So I come back at 1pm and 2 of the hats are ok, could be better but this one literally looks like my 5 year old daughter's writing!! The guy doesn't bother to say anything about redoing my hat or anything. Oh he gave me a .50 cents discount for ruining my hat! ‍ Place is garbage just like my hat he ruined! Josh responded quickly to both my call and text, and I was able to drop off my item the same day I reached out. The only small hiccup was during drop-off--I don't think Josh saw my message right away, so I had to wait a little longer for C. to receive my item. Other than that, everything went smoothly. Josh contacted me a few hours after drop off with a proof of the design in case I wanted any edits. I suggested a sizing edit and orientation edit and he was able to execute the changes perfectly. Exactly one Month later, still no patch but bunch of ignored emails where I been asking politely when can I expect my patch. So I went to PP to open the case. Guess what? Now I got their attention. They said I only sent them low res image, provided no into on fond but! as soon as they know what fond I want it will take them 3 days to finish. Hmmm so it took them a month to figure out they need more info?? OooOk. My patience grows very thin but I doing my best in keeping my cool- "here is the fond for you guys. Helvética. Simple as that and just in case: here is same hi-res image and please confirm you receive all you need". Tadaaaaam here we come again. No confirmation email. 3 days later - still no patch. I say you know what... to the hell with this patch. I will order elsewhere but for my time wasted (Daytona 2018 bike week experience ruined most likely) I will hunt them with my negative feedback everywhere I can. Not sure if I been useful or not but since they asked for my email to sent a refund, it looks mine just got lost in bunch of open PayPal cases from unhappy customers.

I contacted them via messaging and explained what I wanted done. Monica responded quickly with a quote, which was very reasonable. I explained I needed the items by Wed. 7/1/26. I was able to come in drop off the vest and the sample on Mon. 6/22/26. Monica contacted me on Wed. with a sample. Looked at the sample sent. It was great! By today 7/25/26, I was contacted by Monica that the vests were ready within fours days. The finish came out amazing. Looking forward to continue future business with 3M's. After spending almost an hour setting up an order on their website (with an AI assistant constantly trying to push stuff on you), there was no confirmation email. I called the next day to see if the order got through. A sleepy gentlemen answered the phone and mumbled apathetically that he'd check and get back to me. He never did. I left a message the next day, asking for a call back to find out if my order had come through. I got a text on my phone the next day, reading: "Thank you for reaching out to The Best Screen Printing company. Please send us your design, when you need it by, size breakdown and quantity for your order at sales@tbsp.la to get a free quick quote.". So we were back to square one, with 3 days just out the window. I emailed them and explained that I had submitted an order through their website days earlier. They emailed back and said they wouldn't honor that order. They told me if I wanted to pick up any t-shirt by Monday, they'd use a lower-quality (!) t-shirt and charge an additional $20 above the additional rush order fees they had already added. I never write reviews, but here I felt compelled to.

So here it goes again, even better this time. I have been dealing with this company for over 4 years. They were pompous and arrogant the entire time I worked with them. They have no regard for their customers and they're only looking to make money. They have blatantly printed my stuff wrong multiple times, but I have worked with them and been patient with their printer for the sake of my business. I had an order of hoodies printed for some big celebrity clients, and they were the same hoodies I've been printing with them since 2020. I had other hoodies in the order, but this one in particular was the one that got damaged. In this industry men don't respect women at all, and they expect us to just do whatever they say and take whatever they give. The damage hoodies, I'm referring to were printed as a set of five. The print was blatantly wrong and crooked, completely not centered, and he was so rude about it. The ONLY printer in their company that knows how to print is so careless with everyone's order that you literally have to just hope and pray your order is done right. The owners of this company do not care about anything but money and they especially don't care about the employees. That's not an excuse to treat people poorly and take peoples hard earned money. The customer service is horrible, the attention of detail is horrible, these people are just money hungry, arrogant business owners. The people that run this company have no idea how to print anything and all they look for is mass orders of basic printing, so that they can get their money out of people and go onto the next client. They have no structure in their business and they are extremely rude to women. If you are a woman and you go in there, they expect you to be brainless, even when they're wrong about how to run their own machines. This experience with them over the past couple years has been a nightmare ever since they fired the actual people who actually cared about their customers and took the time to make sure the work was done correctly. In the middle of the pandemic, they fired so many hard workers and it was really sad. I am permanently disabled, and the discrimination that I have dealt with in this office has been nothing less than stressful while trying to recover from surgery and run my business. They don't even have an office anymore that clients can come in. I spoke to the sales person and he said that he was at home and that he couldn't tell me who the boss was-- which is a lie. When you go to drop off your orders the shop is dirty, there's paint everywhere, there's no organization. The work environment has not been good for a long time, but due to business needs, I made sacrifices and did whatever I could. I've referred this company to so many people and I regret doing so because they are horrible people.
