Last night, ordered from the web-site (after 2 other times in last year having to wait more than an hour for pick-up) gave them another chance. TOTALLY WRONG ORDER. Easily my favorite Mexican fast food. I love the salads. They don't skimp on the toppings and the dressing is SO good!!!! Absolutely the worst one. They couldn't get an order right if their lives depended on it. There's only two results when you visit this location. Either they are waaaaay behind and you end up waiting an extra 30 mins for your order. And it comes out wrong. They are always 30 min to an hour behind on take out. They take it out on the customers and act like it's customers issue vs theirs. They even close without giving orders that people have paid for They try to shove everyone in one area on one side while waiting fir their backed up orders, not following social distancing guidelines. Then, they don't get the orders right, if they do it's only a tablespoon of everything so they don't dare have to make anything fresh. In addition, they have that they are open for walk through or dine in online abs suddenly decide they are take out only. If a customer walks in they don't apologize and scream take out only. It's so bad they can't even get staff to work that awful place. I recommend going to Moes which is always welcoming and never like this place. Every single time I've ordered from this chipotle there has always been at least a 45-60 minute wait after your pick up time. If they are so behind they should be using both the to go table and the in store table for online orders. I walked in Friday night for an 8:15pm pick up, i was told they still had 35 orders for the 8pm pick up time. Not to mention they have half the store blocked off to customer and there had to be 45 people in the store waiting for their orders. Not very covid friendly. Sitting at Panera bread eating Chipotle because the staff at this Chipotle is incredibly rude. These workers here are absolutely horrible. When it comes to scooping the meat, it's as if they're scared to give you a whole scoop. When it comes to toppings, they'll slap half the container into your burrito/bowl. What is with the workers not giving full portions of meat? I've been going to this Chipotle for several years and their orders are NEVER ready on time. Usually about a 30 minute wait past when you are told. This last time I went I had ordered a bowl with sofritas, and after the usual wait was given a bowl with beef. I brought the bowl back and was given my correct order, only to come home and find more beef mixed in with my sofritas. As a vegetarian, this place has beyond disgust me. Most of the time they forgot to put the chips, chocolate milk. Portions are smaller than usual and usually cold. They bring the food 15-20 min after the pickup time. This is the 4th time Chipotle has messed up my online order. I ordered 2 bowls and 1 burrito. One bowl I ordered had sour cream on it and I can't eat sour cream. I did not order sour cream. Then the burrito I ordered, when my brother picked it up, was a bowl. So 1 burrito and 2 bowls turned into 3 bowls. They messed up 2/3 of the things I ordered. Before providing this review, let me say that Chipotle is my favorite fast food 'Mexican', better than Qdoba, Baja Fresh, etc. However, this location is the worst Chipotle I have ever been. - Employees seem disinterested in the customer and just give the usual spiel, not listening to what is ordered. - When normally you get one scoop of chicken, this place give you more like half a scoop. No consistency. - If you go ask for more salsa, the employees give you attitude and sneer with fellow employees. After being flagged down (after many attempts) they made my order with no apologies for lateness and tossed it at me over the counter as if I did something wrong. I would of never even bothered had I not paid for it already online. BTW no social distancing of pick up guests who were getting stacked closely together waiting for their late orders and multiple mix ups and missing items. I was there awhile so saw a lot. No calling out of who's order was who's so all the pick up orders were being handled multiple times by the many waiting guests picking it up to read if it was theirs or not on the receipt. Very unsafe for COVID! Unhappy overworked staff. And got home to find out that my order was missing several little items such as cheese, faijita vegs, and salsa. I was stuck in traffic and didn't get there until 5:45... the girl couldn't find my order then when she did... she said oh it didn't come out of the printer we'll make it now. Prior to COVID, I frequented this restaurant and was always pleased with the service. However, the quality of service has plummeted as of recent...immensely. There were countless people standing outside in the cold for orders that were 30-45 minutes overdue. There were many workers! They just moved slowly and did not seem to care that they were very behind. The woman I spoke to was very rude to me and I waited 45 minutes to recieve three meals. On top of all this, they confused the orders and gave me white rice instead of the cauliflower rice that I made a special trip for. This is not the first time something like this has happened. The worst experience I have had with a restaurant since the pandemic started. If you value your health, do not go here until they figure out how to serve food in a safe and timely manner. They have no way of informing you when your food is ready. You order through the app and then your order is not ready. The only way to find that out is to wade through the dining room filled with customers not social distancing. The staff has no idea when your order will be available. I returned 45 minutes later to find out the are working on filling orders with a time stamp 1/2 hour before my pickup time. Forty five minutes late with two trips through a packed dining room and no food in sight. They really expect someone to wait over an hour and 1-2 for food and put their health at risk for tacos and chips. I hope someone was able to enjoy my order. I could not bring myself to go back inside again. In this day and age they can't find a way to update customers via text with order status and provide outside pickup. Come on! They have my $21 bucks. I ordered one bowl and one kids build your own along with chips and guac and queso. and I got neither of those things. It wasn't even my order that I got!!!!
