She did an awesome job of explaining the different waxes and why their wax formula is the best. She also made sure that the wax was not too warm. Overall, it was not nearly as painful as I anticipated. As a first time customer, the wax was complimentary. Since I got the Brazilian, it was not included in the complimentary wax, so I just had to pay the difference between that and a regular bikini wax. Amanda also gave me some free samples of their lotion and exfoliation scrub. I did not feel pressured to buy any more packages, any products, or book my next appointment right away. I did end up buying a serum that Amanda recommend, just because I figured I saved on the wax and so far I have liked the product. The check out staff did a great job explaining how their packages work and how you get more points if you reserve your next appointment right after your wax. I was misdiagnosed twice for what turned out to be a garden variety fungal infection. It seems when they don't know what they are looking at they fall back on doing a core biopsy. When I requested to see a real doctor I was informed that she wasn't taking new patients, so it was the incompetent PAs or nothing. I spoke to the office manager who tried to convince me that the PA who treated me has been with the practice for 5 years so just as good as seeing the Dr. Seeing I was getting nowhere with this practice I went to another local practice who had no problem scheduling me with a real Dr. who immediately and accurately diagnosed my issue.

They send an text message informing you of your bill and 4 days later call you at work to say you have an outstanding bill.
