I worked down the street from this restaurant in the industrial center in Casta and I love ordering this for my new hire lunches. The sandwiches are such great portion sized the meats are delicious. The veggies are fresh and it's never a disappointment. I have managers constantly asking me when I order the food where it came from and I gotta tell him down the street by Six Flags. This sandwich spot is great. It's tucked away in a gas station parking lot right down the street from Six Flags. It's a must try if you're in the area. They have another location in Canyon Country. Now I can't say that I could tell that it was Wagyu, but it was certainly a quality roast beef and the hand pulled turkey was also excellent. Unlike most fast food sandwich shops, the bacon was actually crispy! And the star of the show were the impossibly thin sliced onions - sweet without the raw onion bite. They added a lot to the sandwich. This a a direct competitor to some guy named Mike's #9. I sub for provolone at Mike's but here it already comes that way! Great location in gas station restaurant complex. It's right off I-5, right at Magic Mountain. It's between a coffee shop and the mini mart; It's in a detached building with a cleanish bathroom. A big improvement over the gas station mini mart. The eating area has a few tables. The whole area is well maintained and looks fairly new. I was really impressed by how responsive the team was when we walked in: Sandwiches were stacked high with meat. Bread was fresh and white. They had these homemade looking cookies. We were there within the last month. Parking was bad because of the gas station, other shops, etc. Luckily, we found a spot at the hotel right behind it, and didn't get a ticket. Lol! I had the turkey club, and it was delicious! Soft bread, good turkey meat, etc. I ordered a small, but it was pretty big. Had to take part of it home. Not a great selection if chips. I told the guy the diet soda was out of syrup, and he changed it out right away. Impressive. I noticed a lot of on line orders. They were pretty busy at lunch time. I am forever done with this location!!! The First time was shame on you and now this time is shame on me! I should have known better and went somewhere else. SOOO!! This time I walk in and the 1 out of the 2 male workers don't acknowledge that a new customer has walked in. I stood there for about 7 minutes (almost walked out but, I stayed) until he looks at me and says "Are you picking up an order?" I say "No" he asks "Are you placing an order?" I said "Yes". He then, still does not take my order and goes back to doing whatever it was that he was doing. After about another 5 minutes he walks over to the register, looks at me and says "Are you ready?" LMFAO!!! I bit my tongue and held in all of the words that were running through my head that I wanted to unleash on this guy. SO now, he takes my order and I move out of the way. By this time the cook on the grill has nothing going on except my order. I am watching him to make sure that he gets my order correct because last time, even though I told them both kinds of peppers on the cheesesteak, I ended up with no peppers. He has still not started cooking my sandwich, he was in the back, looking at his schedule, moseying around and doing IDK what. After about 20 minutes of being there, he finally finishes my food and bagged it. He calls my number and looks around. LMFAO!! I AM THE ONLY ONE HERE. I ask him "Does my sandwich have both hot and sweet peppers on it?" he says "Yes". Because I don't trust them, when I got to my car, I had to open the sandwich before I left to ensure I had the peppers and YES it had the peppers. BUT!!!! to the untrained eye, you cannot tell which peppers are which, I just see that there are peppers. When I get to my destination to enjoy my WAY overpriced food that took forever, there was not a hint of the sweet peppers on my sandwich. My sandwich was just a blaze of fire with all hot peppers. I say thank you for making the change to the fries but use FRESH OIL. The fries tasted like old oil. DO BETTER and PAY ATTENTION!! read more
