Choice Dental- the male Dentist put in a referral for a deep cleaning, but when I went in the for the Deep Cleaning, they literally took 5 minutes & I asked them why I didn't get a deep cleaning & they said you didn't really need it. We just put the referral in so you could come every 3 months for a cleaning. I basically went to the Dentist and took my antibiotics for nothing basically. I was there on 02/24/26 . this was the worst facility I have ever seen in my entire life and I'm almost 66. The floors were filthy, I might as well have been in the parking lot. The molding on the bottom edges of the floor were falling off. You could see footprints all over the floor. I had called them to ask them if they could tighten up a crown and they said yes. After an x-ray, the doctor came in and said he couldn't do it, what a waste of time. But he tried to get me to come back for some other dental work and I said no. It's very hard to compare this office because I've never seen anything this filthy ever. A park restroom was 10 times as clean then this place. In fact, I added her name on the Delta Dental/DeltaCare USA website. 2) At the time of my appointment, my DeltaCare USA card was shown at the front desk. 3) My appointment was for a cleaning, NOT for x-rays. 4) My teeth have been cleaned 2 to 3 times per year for 20+ years. I came to Choice dental because my filling for my chipped front tooth needed to be replaced. I was unhappy with how the filling would yellow over time and didn't want the same result so Dr. Nadir suggested I try a Veneer. Instead filling the chip, the Veneer goes over the chipped tooth and matches the shape and color of my existing teeth perfectly. On top of that I had my teeth cleaned to reduce some of the built up yellowing. The veneer matched perfectly and the whole process took two visits. I couldn't be happier with the result! I am writing this review from my previous experience and my mother's recent visit. This dental office literally went to down the drain once Dr. Farzin left. Terrible scheduling and office management to begin with along with the rough and sloppy hands of Dr. Nadir. All mine and my mother's scheduled visits required us to ALWAYS wait for at least 30 minutes until we're roomed, I'm not sure why they can never take us in on time. Also, do request to have the goggles on during the procedure, Dr. Nadir is pretty sloppy during procedures and doesn't care if you're literally drooling all over the place or is being splattered all over the face. Today was my regular scheduled cleaning and check up at Choice Dental and it feels wonderful to know that my visits here are now for preventative maintenance. But several years ago when I discovered that this was the place that could fix my numerous dental problems I realized that each visit got better as the results improved drastically. Besides cavities I had a cracked upper molar that always caused pain when biting on it. That molar was actually a root canal, misaligned and crowned previous before coming to Choice Dental. Now that problem tooth was recrowned and painfree. The second issue was that I had an underbite that was causing severe grinding and wearing my enamel down because of the misaligned condition of my teeth. I consulted with Dr. Nadir that I never corrected my underbite because it involved surgery that involved cutting bone, etc. She actually presented me with a much less invasive option that could be done in a couple of visits and of course I was interested. By way of installing upper and lower caps I no longer have the underbite. Dr. Nadir is among the few that can successfully perform this procedure. One of the values that I find commendable about her practice is her emphasis on patient education, suggesting personalized dental care routines and explaining preventive measures. The exceptional dental care I received, along with the friendly and professional staff, made for an outstanding experience. If you're looking for a dental practice that prioritizes patient comfort, expert care, and a welcoming environment, then I strongly encourage you to give Choice Dental a visit. I liked my first visit, but I went back six months later and HATED my experience. Will not be going back. During my first visit, I had some X-rays. One or two minor issues, fixed right then. Next time I went, I had a full cleaning again. As she almost finished, the front desk lady approached her with my chart and made some comments. All of a sudden I had HUGE issues with my teeth that required expensive fixes based on my X-ray from six months ago. I felt something was wrong (it felt like they were just trying to up-charge me) and got a second opinion. Nothing was wrong at all. Maybe it was a mistake, but I don't think so. I recommend that you stay away from Choice Dental Care. The dentist suggested a preventative bonding procedure at my root line. Afterwards, I had a great deal of pain and the bonding failed after a couple of weeks. I went back to get it fixed and it came off again, once again causing significant pain and sensitivity. I called Choice Dental numerous times after that and was ignored. Eventually I went to another dentist and he smoothed out the rough spots from the failed bonding and fixed everything. I selected this location because of all the stellar reviews, but once I got there I was transported to the Twilight Zone. I thought I was in a hidden camera show and kept saying "is this really happening" under my breath. I sat in the chair waiting for the dentist for an hour. Once she came in there was no apology, no introduction, awkward silence the entire time and zero patient-dentist engagement. At one point she stepped out of the room, and although my permission isn't required, a courteous heads up is better than leaving me there with my mouth wide open. I felt like I was inconveniencing everyone there. A complete lack of bedside manners from both the dentist and the assistant. You'll recognize Dr. Nadir because she struts around the office in full scrubs. Why? I don't know, maybe a wannabe MD/surgeon? While I waited over an hour to be seen (with an appointment) she was posing by the front desk not appearing to be doing much of anything. During the actual exam the front desk person, Teri, was present. Weird but there she was making groaning and moaning noises as the doctor examined my teeth. Can you imagine someone doing that in what is supposed to be a professional setting? I actually had to stop the exam and tell her to refrain from making noises. Whole time there was 2 hours with nothing accomplished but x-rays and a very uncomfortable exam. I recommend you take a hard pass on this place. read more
