At 8:30 PM on April 2, at the Newhall Ranch Rd/Bouquet Cyn location, I ordered the honey chicken bowl. The rice container was nearly empty, and at first, they tried to serve me the bottom dregs. I had to ask for fresh rice, which they then took from the drive-thru side. Then, they were serving me the last of the tomato salsa from the container--barely enough for three-quarters of a scoop, which was also from the very bottom of the container. The biggest issue: they were out of corn entirely. I asked if they could adjust for the missing ingredients--perhaps with extra chicken, guac, or a small discount--but they refused. Even when I escalated to the manager, the response was still no. When I pointed out that I was being charged full price for a dish missing key ingredients and that I felt that was not acceptable, the manager told me to try another location. In my opinion, this is poor customer service. I plan to share my experience with corporate because I believe customers should receive what they pay for, or at least be offered an alternative solution. Corporate should address this, especially since many other customers in line after me likely faced the same issue. read more

I'd like to give a shot out to Fernando! What a great Manager, he is extremely hard working! You can find him moving about the store, whether he is prepping and preparing orders or straightening up and cleaning restaurant tables and floors! This is the kind of Manager that deserves recognition! Every time I come in with my daughter he is " grinding!" and as usual very professional and charming at the same time!
