I have been craving a sandwich for a week! I went in and was greeted by the manager, and another sweet gal working. The place is clean, on the corner - walk past teacision, large parking lot! I ordered a gluten free sandwich "the club" came with provolone, turkey, bacon, I added on tomatoes, lettuce, onions, pickles, peppers, and avocado, oil and vinegar. They threw in a side of the chipotle sauce and I added this on later. This sandwich was amazingly fresh, and delicious! I love that they slice all of the meats and cheeses fresh for every single order. The whole store is clean, the workers are beyond friendly and happy to tell you what to order. I ordered another Italian sandwich, giant with double meat too. This sandwich is so massive it will last 4 meals! I was astonished at the size. I appreciate the high quality ingredients, great service, and yummy selection. They do offer catering, wraps, and salads. read more

This place replaced a haircut place called fantastic Sam's somewhere in 2022 or after the pandemic. I saw it around a lot in the past near my office in northridge. They had a mikes way and without the giant size sandwhiches. I have tried ikes, subway, togos, submarina, firehouse subs, final score and banh mi sandwhiches for about the same price tag of 15$ give or take and jersey mikes is better than all of them given the value of their sandwiches. The amount of food is substantial if you order the giant size. I ordered here twice, and each time, the food was delicious and big. The items ordered were a tuna veggie melt sandwich and a portobello mushroom veggie sandwich. Between the two, the portobello mushrooms were outstanding. I ordered the parmesan bread, although not the healthiest, but the flavor was godlike. My mouth quivered with excitement at the first bite. The tuna melt, however, was larger, but I felt like the melt was lacking seasoning or flavor, but it was still tasty. The customer service to me was average. The employees just take the order and don't smile nor care about the customer, just doing the job because they have to. Otherwise, fast service nonetheless. There were other people ordering, too, so it might have been a time issue on stress. The price is about 20$ for either sandwich as it is the giant, but it had a lot of lettuce, onions, and other condiments inside like quacamole, for example, in the tuna melt. It is filling and might feed 2 people if you're not completely starving for the giant but the flavors and quantity set it apart from competitors and the value you are receiving for the food is substantially better than most places I have eaten at in the past. If you see one around and haven't tried it before, I recommend giving it a shot, especially with the new addition of the giant sandwich. The parking lot to this one was big, and I went here after going to mass at church. The interior was small but can sit maybe 3 families maximum. Ambiance was quiet. read more

I love getting sandwiches from Jersey Mikes in Santa Clarita. Steve, the SCV owner has instilled great work ethic in his employees! I've not been there one time where the service has been anything other than great!! I enjoy the Turkey and Cheese sub, and when I'm really watching my calories, I order that Sub in a Tub. I do miss the bread initially, but then love the flavors! It's only, like, 300 calories that way instead of 600 with the bread added. Also if you're watching your fat intake, don't get the oil as that saves a lot of fat content. You can still get the vinegar but hold the oil. read more

I recently watched a video on IG about a sandwich from Italy. "The best sandwich in the world". I commented that it had too much mozzarella and ricotta for me and IMO Jersey Mike's beat this sandwich. I really really enjoy the sandwiches at JM's. I find the bread delicious, the veggies fresh and the meats are better than most sandwich shops and are in fact adequate. I love how they pay attention to how you want your sandwich constructed: may on one side, mustard on other side, extra tomato extra onion and forget the lettuce and dressing ( sorry Mike ). We eat there on most Sunday's at lunch time. Today they were as busy as I've ever seen this location. I ordered a regular sized Philly on the Udi's gluten free bread. I got the right sandwich but instead of a regular I received a mini. That is one error on my order out of scores of times I've been there. This crew gets a pass from me, I didn't say a word and didn't need the money back. The kids there are great, super friendly, patient, with positive attitudes all around. I'll be back next week and I'm sure it will be fine as it usually is. I am positive they would have done what they could for me if I'd bothered but they were so busy I decided to give them a break and eat my, and probably more appropriate sized, sandwich and let the mistake go. What didn't go well!! I got the pastrami which was sooo good I ate the whole large one to order!! It was awesome!!! That was my first time going to Jersey Mike's I plan to go there often!! WOW, GREAT customer service from Cade & Dylan! My wife and I have been packing for a trip to San Francisco in the morning and only had breakfast today. Starving, I called Jersey Mikes and realized "just as Cade answered the phone" that they closed in "2" minutes!! I panicked and asked her if I could get there in 3 or 4 minutes would they stay open for me. She said she would ask (probably her coworker and maybe the manager? if they could. She came back and said YES. I really didn't think that they would. I thanked her and said I would be there as fast as I can. I didn't realize that Lyons Ave had turned into a freeway!!!! I got there in about 3 minutes ,ran in, apologized and thanked them!!!! I know people want to go home and I let them know how much I appreciated it. I got their names so I could thank them. This jersey mikes is grossss. They don't change their gloves or care. The girl was wiping the counter off with her gloved hands and would continue to make our sandwiches. She would also use the lettuce up and throwing it back in the bin. She then cut a tuna sandwich and then a turkey sandwich with the same knife. We have been to Jersey Mike's in Stevenson Ranch twice recently and won't go again. Maybe they are great at lunchtime but when we went in the evening we got stale dry bread. We were the only ones there on Tuesday evening, as soon as we walked in she called out to us to ask what we wanted. We looked at the menu and started to discuss between the two of us and she interrupted to say "do you know what you want yet" So sensing the urgency we ordered the same as last time, and it turned out to be the same as last time, stale and tasteless. Made and served in silence, we felt uncomfortable, like maybe they were in a hurry to close early that night. There are so many good food places so we will cross this one off the list read more

Thought maybe Jersey Mike's decided to cut back on the amount of meat they put on their sandwiches until I noticed the person behind me ordered the same thing and had what looked like a normal amount of meat on it. I did get plenty of lettuce and oil. read more
