At Dave and Buster's, they have a much better system, and your dollar goes a long way compared to this place. Also, some of the claw machines weren't working properly. People would win a toy, but the door wouldn't open to retrieve it. The staff was walking around, and I let them know. I took nine boys there to celebrate my son's bday. I asked several questions about gutter rails (I won't go into all the details) and he just came unglued. I guarantee that I would not have been treated so poorly if I was a man. We left and I spent my money at Spare Time. I love to support local businesses, but I will never again go to Western Bowl. There is no excuse for a business owner to speak to a customer the way he did.
