The clerk at the window tried to help and when the manager was called over, the manager dismissed me and my issue. Said I never ordered it correctly. I went into the facility and after more than five minutes was able to get her attention. She was again dismissive. Not a friendly or clean place.

I had a friend say the same thing, so they may have changed the recipe. In any case, I don't need another one. The drive thru experience was also pretty weird. There were a couple cars in front of me, and it moved quickly, but the cashier said nothing to me but my total. And the guy that handed me my shake literally said nothing. And they have a drive thru!!! I have ordered delivery several times, and picked up through the Chipotlane. Love that you can just drive up and not go in! I'm vegetarian and I love their salads and bowls, and you get guacamole for free if you get a veggie. You can also customize and get all the nutrition info online. My guacamole was a little brown, and has been a few times at this location. I honestly think the quality is better at Holt Road. This one is much more convenient most of the time though.
