It reminds me of Taiwanese cold noodles but a twist on it. One thing that is kind of weird that I found was that there was a lack of napkins. There's no napkins in sight and you're limited to the napkins they give you. I wished that there were napkins on the tables themselves. Also, the taste of the drink will vary a lot from one barista to another. My biggest issue with this location is I have witnessed managers being lazy and not helping out when they're busy. This one lady manager will literally stand there taking pictures of the desserts display instead of helping out. What a shame!
