I traded in a clean, low-mileage Tesla for a 2011 BMW 328i from Spotleson Motor Group. I made sure…read moremy car was safe--new tires, wipers, even included a $500 home charger. I was told the BMW had been "thoroughly inspected," but less than 200 miles later, the engine started smoking. A mechanic found a blown gasket and an valve cover issue. I was just four days past the 15-day window. The dealer offered to help me find a cheaper gasket but took no responsibility. My mechanic also told me that the inner side of the tires were showing wires. It looked okay if you checked the tire tread standing outside the car as normal. I could have had a tire blow out driving home from the dealer. I get that "as is" means no guarantees--but don't tell me a car was thoroughly checked when it clearly wasn't. I expected the same integrity I gave. Very disappointing.

Dylan made our car buying experience super easy and pleasurable. He treats you fairly. We talked on…read morethe phone a few times to get to know each other and for him to know what we were looking for. He is not pushy at all. He had a Tesla Model Y Long Range in Blue with White interior. It was easy to negotiate the price of the Model Y we purchased in December, and he gave us a fair trade-in value for our Tesla Model 3. We even negotiated some of the numbers via text messaging. Dylan does not try to addon extra non-optionally items like other dealers in the valley. No VIN etching, no Nitrogen tires, no Vehicle Theft Protection stickers, no required Warranties and no Window Tent. The price we negotiated is the price we paid minus trade-in. There were taxes, registration fee and his doc fee of $399.00 which is more than fair. He helped arrange finance thru Lentegrity at a fabulous rate of 5.99% and we became members in NASA's Federal Credit Union. I had to look up Lentegrity and this is what I found: Lentegrity has partnered with NASA to develop and offer a financing option to help small businesses and entrepreneurs access the technology and services they need to grow their businesses. This partnership provides small businesses with access to low interest loans and lines of credit. When we showed up to sign the paperwork we were done within 30 minutes. All the numbers were exactly as we agreed upon. We will be returning to buy our next car from Dylan and Spotleson Motor Group.

Due to a family member's relocation, I had one more car than I needed. To get an idea of the extra…read morecar's value, I entered the details in Edmunds for an estimate. Edmunds came up with a value, and presented 3 offers to buy based on what I entered. Carmax was the highest offer by a couple thousand dollars, which was big for an under $10,000 vehicle. It was actually only a few hundred dollars below the Edmunds retail price of the car. So I was prepared to sell them my car, although I had serious doubts about actually receiving the quoted amount. I showed up and Gene greeted me to help me with my sale. He reviewed my quote and said he needed to take some photos of the car and a quick test drive. When Gene returned, he said there were no variances from Edmunds so they will pay the quoted amount. About an hour after I arrived I left with a check. Gene was an amazing representative too. No pressure, didn't ask me about buying a car. Just quickly helped me sell my car. I wish I had more cars to sell them :)

This place is TERRIBLE! We paid the deposit of $250 to get a car transferred here to Arizona. We…read moretest drove it and they said they'd send the paperwork. Ashley, who we dealt with, never mentioned that the car we wanted would be buying would be sold if we didn't sign paperwork immediately! Instead, we got a text that the car had been released. We went back to carmax within the hour and (as Ashley wouldn't even make eye contact) were told a higher up manager higher than Deziree had let another customer put a deposit down and they were buying the car. Worst customer service ever!! And we are out the deposit!

I worked with both Martin and Tyler. Both were wonderful to work with and knowledgeable. They…read moreseemed honest on the pricing. There were several added fees that we were able to understand after they explained them. I would recommend Airpark for future purchases! Made the experience easy!

Better service by employees that care about their customers. My initial visit to this dealership-…read morearrived the service technician never got up from his chair to greet me or look at my truck - just asked "keys in it? We'll call you and let you know what we find later today". No call back that day....next day received the call. A broken manifold bolts...3 days in the shop and $3700 later ok fixed thanks! No car wash and oh yeah 3% fee if using a credit card to pay and your car is "over there "- thanks! 2days later get in my truck- doesn't start! It's late in the day tried calling dealership- automated system not able to reach anyone because "Now we're closed ". Next day checked my battery only ran for a bit and stalled. Took the battery to the dealership because it had a warranty - dealership said no you need to bring the truck in with the battery- that's our policy. Ugh!!! Went home put the battery back in the truck and had it TOWED to dealership. 3 days in the shop to replace the battery and a .20cent fuse in the radio. In passing I made the comment to my service technician that I might be interested in trading it in. Boy sales representative have been diligent calling me to follow up....wish the service department would be that ambitious about serving customers. No way I would purchase a vehicle here...I experienced the future once I own it - not good!
