This place is a joke. I'll start with the only pro: the food was decent. This is obviously not a place geared toward the pedestrian English-speaking consumer. The menu had no explanation of what anything was. I asked our waitress what was in a particular dish. She obviously could not speak English, because she actually had to ask a diner who spoke both English and Chinese how to explain it to us! And then, again because of the language barrier, we got two dishes of everything we had ordered one of. When served it, we said nothing and just decided to take the extra home. The grand finale was when we were presented with a bill for $120 for a meal that actually cost $51. She did take care of it for us, but the whole situation was just odd. Being from Chinatown, Manhattan, we have a good take on what good Chinese food taste like. We've been to Chopstick a handful of times and the food has been delicious each time! Authentic quality chinese food. Waitstaff has always been nice and friendly, too. We've ordered the steamed Chilean seabass (my favorite), T bone steak, black bean clams, ma pao tofu, watercress tofu clam soup, hot & sour soup, Chinese chicken herbal soup, duck noodle soup and beef crispy fried noodles. Wanted to try this restaurant before he to the casino. We order fish, chicken, oxtail and some rice noodle. The fish was good. Chicken was cold so told the waiter about it. So they brought it back 2nd time and it was still cold and seem a few chicken was missing. The 3rd time they microwave the chicken but it taste chewy when micorowave. Oxtail didn't taste good. Rice noodle ok. Service was slow even ask for water. Definitely won't come back here when I come back to sands casino. read more

I wish I could put less than one star. From start to finish the experience was negative. The food is overpriced to begin with but the service was absolutely HORRIBLE. Our waitress never asked us if we wanted anything to drink, even when we first sat down- and never came back to our table after she took our order. We had to ask random people for things we needed through the meal and got only half of what we asked for each time. THEN at the end when another waiter took care of our bill- we never got our change and when we asked about it they assumed they were keeping it. I had to speak to the manager at that point because I was particularly annoyed with that- she seemed to not care at all about the concerns we had with our visit. Hands down the most disgusting food I've ever had, I pulled over on the way home to allow my friend to throw up. The pork and shrimp noodle soup is bland, no flavor in the broth. The dumplings were awful. I wouldn't feed this to my dog. read more

STAY AWAY from this place at all costs . Had the worst dining experience here. I go to sands casino frequently , dined pretty much at all the restaurants , never had a horrible experience such as this one. Let's start with the food. My mother found a PIECE OF METAL in her lo mein, almost swallowed it. We sent the food back, barely got an apology. No further follow up from management or the waiter. Did NOT make a big deal, we let it go wanting to make the best out of our night. Rest of the food was tasteless, not to mention overpriced. Let's continue to the highlight of the evening, the waiter spilled SOY SAUCE WITH OIL all over my jacket, which was a special gift from a family member that lives over seas, not to mention an expensive one. The oil was ALL OVER the jacket , not a spot or two. He was preparing it to clean it CLOROX wipes without even asking for permission. There is still oil all over the floor near our table that nobody bothered to clean. I asked to speak with the manager, he proceeds automatically tell me that he isn't available and cannot be contacted. He proceeds to tell me there is nothing he can do. It went from being a nice evening with my family and a birthday weekend for my fiancé , to one of the most stressful nights ever. To end the horrific night off , he proceeds to bring the damn bill AFTER ALL that. He continues to demand payment for the meal. We were nice enough to pay for the dishes that were eaten out of . Let's forget about the jacket for a moment, let's talk about a piece of METAL in my moms food. I honestly should have saved the metal, taken pictures of it, called management and contacted a lawyer because let's face it, I could have sued and honestly should have. The food was very expensive, but quality which is important to me, so 4 stars there only due to price. My biggest problem was after finding out that there were 3 noodle choices for the soup I tried ordering per the cashier girl with the glasses, I asked her to please repeat the choices because it was my first time here. Yes, she said it so fast with her accent that I could not understand her and was unfamiliar with the name of one of the noodle choices. And she slammed her fist on the cash register 3 times, each time repeating the noodle names. Honestly, in this order, I was shocked, appalled and than got angry but kept my mouth shut. (My fiance who knows me well just stared at me) So for me, that was extremely poor customer service. And because of that, I will think hard before returning to this place. And to add insult to injury, I couldn't believe it when it continued when the same cashier and the soup girl began laughing at an intoxicated male who complained about his food...right in front of all customers. In all fairness, my dish (Shrimp Lo Mein) tasted good, but it was certainly not worth the $18.95 price tag. That same dish would be $7.95 at my local Chinese joint. My husband ordered a $28.95 Seafood dish, which consisted of white rice, a few pieces of vegetables, and minuscule shrimp. No sauce, no color. No nothing. Like white on rice. If we had not been with new friends and didn't want to make a scene, we would have just walked out. My boyfriend and I have been going here for a year. Every single time we get the roast duck soup with egg noodles. We're obsessed!! We recommend it to everyone. 10:30 pm dinner on Saturday 10/14. We were seated and served promptly upon entering. We received tea as soon as we were seated. The waiter too several minutes to get to our table but that was perfectly ok as we took our time going over the menu. We decided what we would like to order several minutes after initial contact with the waiter which is where the service turned ugly. We were then told that we could not have any appetizers or anything pan seared due to some equipment malfunction. I do not blame the waiter for this but I wanted the pan seared Chilean sea bass. I choose a different menu item. My wife's meal came out within 10 minutes but mine was not served. I did not think anything of it until 15 minutes went by and I still had no meal and no contact with the waiter. My wife went to the manager who apologized and within 5 minutes, I had a meal. After eating by myself and no server or manager even checked on me, I was frustrated but ready for the check. I asked for the check and this was the fastest service ever because the check was there within 1 minute with the credit card ran in the next 3 minutes. The worst part was that even when my meal was never placed and I had to ask again for it; I still paid full price. I literally had no energy to fight at that point because I was so aggravated that I just needed to get out of this horrible service area. The food was good but the service was horrible. If you decide to go then make sure that you follow up with the service staff because the literally pay no attention to you or your needs. read more
