Polish all over the cuticle, polish isn't even along the cuticle line, and she did not scrub my heels enough. I was skeptical about getting acrylics because I have never gotten them before but Steven was very compliant with the length and natural look that I wanted as well as going off a picture of something he hadn't done before and turning it into an even better job I had hoped for! I also usually leave a nail salon with minor issues, things I had asked to be fixed and weren't, and uneven color, but every single thing I noticed that I wanted to be fixed he corrected without me even having to say a word. She was very pleasant to speak with, but she made my nails thick, uneven, and bubbly. This place was recommended by a co worker and I'm sad to say that I'll probably not try it out again. My experience matches what those reviews state- poor quality nails! Getting fancy costs money - I drop about $70 a time on pedicure/ gel manicure, so I expect to look like I went to a professional, not had my 6 year old take care of spa day. My pedicure ( which I paid an up charge for and got extra fancy) was awful. I'm wishing I took a picture. There were bubbles & paint on my toes along with smears . Yuck. I pointed out a few messy spots, the girl cleaned them up, but then wanted to put my shoes on like that second ( I told her to wAit- nope!) so more smears. My gel manicure looked fine. They kept pushing this$40 gel package which is really pricey- didn't do that. My gel chipped the next day! I wasn't doing anything that would cause this. Fast forward a bit later and I head to my normal nail salon ( I found Pro Nails bc I was in a rush and my usual place was booked). Usual nail salon takes off my gel and omg .. total mess! White very damaged nails. I've posted pics. Think 4 years of acrylics on your fingers damage. They said they had never seen this and they were shocked at the damage to my nails. Great. The technician was absolutely horrible. My daughter asked several times for harder pressure for the massage. I asked the tech as well. Also asked the owner if he could tell her. My daughter ended up walking out because not only did they not listen to her for the pedicure, a lady put acetone on her fingers and walked away. After 20 minutes it was burning her fingers. They got mad at her because she wanted the foil off her fingers. Do not go here. Way better salons in the neighborhood. read more

Never had a bad pedicure experience here. Always peaceful and organized which is rally nice. Tracy is hands down, the BEST pedicure I've ever had. I ALWAYS request her for same day call ahead. She actually massages the muscles in my tired, hair stylist feet and legs with amazing pressure. She does a great job with cuticles, calluses and toenails so they grow out nice and she's never cut me once. I can't believe the Pro pedicure for just $35 includes 3 different leg and foot massages and tops off with a neck and shoulder massage! They charged me 65 for hand nails. They were just single color with a glitter nail. I didn't know it was 65. I have always paid 45 to 50 at other salons. The guy cut me 3 times around the top of my nails. The pedicure guy doesn't know how to color nails. I feel like as a new client they gave me the worst techs. I will not be back. It's really bad honestly. I literally felt like crying. He literally paid all over and not straight on the nail. The said he would clean it and tried to file the top of my nail and it burned. It is extremely nice to finally have a nail salon around the corner from my house that doesn't charge me a arm, leg, hand and foot for nail treatments! The few times I do take a bold step and try a new business I don't tend to regret it. I couldn't be more happy with the service. And the prices! I don't come out of there feeling like I've been raked over the coals on cost. Most places nearby charge a good deal more and don't offer such great specials as frequent as here. I get both manicures and pedicures done here quite frequently. They even offer you water and tea during your pedis, how relaxing is that?! The staff is very attentive and kind, and some quite the natural comedians! I don't even know what to say. I've been going here since April for acrylics which have been off and on good and bad. But today I went in just to get my acrylics removed and get a regular mani and I'm more than disappointed. Granted it was only $15 but this was just sad. There's glue all over my fingers. Some of my nails aren't even painted all the way. They're uneven and I could've easily painted my own fingers like this, which isn't saying much. I had her repaint them a second time because she was going to let me walk out the door with awkwardly shaped nails because she wanted to keep my nails long but the paint job is just as bad if not worse than the first time. If you are going to go here I would only recommend Damon as he is the only one I've had good experiences with consecutively. Wish I could get my money back. read more

