After a YEAR ago of a terrible experience (check previous review) i decided to give this place the benefit of the doubt and go again during lunch (3pm) This specific location DOES NOT CARE. Their employees DO NOT CARE. Management, DOES NOT CARE. They allow their employees to do the most half assed work, over charge, or simply not even understand english. The place is ALWAY a mess, and even when i went in, i was first in line... instead of taking my order, they all ignored me as the made mobile orders. When you finally get their attention, asking for a bowl is like asking them to bow down and kiss your feet. The simplest request are greeted by a person who looks like they would rather kill them selves then talk to a customer. This comes from the top down. Steak was burnt as hell. Lettuce was brown. Guacamole was brown. Got a sprite and did not taste like sprite at all. Tasted like battery acid. Employees were rude. Got dirty looks from most of them. Check out counter hella messy. Stink bug in the straws. No forks. Employee had their shoes off and their gross feet were on the bar stool. Let customers point over the glass. Would not recommend. I have no idea how this Chipotle is still open. The place is filthy... food all over the floor and counters every time I stop by. These photos were taken at 4:30 on a random weekday when no one else was even in the store. The staff just stare until you speak first, and the few who aren't on their phones texting with their food service gloves on are chatting through their earbuds. I've already filed a complaint with corporate (like many others), but nothing's changed in over a year. I love Chipotle, which makes it all the more frustrating that the one near my home is so dirty and poorly maintained. Haven't dined in in a while and came for a late lunch. There was one other person in the restaurant. I ordered a burrito bowl with chicken. The person taking my order was mumbling as if she was on the phone. A few of the things that I asked for she didn't hear. I asked for green salsa on the side. she put red salsa in a small container. I then repeated that I wanted green salsa on the side and she poured green salsa all over my bowl. When I mentioned that I wanted it on the side, she stuck her hand in the bowl and pushed it out of the bowl and then gave me a side container. Incredibly disgusting and unprofessional. This Chipotle location is absolutely horrifying. As I was waiting (20 minutes past my online pickup time) I could not believe how gross this place was. The tables and beverage station were all covered in trash and food, dirty boxes on the counters where they were cooking. An employee was wiping down the counter with a wet sanitizing cloth that was dipping into the food containers as he wiped around them. I'm currently pregnant and had to leave without my food because I was seriously concerned I was going to get sick if I ate here. The only guarantee at this Chipotle is they WILL be out of something, probably many things. That's if you're even lucky enough to catch them open at all. Totally unreliable; I never count on actually being able to get food here, which is disappointing. You definitely need a backup plan or two because they are very poorly stocked even when they are open. For a while, you couldn't even pay in-store anymore you had to order online. Last week I stopped by and there was a sign on the door that it was closed due to some safety hazard. They're just a mess. This visit I happened to be in the area and I was surprised to see they were open so I decided to give it another try. Of course they didn't have the first thing I wanted (hard tacos), so I moved to another option. No lettuce for a salad, either. I have found charcoal in my bowl at least twice. Then the meat tends to be dried out and the fajitas tend to be overcooked and mushy or barely cooked at all. The service is lousy. It's slow, and the staff doesn't seem to understand much. They are slow moving and just don't know what they're doing. The floors could use a cleaning. Sure, it's winter but still. Clean up. And keep the forks and everything else stocked. Options are limited. Lots of the time they're out of the different meats. They also mix the fresh guacamole with guacamole that is noticeably brown. read more

Went here on a weekend around 2pm. The staff were all positive and attentive. No lines no waiting! They had all options available. Thus the 4 stars. Usually other locations are out of something no matter when you go. One of the rices. Guacamole. Fajita veggies. Something is always missing. But not here. Portions were great. The two negatives was that it was freezing in there. Turn on the heat. And no one cleaned any tables. Food on all of them. I'd go back to this one. read more

I have been here several times and each time they are out of something. They close random hours and are never open when they say. I ordered on DoorDash the other day and they didn't have cheese (how can you not have cheese), so I couldn't get my quesadilla. It let me order on the app which was even more frustrating so I had to cancel my order and get a credit and not get my food. Then I stopped here for lunch a week later and they were out of chicken and steak. They have been out of tortillas before. Every time I go it is something. The drinking area is also not clean and they never, I mean ever have ice in the ice machine. I love chipotle and keep trying this place but everytime it doesn't get better. Any restaurant that provides better service to those who submit an order online instead of the person in front of them is not worth visiting as far as I am concerned. I stopped by recently and they told me they did have any lettuce, grilled vegetables, chips or guacamole, that was all fine until I got up to check out and realized they had all of those items and when I asked, they told me they were only providing those to their online customers. Excuse me what? So I paid the same amount for half the items that they did have. I won't be back anytime soon. read more

Worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Only take cards or exact change and are ALWAYS out of something. Today it was tortillas. How does this happen? How does a Mexican restaurant whose burritos are nearly iconic not have tortillas? Also no spice. They must have also run out of jalapenos. None to be found in the salsa. No lids for the burrito bowls you had to buy since they were out of tortillas. Just slap a piece of aluminum foil over the top and hope it doesn't spill in the car. The food is not chopped or diced into normal bite-sized pieces. Some pieces are huge. And they don't offer knives, so just gnaw on it like a savage. I went to Chipolte Westbrook Crossing yesterday. Entering the restaurant, the tables were dirty and the staff behind the counter were having a good time versus working. When I paid for my food, I asked the cashier if he was going to place it in a bag for me; he handed me an empty bag to do it myself.
