I always always always request Paul to do my nails! I feel bad for always bugging him but he always gets my french tips to my liking! With inflation, I understand the hike up in pricing which is not a complaint at all for the quality that I receive here at Lori's. The only reason I wish I could give it a 5 star but unfortunately a 4 is because whenever my toes get done, I always get nipped by the tools and it can be a bit rough on my skin. At no fault of the nail tech, but I end up having a cut which heals fairly quickly. I just wish I could get my toes done regularly. Other than that, this place is great! So many chairs and easy to book an appointment. I recommend this place to anyone looking for attention to detail. The staff are very friendly and always a pleasure to talk with. This salon has become my new favorite. I recently moved to the area and found them on a whim, and I'm grateful I did. They're exceptionally kind, remembering your name each time you visit. They work their hardest to deliver the design/style you request. They're efficient with their time without sacrificing quality. I really enjoyed my experience here.. very friendly and personable staff. I got a manicure for my baby shower that came out absolutely beautiful! Literally teared me up when she (can't remember name ) created the most beautiful sea turtle for me. I think I'll ask for them to go a little thicker on the gel next time purely because two nails chipped by the 4th day. Other than that I'm very happy. They also fixed my thumb nails that were short and broken by building them up and making them look awesome! I've never had fake nails in my life, but now I'm obsessed with my thumb nails LOL! I've had a love hate relationship with Lori nails. 20 years ago I went there and left there after a while. Similar experience to other reviews. However, I went back during covid due to location and they deserved a second chance. I've been happy 85% of the time and increasing. They have some amazing nail techs, but a few ( surprisingly the men) that aren't. My SNS dip lasts way longer with the female techs. Super happy with the precautions Lori is taking at her salon. This is the first place I've been to since March with covid to get my nails done. They only take 5 customers in the whole salon at a time - so make an appointment! When you walk in, you're directed to take some hand sanitizer, then your temperature is checked before you're allowed to really enter the space. They were SUPER clean, with employees wearing gowns, masks, and gloves not including the curtains that separated the clients from employees. As soon as you're done they sanitize everything you touched. Very happy! read more

Kayla is the only one I like doing my nails. The owner started my SNS powder manicure so far from the top that it looked like it had grown out for two weeks and I just got it done. She also leave hairs when she does my leg or underarm wax and I have to point them out. I dont know why people are saying they are nice. Maybe they are nice to certain people. When they are busy, they just say we are busy and get back to whom ever nails they are doing. I would think if you want my business you would say, "sorry we are busy now but would you like to make an appointment for later or another day?" Both times they told me they were busy, they ended up having time to do my nails or wax. I just felt brushed off like they didn't care for my business. If that's the case, that's fine, I'll be going somewhere else. They are not the only affordable place. Either way, I'd rather pay more for good customer service. read more

I am disappointed by how quick my pedicure was. I soaked my feet for less than 5 minutes before she started working on my toe nails. I enjoy soaking my feet and relaxing before they dive into the pedicure part. My gel nails came out really nice hence the three stars. Online it shows they have a great mani pedi special but apparently it is for the weekdays only. I may go back and just request my feet to soak for a bit. My friend who went with me got a spa pedicure and by the time my feet and nails were done she was finishing up her feet. read more

I sat down to get my nails done with SNS powder.. I told the girl I want my nails round and she filed them down to the wrong shape and when I asked her to fix one nail she got all angry and defensive raising her voice at me saying if I don't like how she filed it then she can't do it. At this point I already spent an hour and half at the salon getting a pedicure so I really wanted to be done with my nails and leave. I told her to just finish it the way she started and she refused to finish my nails and with an attitude said I can go elsewhere to get them done but she WILL NOT do them. As a paying customer I am very disappointed in the service and treatment I received at this salon. Take your money and go elsewhere! Just like she said!! read more

Giving them one star was me being generous. The manager at this nail salon will charge you for anything to make a quick buck. Now I've been going to this place for years but recently they've sky rocketed their prices and charge you for tib and tab. For example, last week I got an acrylic set for a wedding and 4 days later one of the nails break off. I go back and they're telling me it's an extra $3 to get the nail fixed where in the past, I was never charged for it at all! On top of that, I asked them to shorten my nails and because they were stiletto shaped they basically refused saying it'd be an extra $5 to "change the shape". $5 extra to FILE?! I could've done it myself at home. Are you people out of your minds! You can be as nice and tip them as generously as you want they'll still find a way to sneak in extra fees when possible. Horrible and disgusting service. Do yourself a favor and just drive south of straight path to Angel Tips in the Rainbow shopping center. At least they're up front and honest. read more

I have been to this salon a few times in the past and did not think I would publicly share this but I am inclined to after my most recent experience. Upon walking in, I asked how long the wait would be for my friend and myself. I was told there was no wait time. I proceeded to pick out my nail color and was rudely ignored by everyone when asked where I should be seated. Turns out, "no wait time" turned into a 40-minute wait. There is no courtesy or honesty, and the service is not something I would even consider up to par for me to wait this long. Unfortunately, I will never be coming back to this salon again. read more

I went here because they had good reviews on google maps...wish I would have looked here first. The mani pedi was mediocre at best. The lady was really rough on my cuticles, didn't soak my nails at all, and missed a hang nail. One of the employees had their son there which had the child been behaved would have been totally fine, but the child was literally loud, running around, had candy all over one of the salon tables, and was generally terribly behaved. People go to a nail salon to relax! read more
