I do not have any complains on their food. Its chipotle, you get basic rice, beans chicken. But the attitude of the employees is too bad. From the moment you enter this shop, you can feel the unwelcome. Staffs are super attitude problem. initially i thought it was just a bad day they have, but i did visit it 4 to 5 times in past 2 months and it has always been that way. They dont wait to hear from you on the request, they just push you so quick with your order even when there is no much queue behind. They dont acknowldge if they heard you right. I haven't eaten out since the pandemic, but tonight I decided to enjoy some Mexican food. Chipotle is my favorite, but it was my first time eating at this location. I went to pick up my order and I cannot believe how nice everyone was. The manager Fernando and his team are absolutely incredible! Seth, Vince and Justine explained all the vegan options for me because I mentioned I'm a vegan. There are not many places for me to eat in my town, so I'm really happy to know that there's someplace close to my house where ALL the staff members are nice. I wish all places could be more like the staff at this particular Chipotle. Thank you so much Fernando and team for treating me with such respect and kindness. The chips were stale and the last couple times I've been here, they've had no ice in their ice machine. We told the cashier that it was broken last time too and she said it was just a temporary fix. We bought beverage cups because they said they had ice tea and it was cold and we went to get tea and it was empty and they wouldn't refill it. All of their flavored lemonades were also empty and they would not refill them. Also, last time we were there, the quesadilla maker was broken. Getting Chipotle for lunch today now surpassed marrying my first wife as the single biggest regret of my entire life. The immediate horror came as I slowly opened the top lid of the burrito bowl, revealing what appeared to be a brown moldy goo with shavings of lettuce at the sides. My mind took me back to when I was a young child visiting the Griffith Park Pony rides and accidentally stepping on horse manure. To my surprise I discovered this substance to be days old guacamole. The crime of actually paying an extra 3.35 to have horse manure sit upon your bowl of food is unforgivable. Two of my colleagues regretfully experienced the same misfortune and are currently suffering with PTSD as they are trying to erase the brown goo flashbacks from their mind and their butts. read more

I did an online order yesterday about 1:50 ish and I always come early because it takes them no time to make my order and it's normally sitting there for a bit if I get there at the pickup time and I have no problem waiting if it isn't ready, so yesterday I go through the drive through and the guy tells me since i'm early I have to either wait inside or go around again so I said I would wait inside, I go inside and notice no one is in there, no one is waiting for any orders, there are no orders on the shelves and I can see the drive through from where I was standing and not one person went through the drive through in the whole 10 minutes I sat and waited for my order. It took him 15 minutes to make one burrito and gave it to me even after the pickup time like he waited for my pickup time to start my order cause there was literally no one there and it doesn't take more than 5 minutes to make a burrito I could've gone through the counter 5 times with the same order before he even made my burrito even though i was standing there waiting for it and there was no one else there. that sassy man just wanted to prove a point or something like your job isn't that serious read more

I recently learned I had Celiac Disease a few weeks ago so I am very limited on where I can eat out. I went to this Chipotle and told an employee that I was cautious of cross contamination. Immediately seeing he was new , another member named Seth took over for him. He did everything in caution of cross contamination , but also managed to have a great conversation at the same time. And he remembered to use the bins below that haven't been touched ( that's rare). Knowing this Chipotle is busy, it's great to know that Associates like Seth take the extra step to ensure the needs of their customers no matter how difficult. Picked up a couple of delicious burritos for my wife and myself. They made it exactly the way we wanted it made. Lots of choices including brown rice, excellent guacamole, mild to hot salsas, vegetables, and even a meat substitute called sofritas. Sometimes it can be difficult at other restaurants to get good tasting vegetarian meals. We both really loved our burritos. Reasonably priced and huge burritos. Everyone there was friendly, helpful and wearing masks. They are very Coronavirus cautious requiring a face mask to enter their restaurant, no dining in, and appropriate social distancing. Ugh, I don't know why I come here. Once every year or two I forget how mediocre this place is and stop in to check it out. This place is always crowded and the food is bland at best. The wife ordered a Margarita $7 and it took more than 5 min after we had our food and sat down to have it made and brought out. Had a steak burrito and the meat was super tough, beans and rice were difficult to tell apart from a flavor perspective. Only real way to get some flavor is to douse it in red sauce. The girl at the cash register with the braid and long side burns sticking out of her hat messed up the order for the man in front of me and messed mine up twice. She charged me extra for a bowl that i already told her i didn't order. The first time they claim they never got my order even though I got a conformation and got charge for it.
