It's a cute little spot that is serving up some good food items. The location is clean and well maintained from my assessment of the exterior, with ample parking. I entered the establishment and was greeted by a friendly team member. I immediately seen that there is a kiosk that she assured me that I could place my order. I found that the order process was intuitive and easy to navigate. I ordered the the flaming boar burrito and the Mandu, which are crispy fried pot stickers. The Burrito was pretty good, and you do get that Mexican vibe with the first bite due to tortilla. Next you're met with the sweetness of the filling and the kick of heat. This burrito is very rich in flavors and thankfully it also has a textural quality that makes it interesting to eat. My $14.95 kraken was good, and I like how they give out lime pieces as the fresh juice makes my salad/Cole slaw in the burrito more refreshing. Chops is really good Korean fusion fast food. You'll get a lot of good quality meat and ingredients for your dollar, and the flavors are all palatable to your average American taste. First off, I know I said this is fusion cusine but it's not really in the way you're thinking. The flavors are basically Korean but don't expect anything more next level like kimchi that uses fish in the fermentation or japchae - everything here is basic proteins with some light Korean touches. Also, you're probably thinking there is 50% Mexican tastes combined in here but it's not really that - think more Korean wraps than a burrito. This isn't a bad thing - just expectation setting! These caveats out of the way, Chops serves up very generous portions of high quality incredients. If you get a beef or pork burrito, you will not go hungry or unsatisfied. This Korean fusion spot is located near the Lynnwood mall off of the HMart plaza. I decided to give it a try since the photos looked appetizing. I ordered the Kraken burrito to-go. They have 3 self service kiosks you can use to order. The wait time is about 5-8 minutes for your order. I inhaled my burrito in the car. The combo of meats and ingredients provided a lot of interests per bite. I appreciated the crunchy cabbage inside to give the feeling that the fried ingredients still feel crunchy. My only criticism is that the fried textures can become drying. I'm not sure if more sauce would counter this issue. I'm definitely interested in coming again and trying other burritos. I was up visiting Everett and found that Chops was pretty much the most recommended restaurant to try. Unfortunately it was closed that day, but when I saw that there was another location in Lynnwood, I booked it there as fast as possible. Ordering is pretty easy at a kiosk right in front and the food comes out really fast, like within 5 minutes or so. Bulgorrito ($13.50) - Woah, deliciousness incoming. Sweet and savory meat, smooth with no gristle or fat, and perfectly coated with sauce so it's not dry, yet also not over saturated. There's a thin layer of white rice to soak in the leftover juices, as well as a portion of shredded lettuce and red cabbage. This bulgorrito is absolutely gigantic - at least 3 inches wide, and something like 9 or 10 inches long. It's bursting with fillings - so much that the flour tortilla isn't actually large enough to encapsulate everything. There's a portion of bare filling, requiring the paper sleeve to hold everything together. Sliced, de-seeded jalapenos and limes are provided on the side to add heat and acidity if desired. (5/5) Bathrooms - From the dining area, walk past the counter through a winding narrow hall to the bathrooms, which are shared with the other businesses in the building. Both bathrooms are larger. Chops combines delicious food with, huge portions, easy ordering, and quick service. It's an easy recommend for a fusion burrito. read more

Parking is fine as well as seating. The burritos are HUGE! One burrito can easily feed two people or you can wat half and save the other. I do not think it reheats well though. If this is the location in Lynnwood they have the BEST bulgolgi fries I have ever had. The fries at perfect! The price is not too expensive either. My only compliant is that they do not sell the fries at both locations nor do they sell the Thai Tea at both locations. I wish we could get both at one location. Wow this place was one of my favorite eats when visiting Seattle. We were on a drive back from a hike starving when we came across Chops. The food look soo good from the picture and it did not disappoint. There is a kiosk for you to order but you can also go to the counter. We all ordered different burritos. They took about 15 mins to come out. There is a bathroom in the back (that can use a bit of cleaning but that's not that big of a deal). The seating inside is just a variety of picnic benches. We sat down, and the waiter called my name, I raised my hand and as I'm about to get up he brought my food to me, which was very nice. As for the crispy chicken burrito I got, it was incredible. The portions are huge and this was a behemoth to finish. Only one of us finished both burrito halves. For its value, definitely worth. Finding this portion of food for 13 dollars was great. The burrito had plenty of chicken, tons of flavor and plenty of sauce. It is quite a mess to eat so prepare to get your hands dirty and will fall apart after a couple bites, but one of my favorite Mexican/korean fusion restaurants. We all ordered different burritos, and it may have been due to all of us being hungry coming from a hike, or it could have been the burrito itself but man it was tasty.
