Roast pork and Soy Sauce Chicken

Loved the fact they serve you tea while you wait for your order. Couldn't decide between the roast pork or soy sauce - waiter recommended I tried both. The soy sauce chicken was delicious.

food was decent but expensive service feel like everyone running around like crazy to get you out fast on top of charging my cash app credit card 2 x trying to get my money back slow down and you won't make mistakes

One of the more decent option at Sands Casino. The stir fry dishes, bbq roasted meats are all great choices. Their soup noodles are very mediocre though. There's a Fuzhou dumpling that's really good too. You have a cabbage or chive option, go for the chives. Atmosphere, very casual, lots of older campers and single diners. Service? Don't expect much.

    Beef with scallions. Delicious.

The food is pricey but in my experience...worth it. I had the jumbo shrimp in lobster sauce and pork and shrimp dumpling soup.

I was extremely wary about eating at Chopstick; a Chinese restaurant in the middle of a casino in the middle of Pennsylvania doesn't quite strike me as a destination location. However, on the recommendation of a close family member, I ended up here after some binge shopping at the Outlets right next door. Upon entering, there was nothing particularly impressive. The place was clean and fairly busy for a Saturday afternoon. Our waitress, while her English wasn't flawless, had no issue communicating with us. We ordered the beef chow fun, fried tofu with mushrooms and peas, and crispy chicken with garlic sauce. The food was extremely well-cooked! Great flavor, moist meat, and large portions. The three dishes were definitely overkill for two people; I'd stick to just one dish per person. My only complaint would be that the dishes all arrived at different intervals. By the time we had finished a third of the chow fun, the fried tofu arrived. By the time we were almost full, the crispy chicken arrived, which was such a shame since it really was delicious. Service wasn't too bad. There were periods of time when I had to seek out my waitress, but the other waiters were pretty good about checking in on us as well. Definitely on the pricier side for Chinese food, but hey, you're inside a casino: expect to shell out a couple bucks!

Amazing, relaxing ambiance, intimate beautiful and unique dining spaces. Food is off-the-charts outstanding. Folks are friendly, warm and accommodating. I had the fresh spinach salad with the peanut dressing... Oh my goodness! Perfect in every way, portion, presentation, taste and even the lingering after taste sensations. We had the fresh Scottish Salmon.... I NEVER had salmon that was this exceptional... again, beautiful presentation, more than adequate portions, heavenly sensations had my taste buds doing the happy dance with each mouthful. Veggies were done exactly the way I love them, oh my. Then, for dessert, I have never had anything like their chocolate peanut butter pie. They had a fancy name for it but, ohhhhh my goodness! It is different to explain, but when I ate it, it was a wonderful explosion of gentle flavor, not overwhelming, perfect is all that comes to mind and... it was like I was eating flavored air because it was so light but the taste was amazing. We have always had a memorable positive experience over the years we have been there. We even had our son's wedding rehearsal dinner there and had many complements, even repeated years later. It was such a peaceful, relaxing respite from our busy lives. We will be returning soon.

What a sweet gem this place is!…read more The interior is quaint and homey, offering warmth as soon as you come in. Now, let's get to the really good part: the food. Came here with my mom, as part of our tradition to check out restaurants she's not tried in Bethlehem (I grew up here, she still lives here and I am now in Philly). We each began with one of their Thai coconut soups: me, the 3 mushroom and her the chicken-coconut. This was so heavenly and light and scrumptious. The mushrooms were unusual and not typical of any I've tried. They had great texture and blended beautifully with the lemongrass and other traditional Thai aromatics. Mom got shrimp/crabmeat fried rice and absolutely loved it. I got the vegetarian Thai-Basil pad Thai and it was cooked to perfection! Lovely rice cellophane noodles, broccoli, sprouts, peppers and a phenomenal spicy basil infused sauce - not too heavy either. Service was warm and expedient. I would absolutely return !

Creamy lobster on top of nori inside of a light and fluffy bun. It was a fun twist on a classic bite. For the main I ordered the wagyu burger. I ordered it rare and it was not the right call. The burger was so thick that it didn't get a great sear on the outside and was falling apart. I did hear a waitress recommend medium well due to the size and I would definitely suggest that to anyone who tries it. It had a great flavor so I would still recommend you try it. I also ordered the notch fried rice bowl. Chinese sausage, pork belly, peas, carrots, bell peppers, tomatoes, garlic, broccoli, egg, bean sprouts, togarashi spice, and topped with a dippy egg. This dish was savory, Asian fusion cuisine mixed with something that felt like comfort food. If you go here, this is what I would recommend you try, but their whole menu looked incredible. This is a spot you need to add to your list of places to check out.

She knew all of the dishes and adult beverages and successfully helped us navigate choices. The chefs created exceptional dishes of the highest quality with an amazing balance of flavors. My girlfriend and I shared their pork belly wontons and they tasted as if they had just been handcrafted just moments before they were served. The salmon dish at Notch is perfect, light, and beyond tender. The vegetables had also been beautifully prepared and I devoured all of it. My girlfriend loved her burger and fries, which she adored. Our drinks were fantastic as well. Notch also boasts a warm and welcoming atmosphere for couples or families, and there is also a bar for those who want something even more casual. I love the price and if I want to sushi out without breaking my bank this is where I go. The ambiance is more upscale than you would think for an all you can eat spot. The bar side is a fun area to hang out get drinks and work your way through the menu. If you want a more traditional dining experience they also have a large dining room for families and bigger groups. I got two rolls worth noting: the Queen Roll, and the Perfect Match Roll. I personally liked the perfect match more. The textures complimented each other and it tasted more along the lines of a mid tier sushi roll than the queen. The menu is huge so come hungry. Their apps are great, and they have some nice desert options too, all included in the all you can eat package. I will say my only complaint here is that the service seems to be slow each time. A good thing if you are looking to hang out and take your time, but if you're trying to hit this spot on your lunch break, you may want to plan additional time just in case.

It's small and probably less than 14 ppl can dine here at one time. Also, dim sum is ordered on a small menu. But what I had was authentic and very tasty! I had roast pork buns, corn and chicken dumplings, pork steamed rice roll, and beef noodle soup. The first three were excellent, while the beef noodle soup was unfortunately just average. The main problem with the soup was the broth was too watery imho and the noodles were too firm and tasted like instant noodles. The beef was tender and good at least. My friend had the pork soup dumplings and said they were good. I'll try those next time. She also had the shrimp wonton noodle soup and that also looked good. I tried the bok choy in the soup and the bok choy was terrific. Overall, this place is pretty legit when it comes to the dim sum, but the beef noodle soup can be skipped. But hopefully they'll improve that part. The soup is the only reason I can't give 5 stars. But it's a strong 4 to 4.5 stars at least.

After we finished the dim sum dishes, we moved onto the noodles. I ordered the beef noodle soup, and my brother went with the shrimp wonton noodles.
