be good there are simply too many errors with their orders to be tolerable. They have made errors before, but this last one was too much for me to not complain. I made a complaint to their complaint line and received an unhelpful corporate response. The phrase "the customer is always right" does not seem to be present at Jersey Mike's. For me, that's the last straw. There are plenty of other places to eat in the SCV so I will not be patronizing this store again. **CRUEL to CUSTOMERS** I purchased four giant sandwiches tonight. As soon as I walked in, I felt a hostile vibe from the female employee taking my order. I never caught the names of the two beautiful young adults working there but it started with the young female employee who was angry as soon as I asked what a #65 was because a family member had ordered it and I wanted to make sure it was correct since it was not on the menu. She looked so hateful from the beginning. Then when she wrapped up my sandwiches she passive aggressively wrapped them with fury, as if to attack them. He labeled just one begrudgingly and glared at me as he said the rest were in the bag and to "have a good night!" (but with venom shooting from his eyes). You might want to add "refuse service to jr high students" to your features. As a parent we understand some teens can be rowdy but other kids deserve to be served. If you want to control flow staff should be able to serve teens and limit the # of guest/time. I've asked my son multiple times to buy his sister lunch from here and he failed as this establishment refuses service to the local jr high school students. read more

For the COPPER HILL location: I like this place. Every once in awhile a sub sandwich sounds good, and Jersey Mike's does a good job. Online ordering is easy, and the food has always been ready for pickup when stated. Since I do online order/pickup in store, I've never waited in line to place my order, but the restaurant is clean and they are organized for their food pickup. All pickup orders are in bags with a receipt taped to the outside with whatever name you used when you place the order. Super easy. If they see you looking, but not finding, someone immediately asks your name, checks status of order and tells you where you are. This has only happened when I arrived earlier than the "ready time" stated. Breads are good, ingredients always seem fresh. They are not as good as a specialty sandwich shop, hence four stars, but you won't be disappointed one bit. If I were to rate them based on "take-out, chain-type sub restaurant" category, I'd give them five. read more

I love the setup at this location. I will admit that this review is actually been done through the taste buds of my husband and mother. They both ordered the sandwiches that they desired. They both said that the sandwiches was really good and my husband said the meat was very tender. My mom went with the chicken philly and I forgot with my husband asked for. They both got it on cheese herb bread. What I find so special about Jersey Mike's is that any meat you order they throw it on the grill so it's nice and hot and toasty when you get it. Also the toppings and condiments they use are unique to. They use vinegar wine on their sandwiches. Jake, the team member that took their orders was very polite and patient. It's hard to hear each other muffled by our face mask but he showed interest and made their orders accurate. I'm not sure who wrote on the bags for the sandwiches but they're writing was beautiful that I had to take a shot of it lol. My mom has convinced me through her desire and like for it to try it myself. So I will be going back again just not at this location, it's too far. read more

Tried yet another chain sandwich place thanks to a coupon today! Out of my recent chain-sandwich forays, I would say this was the most satisfying. My sandwich was packed with meat and I did not leave hungry. The cold cuts all tasted good in the sandwich, and on their own. Their roast beef wasn't "rainbow meat - fans of Arby's know what I'm talking about" and tasted like leftover sunday roast, not deli roast beef. Still, $7.75 for a sandwich? If you could split a giant one with someone you would come out ahead because the giant size is $11. The have Paradise iced tea which is a vast improvement over most places offering Lipton. Out of the chain sandwich places I've been to recently, I deem this one the best so far, but by no means the best sandwich deal in SCV. read more

I placed an Uber Eats delivery order. The app doesn't let me make certain modifications or additions to my sandwich. I called and spent a few minutes talking to the Jersey Mikes staff. I provided my order name, and requested a few additions that wasn't able to add on the app. I made very basic requests like two Chipotle Mayo sauces on the side. The guy taking more order acted like he was listening to every word and writing it down. To my surprise, NONE of the instructions were followed. After being greeted by a friendly man, I waited in line until one of the ladies behind the counter asked what would I like to order. The welcoming staff deserves a 5/5. Food: I ordered the Jersey Mike's Famous Philly. I loved how the bread was soft and light, but everything else didn't meet my expectations. I thought the sandwich was missing something because it was very bland. The meat was tender, but could not compensate for the lack of flavor. I usually go to the magic mountain parkway location and it's like night and day... the 3 ladies that were working the counter were awfully rude, didn't say hi, their tone sounded like they were pissed off and gossiping about fellow coworkers the whole time my sandwich was being made.
