This is the coolest plant shop I've ever been to!!! They have a variety of plants to choose from, and I've always found them to have really affordable and adorable options for plants AND pots. The manager, Mollie, is super helpful and knowledgeable. They answered every question I had without missing a beat. Super personable as well :) I've purchased multiple plants from this store, and none of them died right away. High quality plants! If you purchase a plant and a pot, they also offer to repot the plant for free right there! Saves a mess for when you get home. Another highlight from Chlorophyll that I love is how they engage with the community. They have a bunch of different things sourced locally, including candles (that smell amazing!) and pottery. Walked by many times and so happy we finally came in! The plants are beautiful, the shop is soooo cute and they have amazing service. You can bring in your own container and they'll make a terrarium for you. Their pre made ones are beautiful as well and surprisingly not crazy expensive. Very artsy place . I typically don't write reviews but my partner and I left feeling really disappointed by our experience. When we first walked in, there were already a couple of customers being helped. So we completely understood not being greeted right away. However, even after we became the only people in the store, the two workers still didn't acknowledged us or welcomed us in, which made the atmosphere feel a bit uninviting. At one point my partner was showing me something that caught his eye when one of the employees stepped directly between us to put a plant away. There was no "excuse me" or moment of acknowledgment and the interaction came across as dismissive rather than considerate. It's especially unfortunate because the shop itself is absolutely beautiful. There were so many lovely finds throughout the store, even if some of the pricing felt a little high for more common plants. We did end up purchasing a couple of pots because we genuinely liked the selection. Overall, the lack of warmth and customer service really affected our experience. It's disappointing because the space has such a cozy and welcoming feel aesthetically, but the interactions we had didn't reflect that same sense of hospitality. We truly wanted to love this place, but sadly we wouldn't choose to return. read more

This place is very cute! They have wonderful smelling candles of all sizes up for purchase along with their plants! They have a great selection of terrarium plants, air Plants and house plants. They also have an array of different watering can options and fun pots! The person working was friendly and helpful. This is a really cool plant shop on Aksarben!! Great selection of plants and terrariums. You can create your own terrarium as well. The prices are reasonable here and if you choose a pot with your plant, the staff will repot it for you at no extra charge! Ask for Molly. She helped us and she was very helpful , friendly and knowledgeable! A note to everyone: Google maps sends you to the wrong spot . The building is correct, but go around to the food court area and the the entrance is in the corner . read more

Went here for a Venus fly trap class with a friend and it was such a good experience. I love that they offer so many different classes. The store itself is so cute and what I wish I could turn my home into, just full of plants and greenery with mushroom accents that are adorable. They have a wide variety of plants and containers, with many of the pottery available being handmade. There's truly someone for everyone here and the employees were great about answering all of our questions. I'm new to the plant mom world but so excited to enter the world of carnivorous plants with my very own Venus flytrap. The price point was appropriate for the supplies provided and rarity of the plant. read more

Talk about the BEST addition to the Omaha area, Chlorophyll is exactly the progressive kind of spot we need more of in our little Midwest state. This place is absolutely stunning, has every plant imaginable, and is quite possible my dream job. As soon as you walk in you're met with the most fresh breath of air. It is like a personal jungle on the Aksarben strip and outdoes Mulhall's by a million. The staff is super helpful and you could lose yourself wandering the shelves looking at all the possible little plant kids you can adopt to fill your home with. I came in to get my propagation tube and have been so stoked to see how it continues to grow and I can plant it when it's ready. This place would be awesome to let photographers come in and do photoshoots at, or even just bring your friend and have a little stroll through. There's so much potential for this place and it's a must if you come to Omaha! read more

A recent Elite event gave me the opportunity to check this great new store out. As others have said the aesthetic is amazing and as a result I was a little worried the price point would be a little higher (I am a regular Mulhall's shopper), but I was pleasantly surprised at the comparative pricing! I came here for a Yelp elite event and I LOVED this place. I love plants and horticulture and have been looking for a local plant shop with knowledgeable and friendly staff and I have found that and more at Chlorophyll. They have a massive variety and plants of all sizes to suit all budgets. I bought a really cool spider plant which was full of baby plants to propagate on my own. Their propagation tubes are so cool and functional. The staff working at the time knew their stuff and did a great job helping me out! I will absolutely be back soon! My sister and I stopped at Inner Rail for lunch- I spent the entire time looking out the window onto the store front where there are outdoor plants for purchase- I couldn't resist stopping in. My first thoughts- SO. VIBEY. The décor and interior of the store is absolutely GORGEOUS. Staff seemed very knowledgeable- I wanted to purchase a specific planter from them and she pulled down several plants and mock potted them to help me decide! First of all the space is absolutely gorgeous. Totally nailed it on the vibe.I think I told a few of my plant loving friends that I wanted to live there. They have a really nice variety of house plants. They have a terrarium section as well. There are many sizes and price points of plants available. The staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming. Everyone I encountered appeared to be well versed in the needs of different varieties of plants. They have some pottery to purchase as well. I'll have to check those out in more detail next time because there will definitely be a next time. A welcome addition to my plant store rotation. read more
