I love Chipotle but was totally blown away by the dirty empty tables on my way to the patio. A few minutes later I went back into the restaurant which was NOT busy & mentioned to one of the employees how dirty the tables were. When I finished my meal I purposely went back thru the restaurant to see if they had cleaned any tables, Not one table had been cleaned. This was on Sunday eve. about 8PM 7/21/19. Where are the managers overseeing the employees? I will think twice about visiting another Chipotle. read more

My boyfriend and I would come to this chipotle once a week essentially when we lived in the area (we had to move now). And it was our favorite place. Always super good food (as with every chipotle) and they always seem to let their hand slip with a little extra meat and rice. But the best part is the female worker with the grayish purple hair (we never actually got her name which is sad). They were all about customer service, but she took the cake. Whenever we walked in she would immediately start our food before we even got to the front. She even paid for 4 customers plates once because the cashier was taking too long in the bathroom and paid for my meal once because they put sour cream on it (like wow i was just gonna ask you to scoop it off haha :)). This place was a let down. I eat chipotle once a month and always enjoy it but not at this location. They were out of white rice when we got there and when I say we, I mean my wife and 4 kids. And we don't mess around, I spend $50 every time I'm at Chipotle. Bad to the story, So the white rice wasn't ready and we had to wait for it to be prepared. After being told twice, the flunky cook decided to start making the rice and at this point a line had formed. We pay for our food and head home. We all eat our food and all 6 of us had the same opinion, this food has no flavor. The white rice tasted terrible, the veggies weren't cooked enough and the meat was near flavorless. $53 for flavorless food than none of us liked? I won't be back to this location. I could've gone to Mcdonalds and gotten a better tasting meal for 1/2 the price. And don't give me crap about McDonald's being less healthy, cause this Chipotle tasted like fake food. I'll try the other 2 local chipotles. I'll drive a bit further but that's the price I'll have to pay I guess. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Mexican Near Me - Vancouver, Washington

I'm not sure why this location has really low ratings but I come here because it's the closest Chipotle to my house. I love to come here for a quick dinner when I don't want to cook. There is almost never a line at this location and I'm able to get in and out very quickly with my food. My husband and I recently ordered online from this store for pick up and went really smoothly. Everything was ready when we went in to pick up. Sometimes they can be stingy with their portions at this location. We found that ordering online the portions aren't as stingy especially with the meat. Also, a few times I've noticed the chips and guacamole taste different at this location than other Chipotle restaurants (I think they don't put enough salt/lime juice in/on the chips/guacamole). It's really a subtle difference though and not enough for me to complain about. The people that work at the store are really nice. read more

This location is poorly run. Every time I come in here they are out of something like guacamole, crunchy taco shells or even freaking lettuce! Ridiculous! It's filthy and the employees seem to have no clue what they're doing. I'll stick to the Mill Plain location. read more

I wish I could give negative stars. This location is TERRIBLE, I got some food from here through door dash and everything was half way made and barely had food in the containers. I decided to go try this location in person as I have had problems with DoorDash before and assumed that was were the problem was from but NOPE the employees at this location just don't know or don't care what they are doing. When coming in person the people helping me made all of my food wrong and they did it 3 times after the 3rd time of them putting everything I didn't ask for and nothing I wanted I decided to just take it and leave because I needed to hurry up. They then put ALL of my food into the bag upside down when I got back to my house my whole seat was soaked with grease and food when I picked it up everything fell out the bottom of the bag and onto the floor so I ended up paying over 40 dollars for food I didn't want and want even able to eat. As a dedicated Chipotle customer, multiple weekly visits for the past several years, it pains me to say I can't give anymore money to this company. On Sunday March 26th 2017 I ordered and finished a barbacoa bowl with grilled veggies from the Thurston Way location in Vancouver WA. Around 10pm that evening the stomach pains started and by 12am was full blown food poisoning. All night and all day Monday: fever, chills, vomiting. I contacted the location to let them know in case anyone else became ill. I received a voice message from Danielle Kozoh from the corporate office in Denver. She returned my second voicemail late Tuesday asking me questions about my symptoms and letting me know no customers had called with similar stories. She said we're sorry that happened and ended the call. Her overall tone of voice gave me the impression she thought I was lying, which is a very frustrating experience when you've spent the last 2 days in the fetal position in front of a space heater. That's it? No, sorry you had to use paid time off because you chose to purchase our food? No gift card we'll be mailing you? Not even going to refund me for the meal that wrecked me for 48hours? I stuck it out when customers were getting sick across the country because it wasn't in my state and frankly I loved the food. This is my favorite Vancouver location. One of the girls here is amazing, I wish I could remember her name! But she always accommodates me! I am vegan and I alway order a veggie bowl, she loads on the toppings for me and let me know that guacamole is always free of charge with the veggie bowl! The other locations never offer or give me guacamole for free. So glad she let me know this! Makes me want to visit more often. read more

