I've only had a good experience with one tech here, but the owner is a complete b--. like i don't even want to say how deprecating she is. she messed up my nails so bad and everything was dirty. you can see the bubbles in my nails of dust she didn't take off after buffing. these are normal french nails and she charged me $45 even though i gave her a 20% tip. i had to shape them more when i got home. she's insane and she has a nasty attitude lmao. This place is so dirty and unhygienic and the owner is so rude her name is Chi. I walked in for a spa pedicure and they told me it would be at 15 min wait so I waited no problem. Chi started doing my pedicure and not even 5 mins into my pedicure a lady walked in for brows. Chi told her to go to brow room and wait she will be right with her she then got up and tld me be right back in 5mins . So then I waited and then she was done with her client and another one walks in for brows too and she took her in as well like r u serious She stopped doing my pedicure to take in these walk in clients and didn't even let them wait a lil so she made me wait 15mins. I've come here before and the man that did my nails was very friendly and did a nice job on my nails. The last time I came will be my last. I called to say I would come in and they said they had time. I walked in with my kids, and sat down. I was never acknowledged or even asked what I needed done. The only time they acknowledged our presence was for the owner to yell at my kids for being close to the pedicure chair. She saw us and still ignored me and didn't even ask what I needed or why I was there. When someone enters a place of business, you need to acknowledge that. I won't come here anymore, this place feels very unwelcoming. Worst place I've ever been to. But 20 minutes after waiting for some acetone on a bowl they start working on a lady who had just walked in. I have been coming to this nail salon since I moved to north Hollywood for my eyebrows and I use to be very satisfied with their work until I started doing full set nails with them and realized how rushed they're with their work and how little importance they give to the people who make "appointments", they don't even consider the people who come first, they take whoever is less work to be done first. Came here because a lot of nail salons only accept cash and this one accepts debit/credit which I frequently use. Got my nails done twice here, the first time was for a basic french mani, okay results, not too picky. The second time I got acrylic nails and got an infection the next day. I had puss coming out of my nails and they were in pain due to over filing them and sanding them with tools (literally did that for 20 mins straight) the machine burned my fingers and all the tools have dead skin etc on them, they are never clean. do not go here, I am still healing from the infection. read more

They almost forcefully made me tip them and As the nails grew out, they ended up hurting because they were crooked. So I went back to get them removed a couple weeks later and they seemed upset and were very rough on me. They were so rough that my nails ended up getting bumps on them.
