Two separate shops physically inspected my vehicle and found no evidence of an evaporator leak and advised against the $1,824 repair. When I requested photo evidence of the leak, the photo provided was not included in my original Tekmetric inspection report and could not be timestamped or tied to my vehicle. I formally requested a partial refund via message and followed up twice with no response. I cannot in good conscience recommend this shop based on my experience.
