The estheticians are very knowledgeable and meticulous with their craft. I had the pleasure of having Kristen as my esthetician and you can tell she is passionate about her vocation. She does a skin analysis before starting the procedure to pin point your individual needs & goes over recommendations for future treatments to reach your desired skin goals. I had a variety of laser hair removal technicians assist me throughout the year but notes are taken to make sure that your procedures are done safely and accurately. Please note that the hair removal is not completely permanent but if you continue with the sessions you don't get hair growth in between waiting periods [every 6-7 weeks]. It's less costly than waxing, so still a win for me. Per Kristen's suggestion we are advancing to micro - needling as the best course of action for my skin. Which I'm excited to see the results once done. My skin looks and feels amazing thus far. There is plenty of complementary parking, so it's always a plus in my book when you don't have to spend extra dime on that. The spa is located on the 5th floor of the building, just adding this piece of information so you don't get lost as I did the first time. Hehe. I found that booking was simple. At first, I thought I might be overthinking it, but I noticed they spoke much more politely to other clients who came in while we were there. Even my 16-year-old daughter quietly commented that she felt they were being rude to us. While completing the intake forms, I added my daughter as a minor using the option provided. I was then told we needed separate forms and was instructed to enter my daughter's correct day and month of birth but use my birth year instead. I politely questioned why I would knowingly enter incorrect information on a form I would later sign. The response I received was simply, "That's how it is," and I was offered a business card if I wanted to complain. Having worked in a similar field, I didn't feel comfortable with that process, so I calmly asked them to cancel our consultation. I was polite throughout the interaction and never raised my voice or behaved disrespectfully. As my daughter and I were walking out, both receptionists laughed loudly behind us. Whether it was directed at us or not, the timing made it feel incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. I don't like making assumptions or accusing people of discrimination without evidence, so I sincerely hope this wasn't a case of racial bias. However, I do hope management addresses the professionalism and customer service of the front desk staff, because first impressions matter. Sadly, we left without receiving our consultation, and we will not be returning.

The Be Glowy moisturizer felt wonderful on my skin! The final application of Bella be primed SPF on my face felt luxuriously smooth and provided great coverage without exaggerating the pores on my skin which I often see with this type of product. Such a gentle guy with GREAT bedside manner and a sense of humor ! The staff is also very kind, patient and takes time to go over things. There is a 50 dollar consultation fee BUT it is put towards your first treatment if you decide to go forward. Of course I think consultation fees are good since it weeds out people that aren't certain and for this you either want it or you don't. The price is also very good. I was quoted double what he quoted me at a few other places and I have very large tattoos being removed from my neck. I was given a script for numbing cream to put on prior to having the session and it did work but I won't lie...laser hurts to remove tattoos but a few minutes compared to the hours it took to get them it is worth it. So I have no idea how people get the treatment without the cream if it hurt with the cream lol The after care is pretty much the same as getting a tattoo and feels about the same. The area I am having done (neck) is super sensitive and one of the worst areas to get a tattoo but he talked to me during it so I didn't focus so much on the pain and before I knew it I was done. I can already see it breaking up. For now it looks like I had a bad tattoo job but it is exciting to see it working already and look forward to going back in 6 weeks. I am going to use them for some adult acne treatment as well since they offer a laser treatment for it that looks very promising and again, affordable.