With any major chain corporation, you can expect to get the same food. However, this chipotle goes over and beyond to help their customers. One night after countless hours with a teething toddler, my wife and I wanted a simple meal, so we decided to go to chipotle. I forgot my wallet at the house, instead of making me go all the way home to get my wallet the night staff decided to give me one on the house. The wait was really long, 39 minutes to be exact. I'm addicted to Chipotle but I will be going to a less busy location. While the wait is long, the staff needs to slow down. They are multitasking and messing up orders left and right. The guy 2 people in front of me said all 3 salsas, they put Mild and ignored the 3 times he said medium and hot please, then the guy in front of me didn't get his chips and guac, they gave them to me, I had to hand him his stuff...then to top it off, my bowl was waiting for toppings and they added chicken when I wasn't asked. I asked to redo and they were happy to do so. Then I guess this guy phoned in an order, stepped right in and without the Cashier saying anything to me as I had my cash in hand, starts ringing him up. I wouldn't even give this chipotle location 1 star, but since I have to give it some rating I'll give it the lowest possible. This is the second time that I've felt completely jipped on the size at a chipotle. The amount of food I got in my bowl was NOT worth $8. The girl who was loading up my bowl gave me MAYBE, half a scoop of rice, hardly any pinto beans (I could count them out on both hands when it was all done) and maybe a half a scoop of chicken. While the food was good, as usual with chipotle, my family and I will not be returning to this location. I'm so disappointed because the location on Cascade Pkwy give you so much more food and the workers are so friendly every time we go. This new location, it opened maybe a week ago, gave everyone the smallest amount of ingredients they possibly could. The workers were also less than friendly and it felt like we were being rushed through the line even though there was no one behind us. I don't understand how one restaurant can give you such good portions, yet this is the second location in Vancouver where they've barely given us scoops of meat or rice. Do not recommend going to this location. The amount of food is barely worth $5. I left hungry and about ready to go to the other location in Portland on Cascade Pkwy. read more

Started off by using their restroom, which was disgusting, no toilet paper, no paper towels, no soap. Ordered our food to go, 2 bowls. Which is always the worse because you're really banking on your food to be decent on a road trip. Started digging into our bowls and we both found numerous hard (unable to chew) objects in our food, maybe it was overcooked rice or plastic, we couldn't really tell, but it was enough to make my stomach turn. I think the employees where just really young, didn't give a F. And had no leadership/supervision. I will never be back to this location, probably won't be back to a Chipotle in general for awhile. It's pretty gross when you're finding multiple unknown things in your food. Bleh. On top of it being just a filthy restaurant. Oh yeah they also told me at 7pm on a Friday night they weren't making anymore black beans for the night, not sure if that was normal or not. Definitely need to have get leadership in there. Absolutely ridiculous that you have no changing stations in the bathrooms. We left to change our son's diaper and will not be returning.
