I sincerely don't know why I keep coming back to this place even after my other bad manicure jobs. My lady this time around was extremely rough with my nails, to the point where every little thing she did hurt, and she tried to cut down my cuticles so much that she literally impaled my skin and it started bleeding. My nails weren't filed down at all, so it's very very scratchy when I touch my nails to my palm. There's dried gel nail polish all around my nails and under it which is super aggravating. So I honestly hate giving bad reviews on here but this place seriously sucked. Not only did they majorly rush but my toes were clipped and painted so unevenly it looked like she did it blind folded. She did offer to repaint a few of them but was very rude in the process and kept saying she didn't understand what was so bad. And they STILL looked awful afterwards because she rushed again. Her quality of work shines as my gels look perfect (no chipping or peeling) when I see her for a refresh after 2-2.5 weeks. I've been here about 4 times now and each experience has been great. I got the $20 spa pedicure special which I thoroughly enjoyed. After a scrubbing and foot/leg massage they also use a warm towel that feels really nice. They're also very friendly so this is the nail salon I go to now in Folsom. read more

These folks are absolutely incredible! They are always friendly, courteous and provide fantastic services for all your nail needs. Originally, I was reluctant to come in for a pedicure, but my wife was insistentent and now, a year and a half later, I can't wait to get in to have my feet worked on!! But it so much more than a pedicure, with a big comfy chair with full massage features for my back, and a great foot and lower leg massage comes with the treatment. We were super happy with this relaxing nail salon and its sweet staff. Lonni did my pink and white set and Kylie my pedi. They both were very sweet, authentic, and very good! Kylie did a fabulous job on my feet which have been very achey lately. She had the perfect pressure and energy =) Lonni's nails were exactly how I like them, not too fat or curved, just nice and natural with a square tip. Keep playing the super spa music! Very pleased after trying Choice nails from a Yelp search! Finding myself with a little me-time while the kiddos napped, I first stopped into another nail salon, but although their sign said "walk-ins welcome," and they didn't appear busy, they asked me to come back in an hour. Nope! I'm a busy mom...my Saturdays don't have an extra hour. No next I found Choice, gave them a call to see how soon they could get me in, and had a cheerful "come now, we can help you!" Yay! Opted for the Royal Pedicure (aromatic salt scrub + hot stone massage? Yes, please!) & a gel manicure. I had a different technician for each service, and both Phen (sorry if I have your name wrong, pedicure) and Tina (manicure) were very friendly and showed obvious pride in service, were detail oriented & checked with me often to see if water temp, pressure, etc. were OK. I didn't feel pressured to "upsell," and didn't feel rushed even when new clients came through the door. Well done, Choice! I will be back...whenever busy mom life happens to allow! read more

I chose the delux manicure service and the scrubbing was done way too fast and the only the wrist portion was dipped in the paraffin wax . So, I was going here for a little while. Price was good, nails were decent, shaping wasn't always the best but I'm not very picky. I always made appointments well in advance and was patient when they were finishing up a client, even if it was time for my appointment. But recently, I went in for my appointment that I had booked over a week prior and my manicurist either double-booked himself or took a walk in. There was another client that he was just starting to buff their nail polish off, but he sat me at the table behind them. I then sat there for 10 mins while he worked on their nails. He finally comes over and buffs my nail polish off extremely carelessly and is rushing and is doing it so quickly that he cuts my cuticles multiple times on multiple fingers. He then stands up and tells me to pick a color and I said that I already did pick a color because I've been here for about 20 minutes now. He says okay and then goes back to the other bench to do the other clients nails. So, I got up and walked out. When I do this, he stands up and goes "No! I'll do your nails now!" No thanks. It's one thing to double-book yourself... it's another to cut my fingers open because you're rushing and carelessly doing your job. read more

I come here every 6 weeks for a pedicure. For $25 ( the "classic pedicure"), you can't beat getting a chair massage, a fantastic foot and leg massage, warm towels, hot stones and something to drink! I go on sundays and they even have mimosas. AND the girls are very gentle (I have been to other shops where a pedicure routinely hurts-never here) and my pedicure looks like new the entire 6 weeks. No chips and even the free flowers they paint on last. Everything is clean and sanitized and the staff are so nice and friendly. I can't recommend more highly. read more

Clean, relaxing and adorable salon with friendly staff that really know what they are doing! Kylie was amazing to work with!!! She really understood what I wanted and had great suggestions about what would work well for my nails. She is very knowledgeable and is an amazing artist. My nails have never looked better!!! Because they are so good, they were also really busy, so I would recommend making an appointment rather than walking in. I had made an appointment and everything ran on time. I was referred here by someone and I've gotta say, I'm not coming back. I didn't have the best experience there because I got a pedicure and was told that they had the matching color in gel for my manicure. After my pedicure was finished and she started on my nails I saw that the color did not match at all!!! So I had to come up with an alternative that I wasn't as happy with. Had I known that there color selection was limited (not many choices at all) I would've reconsidered getting the gel. Especially Now! My gel manicure only last 1 week before it started peeling off. The only reason I decided to do it is because I was told they would last atleast 4 weeks. And she told me I would have to come in to get them off. I was going on vacation so I thought it would be worth it. But my nails started chipping at the corners and getting stuck on everything while on vacation and by the time I got home they were almost completely off. Not to mention the fact that my pedicure had also started to fade and chip. I've never gotten a pedicure that lasted less than 2 weeks. Either way, this place was not worth the money I spent at all so I'll be finding a new spot and I will not refer anyone to come here. read more

This is the worst salon. I went in to get a regular nail paint job and after I had gone home my nails had started to completely chip all the way off. I called back to come in the next day and they said they would fix them. I came in and a couple of the ladies all ganged up against me and said its not their problem but finally did fix them mostly with a HUGE attitude and the worst service. You NEVER make a customer feel that way especially with the cheap nail polishes and horrible attitudes. I left with dirty looks given. An awful experience to say the least and I will make sure many people know about their salon and the customer service they lack as they definitely lost my service.
