This had to be one of the absolute worst restaurant experiences I've ever encountered. Natalie was completely incapable of processing two sandwich orders, both identical, but one was with an extra meat. Somehow, a third sandwich was produced, and when I repeated what I had ordered, Natalie couldn't take responsibility for her error and was full of excuses and backtalk. Then, the epitome of incompetence occurred when Natalie didn't have the simple common sense to think that she should ask for what toppings needed to be added to each sandwich, she just did both of them the same way as my daughter was telling her what she wanted on her sandwich. Of course, this clown show had to culminate with Natalie making herself the victim and storming off in a huff because she felt I wasn't being respectful when I paid $27 for two sandwiches (no chips or anything else!) and spent nearly 30 minutes to get my sandwich massacred. It was impossible to eat without my hands being coated in condiments as it fell apart. The "manager" that came out at the end did nothing to ensure I left as a satisfied customer. Potbelly on Main St is an excellent establishment! This has been my go-to pick-up spot since the pandemic started. Ordering online is very convenient and they can make the order within 15 minutes. They also have perks including a free entree after $100 spent (yes, I order here a lot), and occasionally I get offers of $2 off or a free cookie. They are also offering free delivery. The food is great, our personal favorites are the BLTA and A Wreck. The staff are friendly and the store is very clean. Masks are required to enter the store. If this place can get no stars they would get zero and none of my business again. I placed an order online through yelp and my sister went to go pick it up for me. She had told them she was there to pick up an order for me and they said they did not receive an order. But soon after she was there they get a phone call saying I placed an order giving a call. Which I never called to place my order. I tried the place out for the first time with a friend of mine. They offer a range of different sandwiches and salads. The decor was rustic with a potbelly stove in the corner, hence its name. The food was delicious. I had a ham and Swiss sandwich with a cup of loaded baked potato soup. Would definitely recommend! It is not a place for large parties to eat in so be mindful. It was pretty busy for a Sunday at lunch time. There is outside seating but take out would probably be the best choice. Will definitely visit again. read more

My only complaint is pretty old. September/October of 2021, when I scheduled my sandwich for a certain time, they just made it when they got the order in, so it was cold when I picked it up. They stopped doing this pretty quickly, as i came in early once and asked if they could make it then, and when I realized it was done already, the person that made it was made fun of by his coworkers. Their cookies are amazing though. It's in a convenient location as I used to go there from Woodson sometimes. It wasn't too expensive, almost $40 for four people and a lot of food.
