I actually gave this location a second chance, After being disappointed several months ago with the service and cleanliness. Well they failed again. How disappointing to received steak bowl with most of the meat was fat and gristle. It was really disgusting. I will not recommend this location to anyone. Owning a business this was a very sad to see that all young people with no mature adult in the location. It's not even worth the effort to go back there to complain about this. UGGGHHH !! I placed an order online for pickup. I always either get the vegetable or veat (they call it something else that starts with an S but I cannot remember the name right now). I get that on top of brown rice, and it's delicious. The only problem is that these guys are so good, they got my order up for pickup. I went to get it. It was there like I ordered. Never ever order from here online. They will either get your order wrong or are very skimpy on the toppings. They do this cuz they know they can get away with it since you won't notice until you get all the way home. And they know most people are not going to drive all the back to make them correct it. I have no problem with this location if you are there to order in person or pickup an online order -- just make sure you check it before leaving. My issue, however, has to do with a delivery order I placed via the Chipotle app. I paid the additional delivery fee + a driver tip to "hit the easy button" because I'm sick and didn't feel like making the 25 minutes round-trip drive with 4 kids in tow. How dare I be so lazy, right? 1. My food arrived 35 minutes ahead of schedule. Maybe this isn't a big deal to the average person, but I was anticipating that my food would arrive between 4:55-5:10, not when it arrived at 4:20. Kind of early for dinner, but eating a little early never hurt anyone I suppose. 2. Ordered a kids meal with fruit, and it came without fruit. Very clearly marked on the receipt/order. They also forgot my apple juice, but I didn't realize that until much later. 3. Ordered a chicken salad, and they managed to get everything right aside from the fact that they forgot the actual chicken on it. Who forgets chicken on a chicken salad?! Again, very clearly marked on the order. I called the restaurant. They said the only way to get a direct refund would be to call customer service, and that would not replace my food -- just simply refund for the food items they got wrong and delivery fee. If they mess up your order they don't simply make you a new one and send it out... you literally have to come in and pick it up, which was exactly what I was trying to avoid in the first place by paying someone a delivery fee + tip. After 10 minutes on the phone, and 25 minutes in the car I finally arrived home so I could eat my mediocre salad just in time for my originally scheduled delivery time. I appreciate that Chipotle is trying to offer more automated ways to support customers but the lack of follow up from customer service is so disappointing. I have talked to Pepper multiple times with no solution or follow up. I submitted my concern/ problem THREE times via support with no follow up. Which is mind blowing to me. I did speak to someone on the phone for an hour while he confirmed what I was saying was true but told me he's not authorized to help me so he sent me an email asking me AGAIN to submit my concern. it took a week for him to respond and it was not satisfactory. We usually have a great experience but last night at 5 pm the restaurant was out of the veggies, and had very little chicken or steak based on our order. My husband's buritto was about 2/3 the normal size with very little brown rice and steak. My chicken bowl had 6 pieces of chicken with an overload on the white rice. Super disappointed in this store the past few times my family has visited but tonight was worth a ZERO star review. The service was terrible, rude, and down right disrespectful. To spend almost $50 a trip I should not have to beg for anything. Weither or not the worker heard me or not when I asked her to add lettuce that was omitted from my order you would have thought that handful was her last dying breathe to hold onto including her dirty look to top it off. We couldn't even sit in store as several of the tables were full w customers and also what looked like someone cleaned out their office and left it on the table. We weren't shocked when we had to leave our garbage on the floor next to the receptacle because it was overflowing from the top everywhere. Every single employee tonight was dismissive, rude, and arrogant. Out of guac/beans/scraping the white rice from the container. I asked if more rice was coming I would wait. What on actual Earth is going on with this location? The past few times we've come it's been a bit of a mess--orders made wrong; out of ingredients. Today July 2 was an all around disaster. We placed an order on the app to be ready at 9 PM. Arrived at 9 with only one customer in line. The food wasn't ready. The ticket for our order was lying under the burritos on the counter. I was informed they were out of white rice, guacamole, and onions and peppers. Awesome. I asked if they were making more but the kitchen was already shut down even though they are open for another hour. All around the food prep counter was food debris....piles of lettuce, cheese, random meats, spilled sauces. It looked filthy. She began preparing our pick up order with the remaining ingredients left for the night. When I asked for two containers