Really love this place! Great for families and when it gets warm, their patio area is so fun! Tons of activities to do, you won't be bored. Service was good! I really loved their bao buns and surprisingly a pretty good dirty martini!

Our family and I stopped here to spend some time together before the crazy baseball season started. Of course, with our family being super competitive, we had to go to the bat box they assigned us the cage on the right that had a few technical difficulties. At one point nothing was supposed to happen and two balls shot out at once and hit my son in the stomach while he was listening to the employee on how to play a particular game we were about to start. He was fine, and the employee was super apologetic. Overall, our food tasted great, and I was shocked with how much the food the street tacos provided. My teenager and I easily shared that platter, and they were delicious. Even with the technical difficulties, we will definitely be back.

This was my first time at smash park and I really enjoyed myself. They are in a area that has lots of shopping and stores. So I really appreciated that they have their own parking lot with lots of spaces. When you walk in, you first see the main eating area. But we had a space reserved where the food was and the indoor pickleball courts were. It was very cool because while you ate we got entertainment while people played. The staff was amazing, the food waa good, and the adult beverage was worth every penny. After we ate, we took advantage of their duck bowling, as well as their arcade. This would be a great place to go for a work event, with kids, or A date night. I look forward to coming back again.

This place definitely has potential for our family. They had a lot of food and fun specials. Pretty good ones on game day. Enjoyed some of the drink options as well. Highly recommend the strawberry lemonade. Sooo good. The mock sangria was just ok. The wings are highly recommended as well. Get the sauce on the side so you can truly enjoy how well they are cooked. Also enjoyed the atmosphere here, with everything from pickleball to duckpin bowling. Definitely want to try axe throwing next time. The staff were also very nice and super helpful. Really wish they were Coke, but alas they have Pepsi products. Not a complete deal breaker, but kind of a bummer. All in all, a pretty neat place to change it up!

Checked out Smash Park in La Vista for the first time and it was definitely a unique experience! They've got all kinds of activities--pickleball, axe throwing, bowling, yard games--and a full food and drink menu, so it's a great spot whether you're looking to chill or compete. We went on a day they happened to be filming, so I expected it to be pretty crowded. Surprisingly, we arrived right when they opened and it was still pretty empty. We headed to the rooftop to grab a drink and some food, but the service was very slow considering how few people were there. That said, the drinks were decent, and the mac and cheese was absolutely delicious--super creamy and flavorful. By the time we finished eating and got down to the games, the place had really filled up. Axe throwing was the only activity we were able to squeeze in, but it was a blast. Hoping to go back soon to try out pickleball and bowling when it's not quite as busy. Overall, Smash Park has a lot of potential for a fun day out--just be ready for a crowd if you're going on a weekend or special event day!

This was our first time here, and we were trying to have some fun with the boys after a rough night previously. We walked in and scheduled the bat box immediately prior to eating food. We started off with the garlic aioli fries that were delicious. The fries were crispy and loaded with Parmesan with a great dipping sauce. I wasn't too terrible hungry so I went with a side salad that was plentiful. My husband and son shared the street tacos that could feed an army...there were a ton of tacos. My ordered their mac & cheese that he said was good but could've had a bigger portion size for him. We were assigned the one bat box that had a lot of technical issues, but they were quick to take care of everything and were very apologetic about the mishaps. Our servers were great too. They surprised our boys with a free waffle dessert to cheer them up, which I thought was awesome of them. Next time I think we'll try to do ax throwing and check out the arcades.

Went to smash park for brunch on Father's Day weekend! Thought it would be busier but it's CWS season so not as many people during brunch time they said. The menu was small but honestly all the options sounded really good! There was a good mix of savory and sweet options. Our table split the French toast and it was pretty good! I also got the country bowl which was good but had a little too much potato for me. The drinks menu was good too and who doesn't love a good brunch mimosa!

This place is meant for activities. There's plenty of fun to be had here... plenty! There's pickleball, ax throwing, mini bowling, cornhole, giant connect 4, cool arcade, probably some other stuff I'm forgetting. But that's what you should go here to enjoy. For food, I ordered the ultimate smash burger (I think it was called that). This burger was visually appealing. However, this is a school cafeteria burger. Frozen gray pattie. Nothing in the way of taste or flavor. Fries were tasty though. Nice and crisp I also ordered a butterfly lemonade mocktail. This was basically dressed up fountain Minute Maid lemonade. Overall, the food was thoroughly disappointing. Our server, Veronica, was great! Very friendly! Go for the fun! There's lots of fun to be had.

Went for Brunch! They take reservations so I would definitely recommend doing that. They have a lot of great options for breakfast and some awesome drinks, including one of those awesome bloody marys. I had a country bowl and a tequila sunrise mimosa (highly recommend). We also got a French toast for the table. Nevaeh, our server, was super sweet and personable.

I was there for trivia and it was very fun! I love their upstairs area and the sound system is really good. The waitresses are very nice and came over often. However, the food took a long time to get to us. The waitress kept us updated and the food was tasty, but it took over half an hour for an order of mozzarella sticks. Overall, fun place but it's usually very busy.

    Duck Pin Bowling
    Sara F.

