I ordered on the 26th where it confirmed it would be here by 09/03/2026. It's Saturday 09/05/2026 and still no cookies. I have to leave soon so I won't be here if they're delivered and I live in Arizona. I can't imagine, if there are cooling packs that they are still cold by now after being in transit since 09/01/2026. I don't have the kind of money to waste on trendy cookies but wanted to treat myself for my birthday last week. $40 is a lot for me to spend right now so it stresses me out. Update: I'm on the way out but I was able to grab them out of the mailbox. They were super hot and no ice packs (which could be okay to prevent more condensation), nor were they vacuumed sealed so the bags are puffy. Makes me nervous I'll get some kind of food borne since they look moist and fresh. I haven't opened the bags yet. I took some pictures and videos on my other phone because they do look visually appealing and packaging is lovely but I'll do a smell test tomorrow. I'll be gone all night and unable to determine whether they smell iffy or not. I sent a message to customer service to keep them updated, if not to at least learn from the experience. With this regime, I can't afford to get sick and being in such a hot state having them sit in transit for so long has me a tad anxious. Here to support local but Tennessee might be too far for Arizona and USPS. Update: 09/13: Labor Day customer service got back to me and explained the cookies are good for travel in heat. The little bit of condensation kinda freaked me out so I stuck them in the freezer. I started in on them after I got the email, which thank you for the quick reply. The first one I ate was the strawberry shortcake. I had left that one out because I was feeling that flavor first. It was dry when it was room temperature but pop that baddie in the microwave and it was delicious. The center was pretty soft. Yummy 90's childhood nostalgia kinda cookie. The second one I ate was PB Pieces one. I had it in the freezer and let it sit out. It was broken upon arrival but when I opened it I understood why.. it was really moist. Then I microwaved it and it was even better, they're good size cookies too. I wouldn't say "giant" but good size for the discount. The third I ate was the lemon (curd?) - that was better than I expected. I love lemon. It was really flavorful. The center looked uncooked but maybe that's the way it was supposed to look? I microwaved them all and I typically love my toaster oven but it dries things out sometimes. The fourth was Banana Pudding. I'll start off by saying at first I was disappointed there isn't custard because I Love it, however, the cookie didn't taste like banana bread either. It had a good amount of vanilla in it to make it have a custard-y kind of flavor. It was kinda dry but once it was heated, it ended up being one of my favorites. The next cookie is sitting on the counter - the cosmo brownie so tbc :) I finally have milk, which I know is diabolical not to have but money has been tight and honestly as much as milk would have smacked, they were delicious without. read more

[My original Shop review on 4/27/26:] It's been a week since I received my order with missing items and emailed twice (by replying to my order confirmation and emailing the customer service line), and I've received no response, so it seems that customer service ends when your order is delivered. I think a week is long enough to give even a small business to respond to their support emails. [ETA Shop review on 5/1/26:] I did finally receive a response, maybe two hours after my original review was published with two stars; apparently, you're required to "take a photo of what you received and are missing" which is what I had needed to know an entire week before that. I responded by telling her that it had been over a week, so obviously i don't have the ability to take photos of the items anymore (we're a snacky household); I would have needed to know that, at best, two days after delivery, so it seems I won't be getting what I paid for OR a refund, as they've offered no reply to my response. I had to find out what the hype was about. How did I do that? I ordered cookies! I mean, that's the way to do it, right? First, they are really, really, busy and it can be really hard to get a hold of these viral cookies. Fortunately, I saw she was having a live event on social media and placed my first order that way. OMG! Since then, I've ordered a subscription. What do I think about that? OMG! They mix it up. They make a lot of different types of cookies, but they are all giant. And when I say giant, I mean you can definitely split it between two or three people. They are thick! And very delicious! They had one that was a lava cake that was really great and another with Nutella. Those were probably my two favorites but since then I've tried so many. Chloe's Giant Cookies first popped up in my YouTube algorithm, and I am so glad it did. I love supporting small businesses, and so many on YouTube have popped up that I cannot because of distance, so I was very excited to find out that Chloe had found a way to maintain quality while shipping cross-country. I received the cookies quickly and at an affordable shipping cost since they use USPS, which is nice. The cookies are $6 each, which is not too bad considering they really are giant (large and very thick). The wrapping on each cookie is fantastic. I know the website said the wrapping was to maintain quality, but I didn't think it could be that great. They are very tightly sealed and I had to pull out the scissors to get my first cookie out. This makes me more comfortable with having ordered so many cookies at once because I am confident they will stay good for a while. So how are the cookies? Well, so far I have only tried the chocolate chip cookie since my theory is if a chocolate chip cookie is not made well, there's not much hope for the rest. I warmed up the cookie according to the instructions (I was very skeptical about using the microwave but it worked). The outside edges were crisp and the inside was so gooey. It was the best chocolate chip cookie I have had in a long time, and I definitely look forward to trying the other flavors I bought this time, and I look forward to trying others in the future. Cookies are good but not worth the length of time it takes (lose freshness). This is my second time ordering as I wanted to give one more chance but the same thing has happened as it did on the first. Order placed 5/8/26. Received an email on 5/13/26 that they had been shipped. This time instead of UPS, I went USPS Priority to see if they would change the speed. Nope. As of 5/16/26, per USPS, they haven't even received the shipment. Why are orders being marked as "shipped" yet the UPS or USPS haven't even received the packages. This is ridiculous. I hate doing this but I have been trying to contact customer service for a week regarding an issue with an order I placed and haven't heard anything. I know they are busy, but no response for a week is crazy. I've emailed two different emails on the website, and reach out to Chloe on TikTok (I know that was a long shot) and no response. I didn't know if the problem could be fixed or if I'd have to cancel the order and order again, and at this point, it may be too late to do either.