of extra hot red sauce, the cashier bagging my order literally tossed them Upside down into the bag like they were napkins. I asked her if she was kidding and got a sullen stare back. I tried to upright them, but when I got home discovered one had opened into the bag all over the food. Seriously. Food is okay, but portion for my bowl is horrible. I don't understand why the ladies serving the food today had such disgruntled looks on their face and were so stingy. I never been to a Chipotle where they are so stingy with the ingredients in the bowls, including LETTUCE! I asked for steak and chicken bowl, the lady said ok, and then I asked may I jave fajitas too. She put the fajitas, and then asks me what I want again. I repeated steak and chicken, she only sprinkles a flat spoon full of steak in my bowl(about 3oz) and moves along. I'm not gonna bother repeating myself to someone who walks away. Then comes the veggie sides....I literally have sprinkles of lettuce (as you see in the picture). This portion is ridiculous. Because this location is basically almost always out the door expect a 20-25 minute wait in line. They try to move as fast as they can, but at times when it gets this busy you just wonder if they can just have someone else added to manning the line. If you have a big order, small order, or just don't want to wait in line, order ahead of time online! Huge time saver. All you'll have to do is go to the front of the line to pick up your order If i eat here 10 times the following will happen. 2 times the rice will be undercooked (there's nothing worse than undercooked rice!!), 2 times the chicken will lack half the amount of salt and spices it usually has, 3 times they'll jip you on an ingredient or another, 3 times the meal will be totally spot on, I'll hear angels sing and my stomach is happy. This location tends to be predictably inconsistent with how the chicken, rice and guacamole taste and is prepared depending on what time of the day you're here. Today was one of those times that not only did I get undercooked rice, I was overcharged. Whatever, I figured it out with chipotle's customer service so I'm not too terribly put off by that now. TL;DR: Lines can get out the door long, with waits up to 25-45 minutes. Order online ahead of time to minimize your wait. Your order will always be a surprise (Chipotle Roulette!). Sometimes you'll get more, less, absolutely perfect and spot on, or the meat will taste like it's been diluted in water. Check your receipts to make sure you aren't over charged. read more

There is something about that vegetarian bowl that makes me just crave it every now and then~~~which makes me come back every now and then. As in other reviews, I state I am a creature of habit when it comes to food. So, their veggie bowl is my fav and my one and only delight from them...with chips of course!! Not that I don't eat meat...I just have had a love affair with vegetables since a baby and it has never left me. As my favorite meat of their's is the carnita's a.k.a pork....yum in every way...love the fall apart, melt in your mouth. Besides being creature of habit of food....I am a girl that likes the extra's :). I don't tend to do 300,000 things on my bowl (just like any other food choice) but the couple items I like to get (rice, beans, sour cream, cheese and of course the guacamole) I would like a good portion. I love their rice, love sour cream and the guac....OMG LOVE!! The only problem with Chipotle, is I always feel like I am begging. This is my huge pet peeve about Subways and I feel Chipotle is like that also. The thing about it is, you could have every single ingredient on your bowl, taco, burrito, etc. So, when I don't get every item, I expect the individual not to play the game of "little more". Don't miss understand me that I am wanting a gallon of each item, it's just the attitude of when you ask. I have seen this thru various locations, in which maybe the extra comes out of the individuals paycheck or strict corporate rules. Who really knows, but to be made to feel guilty about asking for something when your not getting other things seems somewhat silly to me. And now for the finale...the reason I give three stars is because of the pure fight ALWAYS for the guacamole. It is INCLUDED in the price of the veggie bowl. I don't understand how they are generous if you order meat, but when ordering the guacamole...it is a battle. In which I may be wrong on this, but I am pretty sure the cost of avocados is cheaper than meat. But, who knows maybe it's not and must be protected like the holy grail. Regardless, this is my main frustration with also sometimes the chips not being fresh. When your getting chips at $1.69 (I think...don't quote me...but close too it) I would expect it to be fresh. Hence you could almost get a whole bag of chips from the grocery store around same price if you are a smart shopper. I do believe Chipolte offers a good, quality food which is quite tasty!! I just wish (like other various chains) it wouldn't always be such a battle if you want something extra. The world will be a better place when big corporations realize the value of customer service, with the combination of common sense of this simple matter. Overall, LOVE the food, hate the battle!! If your a person that goes with the flow and not so particular (okay I said it & admit it, but my directness resolves any confusion on what I like and want :)-which it's best to be honest , relieves confusion) then it's perfect score for you!! read more