We initially did the duck pin bowling but came back two weeks later for the karaoke room. It's a lively atmosphere with lots to do. I always book online, which makes it easy to see what they have to offer and available times. I think the lively atmosphere could add to some of the chaos of getting the activities started though. When we did the duck pin bowling, no one approached our lane and I had to order at an outside bar. The table a lane over was also doing the same thing, but there appeared to be a server for the area, just not checking in. Same with the karaoke, she checked us in and walked us to the room since it was our first time but had to chase out a group of kids that were using it. The kids kept opening the door after it was our time also; kind of ruining the vibe. I think it's partly a parenting issue but maybe an 'in progress' sign or 'don't disturb' could help. We'll be back and I recommended it to numerous friends, just some slight modifications could be helpful.

And it wasn't a single Patty stripped down burger it was too large patties on a very healthy bun. With a large diet drink which the waitress offered me a refill to go when I was ready to leave. The service was beyond excellent and I can't say enough about the cleanliness and comfort. I joined the rewards club a while back and have been getting some decent specials and decided to try one. I'll definitely be going back to try more.

From a price to food ratio I would also give 5 stars as this meal easily can fill a grown man for 2 meals (My wallet is crying with tears of joy). Country fried steak was cooked to perfection, however because the white sauce was on it, the crunchy fried breading became slightly soggy over time (kinda like cereal sitting in milk over time). I would suggest getting gravy on the side so you can have both textures as you eat. The mash potatoes were solid... not the best in the world, not the worst in the world, if your a fan of mash potatoes it hits the spot on a cold day. Fried onion rings were super crunchy and breaded well so each bite had 65% breading crunch and 35% onion. Would get these onion rings over Texas Roadhouse onion bloom/cactus blossom (which I had the day before) as they had a 70% onion to 30% breading (so each time you grabbed onions the breading fell off. The cupcake was a dark horse (tasted like a sweet, crumbly cake with sugar lightly soaked in a sweet nectar that was experience in every bite. I highly recommend this). Pecan pie... I'm too stuffed, so I'll defer on my honest review on the pecan pie. Finally, the raspberry icetea was diabetically sweet, like it should be. If you want it less sweet, just ask for a water on the side and add water until it's your ideal sweetness. Note: I was nervous at first since there were so many bad reviews, but was pleasantly surprised. Service (9/10) - My server, Jacklyn, was sociable/professional and gave her own personal recommendations to our party. I asked her, "Do you eat here normally?" She said yes, so I took up her up on the offer and requested that she to order what she would normally eat. Side Note: It's a good sign when the workers eat the restaurant food regularly and have great taste. Ambiance (9/10) - The service overall was warm and homey that reminded me of southern Texas hospitality. There was about 8-10 parties eating when we can to dinner rush hour, and there was plenty of seating with minimal wait (the main wait was for the freshly made food that took an appropriate amount of time to cook/serve). Final Thoughts - Go on Wednesday as they have free pies if you get a entree + drink (excludes children) and thepies are half off on Wednesday. I'll be coming back again.

My wife and I both ordered the Everett's #2 with pulled chicken, coleslaw, and BBQ sauce. Everything just worked together perfectly. The chicken was tender, the slaw added the right crunch, and the bun tied it all together. It was one of those sandwiches where after the first bite you just look at each other and know you made the right choice. We also ordered the Saucy Rossy wings and they were the perfect heat level for both of us. Not so mild that they're boring and not so hot that you're suffering. Pro tip: get them fried and grilled. The extra texture and flavor are absolutely worth it. My wife is a total Brussels sprouts snob and she was absolutely in love with theirs. The funny part is that I'm usually not much of a Brussels sprouts person, but I kept asking for more off her plate. That alone should tell you how good they were. The fries were okay. Nothing that stole the show, but nothing to complain about either. The service wasn't the best during our visit, but they also had a 30-person table they were dealing with, so it was completely understandable. Even with that, the food was so good that it's already a top 3 meal for my wife. We'll definitely be thinking about those sandwiches, wings, and Brussels sprouts until we're back, and I don't think that'll take very long.

We didnt know what to expect as we have never been to a Charleston's. It was nice, clean, and fancier than I thought it would be. The bartender was friendly and attentive and we were served right away. They have really good happy hour drink deals. 8 diff cocktails all $8 each. I got the crisp martini and my husband got the old fashioned. Both were good but the old fashioned was a little too sweet. For our appetizer we got the shrimp carrot which was super buttery and cheesy. We also split the flat iron steak special. We ordered it medium rare and it was more of a medium well. It was on the salty side and the steak had the same texture as ham or like a school lunch meat....something about it reminded me of a jerky too. It was interesting and didnt taste bad but unlike any steak texture I've ever had. It cost $29 so wasn't expensive for a steak but I guess we should've gone next door to Mahogany Prime if we wanted good steak or even Texas Roadhouse up the way. Even though we were disappointed with the steak we still had a great time. Will def come back and try a salad or the chicken piccata. Based on the steak, I would give the review a 3 but bc everything else was great, leaving it at a 4 bc I think we just ordered the wrong thing.

I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at this restaurant. I ordered a margarita with…read moreno salt, but it was brought out with a salted rim, and I can see that salt dripped into the drink. I asked for it to be remade. What happened next was unacceptable. I watched the waitress take the drink back to the bar, where the bartender (with his hair parted in the middle) poured the margarita out of and over the salted rim, into a different glass instead of making a new one. That same drink was then brought back to me. This isn't just poor service, it's a serious health and safety concern for me. There is a reason I asked for no salt. Rather than admitting a mistake and correcting it properly, they chose to cut corners and hope I wouldn't notice. If I hadn't seen it happen, I would have unknowingly consumed something I specifically asked to avoid. There were other issues during the visit, but this alone is enough to ensure I won't be returning. Trust is critical when dining out, and unfortunately, this experience showed that it's lacking here.
