What is there bad to say about Dairy Queen?? Their blizzards the best ice cream treat ever invented, and their service has always been good, too. I've only ever been through the drive thru, but I've never had an issue. I did go to try the new Brownie and Oreo Cupfection, and I was pretty disappointed. My first ever Dairy Queen experience was a WIN! We went to this location after a failed shoe shopping attempt in Webster for some Blizzard fun. Honestly? Zero complaints. We told the drive thru staff we needed juuuuust a minute since we were newbies (don't worry there was no one behind us for anyone cringing at me) and they were very supportive LOL. I ordered a small cookie dough blizzard and holy moly I GET the hype. This blizzard was delicious. I sat and ate it on my couch and watched New Girl and honestly, what a joyous evening. I come to this location of DQ a lot. Store and bathrooms are always clean and the service from the employees are a pleasant experience. They greet you as soon as you walk in and make you feel at home. DQ offers a variety of options from food to desserts, and has a little something for everyone. The location of this spot is awesome because it is right near everything and an very convenient spot for lunch if you are running errands in the village of Webster. Me and my friend had went into this DQ to pick up some quick tenders and go on with our day. We walk in and get in line to order. After approaching the counter to order I already knew this wasn't going to be a "quick" trip. The worker at the front had no idea what he was doing (he was not new i've seen him there many many times) and I had to repeat my order at least 3 times and it was very frustrating- and i don't want to be this person but he was either high out of his mind or he was just genuinely stupid. Their toaster apparently wasn't working and i was offered plain bread instead... ew. However that's not the real issue here. We took our food to go and back to my house and once we began eating we realized the chicken was completely RAW! Absolutely disgusting. We went back to get a refund and the manager told us that they got that complaint twice already that day. I am disappointed and honestly i've gone to this DQ many times and i've never had a great experience. If you go here it's better to stay safe and just get ice cream or fries... read more

The Webster Dairy Queen was a great place to go! My family and I stopped at the store in Webster on Saturday and a older man greeted us. He was so kind and friendly! His name was Chuck! He smiled and made us feel so welcome during this terrible time we are in. We ordered food and ice cream and it was really good! Chuck treated our little girl to an ice cream cone. This was her first experience going to DQ because we just moved to Webster manner apartments. Due to the great service Mr. Chuck showed us, we are coming back for more. Chuck's customer service was exceptional and we felt so good. I did not know that a fast food place could have such kind and caring employees? Every time we go out to one the employees act like they need to force themselves to serve you or be kind! We are so glad we decided to do DQ and not another food restaurant. Hi all, wow! Really bad experience at Dairy Queen Hard Rd Webster Penfield. The kitchen staff were great! The young lady Alysha, not good. They were not busy this evening between 5:30-6:00 pm. We were the only customers inside dining. Maybe 2 cars in the drive through. Placed our order at 5:38 pm. 2 combo meals and 2 blizzards. Waited and waited. I walked over to check our order. Food is sitting under the heat lamps. Blizzards on the counter. Alysha unknown where she is. Eventually she comes out and I say I'm checking my order. Oh yes I'm coming is the response. Food comes fries are okay. Not ice cold but just lukewarm. Burgers lukewarm. The kitchen did their job getting orders out quickly, but the server not really. Didn't even apologize for the delay. I would understand if they were busy, but they were not. And no we didn't say anything because we were hungry and didn't want to wait another 15 minutes for food that was ready within 8-10 minutes just sitting on the counter! Abbotts Has Nothing To Fear My favorite DQ treat has always been the Peanut Buster Parfait, but not anymore. It had been some time since I ordered one, so I decided to treat myself. The price has gone up quite a bit, to $3.99, and the quality has gone down. There was hardly any hot fudge in the product I was delivered and the peanuts tasted slightly stale. While you might have to pay a couple of bucks more for a similar treat at Abbotts Frozen Custard, the Mexican Sundae, you will be glad you did. Of course you can get burgers and fries at this DQ, so maybe the trip is worth it. My suggestion though is to get your burgers and fries up the street at Five Guys and then travel just a little ways down Ridge Rd for a much tastier frozen dessert dished up by an authentic Rochester business. We ate there sometime within 6 months of when they first launched. We were the only customers ( drive thru customers were out there) and waited about 20 minutes for our food. We thought it was a glitch with the opening, training people or something. It was just two of us getting combo meals or ice cream. I went there on May 30th, same thing. Ordered 2 take out combo meals, the place empty, and it took them forever. When i got home and opened the meal, the FRIES were OLD and WRINKLED. I think they had been made an hour before i got there. I go here for the Blizzards and always order an Oreo mint. Even though it isn't on the menu, it is in the computer! My rating is based on that, not the food which isn't worth the money for what you get. Is the ice cream fresh from the dairy? Definitely not, but I keep going back. Went to Dairy Queen for a dessert. It's always hard to decide what to get, but the Pumpkin Pie Blizzard was calling my name. The drive thru was quick and didn't wait. Now on the window it says that they tip it so you can see the blizzard stays. So sure enough the girl did a quick tip and handed it to me. I got a chuckle out of that. The blizzard tasted great, you tasted the pumpkin flavor and brown surgar too. If you are not a pumpkin fan they have APPLE PIE. I will try that on my next visit. read more

I love ice cream and I love Dairy Queen. However, this will be my last time visiting this location. I have visited this location 3 times since it first opened, so about once a year. Every time I have been there they have made it wrong. I order a peanut butter cup blizzard with chocolate ice cream. This time I was very disappointed that I got all the way home and has a chocolate blizzard with some sort of nuts in it. The time before I got vanilla ice cream with Heath.