I decided to go back here as I used to get great pedicures however I went last Friday to prepare my feet for a funeral and heels. A younger girl did my pedicure and it was literally the worst pedicure I've ever had and I even bought the highest end pedicure package. The leg massage was terrible hardly felt anything. Callus removal was not good and worst of all she only put one coat of polish on and two of my nails polish actually came off the next day so I had to re polish myself before the event. Plus what used to be my favorite part the neck and hand massage lasted two minutes barely. I will never go back again the Caliber of service has greatly diminished. read more

I came here due to awesome reviews and it was a great experience! I came in to get full set of almond shape nails and the friendly nail tech explained to me they my nails are really nice and to get a gel manicure, which would save me me about 10 bucks conspired to full set. She explained that my nails would grow healthy in a couple of weeks and then she can make the almond shape with my natural nail instead of damaging my nail bed. This made sense and I appreciated going to business that has my best interest instead of there amount of profit. Will definitely return! read more

I have been going to this salon for years (Nails by tina) now it's Nails by Chloe I believe ?. I had a guy do my nails there and he was absolutely amazing.. then he left. So, I now just walk in and get my fills. I've been there twice after my guy left and I'm not going again. The customer service is not good anymore, they literally look so mad when they are doing your nails, like you are a total inconvenience. I actually dreaded going in to get my nails done because I felt so uncomfortable . The lady also paused doing my nails multiple times to talk to her coworkers and talk on her cell phone and I just sat there... I seriously was in shock. On top of that my nails look absolutely horrible ... they're messy, they were so chunky and my left hand looks absolutely nothing like my right hand.. even my fiancé noticed... i literally had to fix it when I got home and it still looks horrible. I had been a customer of Tina's Pro Nails and Spa for over six years with no issues when these new owners took over. Well about a month ago I went to have my nails filled and due to my tech Stephen being behind the owner started my nails. Which was great until rather than removing all of the lifted product she glued it down!! I told her that my nails were going to lift and she said "oh no they will be fine" Being a previous nail tech of over ten years I knew that she was wrong but rather than saying anything else I proceeded to let Stephen fill my nails. Fast forward to my recent appointment, my nails had of course lifted and one had come completely off. When Stephen began my nails I could tell he was tense and was rushing through my nails. In turn they were nowhere near the normal quality of work he would normally do. In my opinion he knew he was on a time limit and felt pressured to rush. Also since the new owners have come in they now shove their new polish books in your face to choose a color from and no longer offer the previous polish examples instead they leave them on the counter. So I had chosen my color from the new books and when Stephen went to polish he asked what color I had chosen and went to get it. When he came back he said "we don't have that color pick another one" and handed me the new color books again and again I chose a color. When Stephen started to polish my nails he noticed that the color wasn't setting right and had to remove it and start over. Then blamed me by saying it happened because I took too long to choose a color. WTF?! When finished I went to the counter to pay and asked to schedule my next appointment, the owners husband went to Stephen and said something I could not hear and then Stephen came to me and said he could no longer do my nails! When I asked why he said because it takes him too long! Please tell me how it is my fault that the owner obviously doesn't know how to do nails, they did not have the color I chose, the second color did not work and apparently my nail tech is too slow!?!?!? This place wants you in and out as fast as possible and placing unnecessary pressure on their employees which is causing TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They are treating their employees like line workers and the long standing customers as a number. I would NEVER recommend Chloe Nails and Spa to anyone! read more

Downfall is that it's a little pricey, I've had just as good if not better elsewhere for a better price. But, I probably will go back just so I don't have to keep shopping around and because they seem reliable to give a consistently good pedicure. I'm never loyal to a nail salon- except for this one. But only for Lee, she is amazing at acrylics (and I am very picky)... Especially at perfecting my almond/ claw shape. I adore her. Go see her if you appreciate well done acrylics... Only missing one star because I went to another technician once (forget her name) and had the worst full set of my life. I was crying in pain, and she destroyed my nails, but management and Lee hooked me up for a free fix a few weeks later which more proves why she's my go-to nail angel. The woman ( didn't catch her name) tried to charge me 45$ just for a FULL SET OF BASIC PLAN NAILS!? I'm not penny pincher .. but no thank you. After tip I'm not dumb enough to throw away $50 for plain nails that will only last me 2 weeks. I will not allow this woman or their business to trick me.
