The skinny Margarita was tasty, and the food was good too. When I get a burrito I'm expecting it to be the size of a football though. The beans were covered by lettuce and guacamole, and some other substance that I didn't know the taste of. The Horchata was water down and tasted only of cinnamon. The best thing was the chorizo queso dip, which was probably chorizo from Jewel and cheese out of a jar, that's a no go for me and my family that was our third time and enough for me to write a review. Second time, the Santa Fe Bowl. These items were incredibly bland. The bowl was just mush. The rice stuck together, cheese is poor quality, no flavor. Lukewarm as well. Salsa is tasty but then quickly goes into heat-only mode. Chips were decent. My friend had a burrito. The cheese had the appearance of cellophane cheese melted just enough to make it soft. I'm pretty sure I had the best steak tacos of my life...the corn tortillas tasted homemade. I got cilantro, onion and lime but it came without onion and I didn't bother to ask why...I really didn't miss it but I'd still try again next time. Chips and salsa were good too! The restaurant is family friendly, but the bar area is a perfect spot for date night. The bar is beautiful and there's plenty of seating. The ambiance is perfect. The food is always served in a timely fashion. Recommended dishes: Camarones al mojo de ajo (Garlic grilled shrimp w/onions) and Carne Asada Tampiquena (skirt steak) is deliciously cooked. Came here with a group of 26 for my stepsister's graduation party, we all ordered and ate and the service was amazing. We got the food very quickly for the size of our group and the drinks we got almost instantly. Very quick service with amazing food. Little to no wait time as well. The Resturant itself looks amazing as well as the bathrooms being very clean and tidy. The decoration and music makes it feel very authentic and welcoming. The manager himself served us and was very nice and had a great memory when asking for refills as he was able to remember what drink each person ordered. The restaurant had a great selection of amazing food choices, and I'm going to be honest, with all the great choices it was hard to choose! 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good Mexican restaurant.
