I never give a business reduced stars based on customer service because I believe it's about the food but I am making an exception with Chipotle. Thier food is 4 to 5 stars but bringing the raring down to 1 star because everytime I come here, I order online and it says 20 minutes. I show up 25 minutes later and see 50 people inside waiting for an order. There is no system and complete chaos everytime unless you want to order Monday afternoon at 3pm then you are good. read more

If you're thinking about visiting this location - don't. This particular location rarely has all of the ingredients they are supposed to have. I have placed online orders and half of my toppings aren't included. I have placed indoors inside and been disappointed every time. No guac, no black beans, no chips, no veggies - yet five employees behind the counter just talking to each other. I have been at different times of the day and same applies no matter if it's 5pm or noon. There were a few weeks where this location was closed or had limited hours and sometimes I wish it would just close because I have been disappointed every time I go. If you really want chipotle, travel 10 minutes down the highway and go to the south Portland location. read more

Ordered a bowl this evening and opened it with complete disappointment. Servings sizes were off and lacked many of the ingredients I asked for. Returned it back to the store; closed 2 hours earlier than actual closing time. Was told by someone who worked there that they ran out of ingredients. It's 2/2023 and this place gets an F. It's 5:40 and today they are open that's a plus.... Because the last four times we've tried to eat there, they were closed or closing. But today they were out of tortillas and taco shells.... We ended up leaving. The place is a mess. The tables are dirty. The employees are standing around talking to each other. What a disaster. We used to go there at least once a week but no longer. I wonder if the entire business model is failing out just the two in our area? read more

Gross! Chipotle in general has gone down hill but this location is NOT clean. Staff "*sort of* wiped down tables with rags but then didn't change their gloves when back behind their counter. Lady taking my order was on an absolute speed run when there was nobody behind me. Couldn't even think for about half a second trying to tell her what I wanted. Not only was it the most rushed bowl ever made there was almost nothing in it. The place itself is never clean every table has more food on it than in my bowl. Reading through the comments I understand why the number of complaints keep piling up. I met the manager today. I was sold a burrito that was improperly wrapped. It was a mess. The initial response was "it takes time for new employees to learn to properly wrap", and then it was recommended I get a bowl. And then another employee tried to wrap over the entire mess with a second burrito. Then the manager got involved. I hated to ask for a return, and I should've just left at that point. But after my return, as I was leaving the manager said something very interesting. She said "hope you have a better day". Mind you I was very mild mannered the entire ordeal, I even apologized about causing any trouble seeing as I requested a return. But what she said kinda stung. And, after thinking about it, and especially after reading these yelp reviews I decided that would be my last visit to Chipotle. read more

Never ending dissatisfaction with this location. They won't allow you to order in store. I get with COVID things are a mess but they allow 30 people to stand inside and wait for food. When ordering online like they tell you to, the order is ALWAYS wrong and at least 30minutes late from the pick up time. They never open at the same time (today is 2pm) and the man on the phone was very rude and completely dismissed me when I asked him very reasonable questions about how to tell when they would be open. I don't really know how to review an individual Chipotle. They're all pretty consistent. I was hinting to my coworker/project manager that I want a lot of lobster in Maine, but 'twas not to be. I tried the new carne asada steak option. It was a lot tenderer and slightly more flavorful than the usual steak option, but the tenderness alone is probably a reason to go for that. The posted hours aren't accurate. They literally close for the night whenever they feel like it (The last couple times, I've arrived between 5-6 PM, and they claim to stay open until 8 PM). Unfortunately, you won't know until you get there and find the door locked. Chipotle- I know times are tough, but maybe just change your hours to when you're actually going to be open, and then post these hours on your website, Google Maps, Yelp, etc.? I know that's a lot to ask, but somehow most businesses are able to accomplish this. I suggest not coming here because there's a 50% chance they'll be closed. I would give this chipotle a negative review if I could. Every single time we come here we're extremely disappointed. They're always running 45 min behind, they let you order and then have a sign on the door that they're closed, they put a little piece of paper in your order bag saying they're out of things and tell you to go online and talk to a computer for a refund. I love chipotle but this store in particular is awful. I usually order food for delivery and every time things are missing. Last time I ordered my child a cheese quesadilla and they gave me a plan tortilla, thats it. There's also been several times where I placed an order for pick up and when I get there the store is closed. Why they have the option to order from them through the app when they aren't actually open is besides me. I don't know how this location has all these issues and the others don't. It's a shame, it's one of my favorite fast food restaurants. Avoid the Westbrook Chipotle whenever possible. read more

Chipotle is another one of those chain restaurants that reminds me of home. Although the food itself is alright, this location is hugely disappointing compared to others. Chipotle has been known for their fresh ingredients, innovative preparation process, and AWESOMELY PACKED BURRITOS. Here however... the burritos are far from packed. I honestly feel that with every ingredient, the employee would scoop something and meticulously drop the serving size down by half before dumping it onto my tortilla. They still have awesome deals, usually on Halloween (be sure to check online!), and I'll probably be back when I miss Americanized Mexican food back home too much. read more

Yes their enforcing customers wearing masks and all the staff do. And this is a chain so you can't expect much in terms of food. The only reasons you go to Chipotle are a) it's close to your work, and b) you're wicked desperate. But oh my god this place is so ridiculously slow. Honestly they have six people on that line in the kitchen and only two people ever seem to work. It's really not a hard kitchen job they have and the staff here move at glacial pace. I understand that we are in the middle of a pandemic, and that things won't be as smooth or quick as they normally would. That said, this particular location just stinks in general, before COVID and after. There is no consistency whatsoever. They mess up orders. Sometimes they put less than 1/2 of the amount of food there should be. You can only order online which is fine, but they need to be honest about when the food will be ready. I don't mind that it takes longer during these times, but fix the website to give an accurate timeframe so a bunch of people aren't waiting for 20-30 min after the time given when ordered. The hours are not updated, twice now we've ordered online, they took the money, and than when we got there, there was a sign on the door saying they closed for the weekend. Ok so why are you still allowing orders to go thru on your app? As well as charging people? It's been a week on nonstop trying to call both the location and corporate to try to get my money refunded since I didn't recieve my order due to their mistake with no luck. I've only done this a few times. This service and food was so terrible. They had 3 unskilled people working. Had no idea of maximizing efficiency. The rice was hard, the burritos were all stale, and the way these workers wrapped them was less than desirable! My wife had a steak salad with mostly rice. My boys 13 and 16 who eat anything, said this is absolutely nasty! Last time ever going there, ever! Also, in years past, this location was excellent. read more

If I could put zero stars, I would! We used Door Dash to get dinner for our family because we're from out of town and leaving tomorrow. Our food arrived quickly from door dash, so no issue there but our burritos were tiny with barely any meat in them, cold, all the chips were missing (no chips with a kids meal, no chips and queso that we ordered), and the kids quesadilla wasn't even melted. I waited in line for 15 minutes and then was told I couldn't order a quesadilla, which is on their menu, unless I order it online. So I had to sit down and then order it online. After waiting for another 20 minutes my food was done and I went to get a soda after Paying for my soda to find out the soda machine doesn't work and I can only get lemonade. I was then told I couldn't get a refund on the soda because they can't do refunds on online orders. Absolute joke. DO NOT GO HERE read more
